The World Bank has said that Pakistan’s economy is slowing down, as it faces yet another macroeconomic crisis due to high deficits and low foreign reserves. In the latest edition of its report titled “South Asia Focus: Making (De)centralisation Work”, that was released on 13th October 2019, the Bank noted that with an IMF extended fund facility-supported stabilisation programme in place, the country’s economic growth was expected to remain low in the near term. The report said growth was projected to decelerate to 2.4 per cent in the fiscal year 2020, and 3 pc in fiscal year 2021.

Both sides, whether the Houthis or Hadi, are racing in mobilizing the people to the fronts, thus the Saudi regime refuses their entry on the Sykes-Picot border into the country, and seduce them with money to recruit them to fight against the Houthis. They are then subject to all new developments in the war, including bombing them, if necessary. The Houthis, according to their announcement, seized weapons and equipment and captured 2,000 people and killed 500, while saying that Saudi Arabia targeted most of them to prevent them from surrendering, and showed videos of this. It is not surprising that Saudi Arabia, the US agent is preventing Hadi’s forces from advancing on several fronts, as well as bombing Hadi’s prisoners in Houthi prisons?!

It is sheer delusion and blatant treason to adopt a weak stance before belligerents, in order to appease them, expecting that this would halt further aggression. On 16 October 2019, during an election campaign in Haryana, India, the butcher Modi announced in an election rally, “Believe me, for 70 years, the water which belongs to India and the farmers of Haryana (India) has flowed into Pakistan. Modi will stop this water (from flowing into Pakistan).” The water dispute started on 30 March and 15 April, 1948, when India blocked Central Baari Do’aab and Deebalpur canals respectively, blocking Pakistan’s water from three canals. Then, due to the treachery of the previous Pakistani rulers, the three rivers of Ravi, Sutlej and Biyas were handed over to India in 1960. Now, Modi is announcing further initiatives, because he was encouraged by Pakistan’s political and military leadership docile response to his strengthening of the Indian military occupation of Occupied Kashmir. Encouraged by the spineless response, India is making aggressive escalations, first announcing seizing Azad (Liberated) Kashmir from Pakistan, which is now followed by an announcement of water aggression. It is crystal clear to anyone with even a shred of wisdom and sincerity that India will never end its belligerence, unless its aggression is paid back in the same coin.
While visiting troops stationed on the Line of Control on 16 October 2019, General Bajwa declared, “Kashmiris in IOJ&K are bravely facing Indian atrocities under continued siege. We shall never leave them alone and play our rightful role at whatever cost.” However, the cold hearted refusal of the Bajwa-Imran regime to launch our willing and able armed forces in a decisive war of liberation is nothing less than leaving the suffering Muslims of Kashmir well alone. The lowly regime has abandoned the Muslims of Kashmir because of its commitment to the evil of nationalism, which puts commitment to race and borders above the commands of Allah (swt) and RasulAllah ﷺ. Thus, despite commanding the world’s sixth largest army, the regime clings to nationalism, when it claims that it is saving Pakistan from destruction and poverty, by avoiding war with India over Occupied Kashmir. Similarly, despite commanding the lion’s share of the world’s wealth, the Arab rulers increase their economic dealings with India, extending it essential life lines, because of their “national interest.” Indeed, it is the cling to nationalism that makes the current rulers of Muslims pay lip service to the Uighur, Rohingya, the people of Palestine and Kashmir, even though they collectively command over three million troops and officers that yearn for martyrdom or victory.
The gulf between the Muslims and the current rulers is evident, regarding the plight of oppressed Muslims. The Islamic Ummah is restless over the oppression of the Uighur, Rohingya, the people of Palestine and Kashmir by relentless aggressors. The Ummah identifies with the oppressed as Muslims, part of a single brotherhood. However, the current rulers do not consider the oppressed Muslims as their foremost concern. They view the oppressed as foreigners, outside of the borders of their respective nation states. Moreover, they will not compromise economic dealings with the aggressor nations.
In an opinion piece on the 11th of October, 2019, a Washington Post headline read, “U.S. foreign policy is for sale. Who else is buying?” The Washington Post was reporting on the Congressional testimony of Marie Yovanovitch, former ambassador to Ukraine, who was sacked and told to go home “on the next plane” because “her campaign against corruption in Ukraine … bothered two men, Igor Fruman and Lev Parnas, who were clients of Rudolph W. Giuliani, a friend of President Trump as well as the former mayor of New York.” The former ambassador to Ukraine testified that she was “incredulous that the U.S. government chose to remove an Ambassador based, as best as I can tell, on unfounded and false claims by people with clearly questionable motives.”

The clash within the United States government continues between senior establishment figures and the US President Donald Trump over his decision to pull American troops out of Syria, allowing Turkish forces to take their place. According to the Washington Post:

What Erdogan has committed and is committing, is to implement what America wants; to consolidate the tyrant regime in Syria with malicious international, regional and local hands. This is after the chants of the people and their resistance has stunned the regime and America behind it, and its accomplices from Russia to Iran and Turkey’s Erdogan and his conspiratorial factions in the implementation of America’s plans to consolidate the deep-rooted Secular system in the capital of Ash-Sham!
Similar to what took place in Tunisia and Egypt following the outbreak of spontaneous revolutions that were hijacked by secularists, Sudan now is going through an open secularism that is challenging the Islamic creed, and contradicting the Islamic systems and rules. These secularists move like snakes squirting their fatal venom among the people, disseminating their filth with destructive concepts, imposed by the power of the law; which turned the revolution from a revolution against injustice and the “bearded secularism” to a revolution against Islam and its concepts about life.
While passing the Regional and District Health Authorities Act 2019, the KPK Provincial Minister of Health, Dr. Hisham Inam Ullah Khan, declared that, “we are a poor country, we don’t have enough capacity that we can provide free health service to everyone, provide free medicine and free doctors. We will bring public-private partnership in some places and raise costs as well in some places.” The regime that claims to make Pakistan a state like Madina, providing welfare for its people, is exposed. Clearly, Democracy is designed only to benefit the capitalist, ruling elite, providing legal cover to their corruption, whilst leaving the poor to face the brutality of capitalism alone. After the passage of this new act, all provincial hospitals, rural health centers, dispensaries, mother and child care centers and government laboratories will be handed over to regional and district health authorities. These authorities will receive limited financial resources and the rest have to be arranged by themselves, which simply means that either the poor will pay to cover their state hospital medical bills or they will have to simply die off in anguish.

This hadith contains a deep insinuation in form of warning from the Messenger ﷺ to his Ummah in order not to commit anything prohibited by Allah (swt). In addition, the Messenger ﷺ informed us that anyone without shame will do whatever he wants openly, without even feeling guilty and without fearing Allah (swt), despite the fact that what he does is obviously wrong. This is exactly what the Selangor Islamic Religious Department (JAIS) did to Hizb ut Tahrir. Latest, JAIS inserted the name of Hizb ut Tahrir in the du’a of yesterday’s Friday Khutbah (sermon), replacing the ‘Shia’ that is usually mentioned as a deviant teaching in Selangor.

In the book of the “Islamic Personality” Volume III (The Origins of Jurisprudence), under the section “There is no ruling before the statement of the Shar’’” on page 28 (Arabic), I quote the text: “There is no action from man, or anything related with man’s action, except that it has a ruling in Shariah, and there is no ruling except by the presence of an evidence related to it specifically from the speech of the legislator, since there is no ruling before the statement of the Shariah’. There is no ruling before or after the mission of the Prophet except with an evidence, from the message he ﷺ came with, which indicates that particular ruling.”

Turkish forces were given the greenlight by the United States on Monday 7th of October 2019 to enter Syria. Where the US forces have been pulled out for their return to the United States, despite the warnings of genocide that will take place and the resurgence of ISIS due to the retreat. The US and Turkey came to an agreement in August to create a “safe zone” in northern Syria, by which the US-backed Kurdish-led SDF would pull back from the border.[1]
The trade war between the United States and China that began in 2017 has today grown in size and scope that no one would have envisaged. The US has applied 10% to 15% tariffs on $300 billion of Chinese goods. Another $250 billion, previously taxed at 25%, will now be taxed at 30 percent. In the second quarter of 2019, China’s economy grew 6.2% which is the slowest pace since the early 1990s. [1] Even though the Chinese have applied tariffs onto $75 billion of US goods, the repercussions will not be severe for the US compared to the Chinese. The US is the biggest importer in the world therefore; it is the buyer with all the money in its possession, China on the other hand is the seller which needs the dollars as much as it can from the US.
During the era of ruling by all that Allah (swt) has revealed, Muslims were characterized by daring, creativity, overcoming formidable enemies and making huge strides in opening new lands to Islam. They were undaunted by challenges, refusing to give up, back down or compromise in matters related to the Deen of Truth. The key to their strong, principled and unwavering stance was their true Dependence (Tawakkul) upon Allah (swt). However, Dependence upon Allah (swt) is a concept over which confusion has prevailed in the minds of the current generation, which is faced with the great challenge of restoring the ruling by all that Allah (swt) has revealed. If Tawakkul is not understood clearly, the patient, perseverant and daring march towards changing the tide of history in the favor of Muslims again, becomes unachievable or weakened. If Tawakkul is not understood clearly, inaction, reluctance, hesitation and over-caution will dominate the believers, through being overwhelmed by the material means and circumstances.

According to these deals: India will withdraw 1.82 cusec of water from our Feni River, India will install military grade radar system for maritime surveillance in Bangladesh along the coast Bay of Bengal, India will be allowed to use our Chittagong and Mongla Ports, and in spite of acute gas crisis, she inaugurated the export of bulk liquefied petroleum gas from Bangladesh to the north-eastern states of India. These are just a few examples of her treachery against this nation and its people.
On the evening of 5th of October 2019, a man called Nadir Kızılbulut publicly struck a 5-year old Syrian child in a brutal manner due to racist motives. He also attacked the boy’s mother and 15-year old sister physically and verbally, punched his father in the face, and attacked their home and broke their windows. The video footage of the attack was spread on twitter under the hashtag #Mersin, which remained in the first rank for hours. Not limited to this person’s behaviour, racism that drove this attack was also reflected in the actions of the police and law. This racist assailant was not arrested after the family’s complaint but only after an uproar on social media, while the father was taken into custody. Despite footage of the attack and assault, a deportation procedure was initiated against the Syrian family with Jordanian citizenship.
On the 1st of October 2019 a concert of Russian singer Polina Gagarina took place in the Humo Ice Palace in Tashkent. Uzbek people were outraged not only by the concert itself, but also by the drunken feast arranged after the concert with the participation of President Mirziyayevs’ daughters and sons-in-laws who occupy high positions in the authorities.
