The pre-recorded video address of Imran Khan on the 27th of October was not advocacy of Kashmiris by any means. It was instead advancing the agenda of Trump, Modi and General Rawat. In the address, Imran Khan blatantly rejected the clear and unambiguous Hukm of Allah (swt) that anyone with the capability to liberate an occupied land, is obliged to do so. He further stated that anyone crossing the Line of Control to do Jihad would be considered an enemy of the people of Kashmir and Pakistan. At the 59th convocation ceremony of the nation’s oldest university, the University of Malaya (UM), a student, Mr Wong Yan Ke staged a protest calling for the resignation of the varsity’s vice-chancellor (VC), Datuk Abdul Rahim Hashim. This protest was carried out by the student claiming that the VC of the university failed to solve the problems of UM but was willing to voice out ‘racist’ comments at a recent ‘Kongres Maruah Melayu’ (Malay Dignity Congress) partly organized by the University of Malaya. Carrying a message that ‘This in Malaysia Land’, the protest has caused a stir in the Malaysian political scene. The Prime Minister, Dr Mahathir Mohamed, who was also present at the congress reiterated that the meeting had no political motive but many seem to disagree. Since the rule of the ‘Pakatan Harapan’ (PH) government, in which the Democratic Action Party (DAP), dominated by Malaysians of Chinese descent is a majority, voices that reverberate various racial issues are seen to dominate the nuance of Malaysian politics. In the beginning the EEC consisted of West Germany, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands. During the Cold War, many more European countries started to join the EEC, and the restrictions regarding, employment, trade and travel started to ease in increments.

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakatuh,

My honourable brother please accept my kind greetings:

Two female Shar’i Marriage officials (Ma’zoun) were appointed in Al-Khalil city and were given the authority to conduct marriage contracts.

My question to you, my honourable brother: is it permissible for a woman to give another woman in marriage, and to conduct the marriage of another woman? To my knowledge it is mentioned in the Hadith: “‏ لاَ تُزَوِّجُ الْمَرْأَةُ الْمَرْأَةَ وَلاَ تُزَوِّجُ الْمَرْأَةُ نَفْسَهَا فَإِنَّ الزَّانِيَةَ هِيَ الَّتِي تُزَوِّجُ نَفْسَهَا ‏”‏

“A woman shall not give another woman in marriage, nor should a woman give herself in marriage. Indeed only the fornicatress shall give herself in marriage.””. [Narrated by Ibn Majah and Ibn Khuzaymah in his Saheeh], if it is not permissible, is the contract conducting by the woman permissible or invalid?

On 24 October 2019, the Bajwa-Imran regime signed an agreement with India for the opening of Kartarpur corridor. Thus, the regime has sent a cold, cruel message to the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir that irrespective of Indian brutalities against them, it will continue the process of normalization with India, in accordance with Trump’s dictates. When India has announced the annexation of Occupied Kashmir, locked down more than eight million Kashmiris for almost three months in their houses and abducted Kashmir’s youth and children, the opening of Kartarpur corridor is a dagger plunged in the back of the Muslims of Kashmir. India is now encouraged in its oppression of Muslims of Kashmir, as the Bajwa-Imran regime is not willing to downgrade Pakistan’s relations with India, despite its excesses in Occupied Kashmir. In order to cover its treachery, the Bajwa-Imran regime is hiding behind the claim that the purpose of the agreement is not to appease India, but to win the hearts of Sikhs living in India. How so? Drowning Our People in Economic Misery to Fill the Pockets of Colonialist Vultures is not Economic Turnaround

On 19 October 2019, Imran Khan congratulated his “home-grown IMF team” for turning around the economic situation in one year, sparking debate for days. However, is it an economic turnaround to drown people in economic misery just to ensure timely interest payments to colonialist vultures? One million have already been made jobless and four million pushed below the poverty line, whilst, within the next year, a further eight hundred thousand people will be made jobless, whilst a further four million will be pushed into poverty. The official inflation rate has crossed double digits, to a crushing 11.4 percent. The state bank’s baseline interest rate is 13.25 percent, while it is around 18 percent for business, choking the real economy. The IMF and World Bank are themselves are predicting a further plummet in the GDP growth rate, besides a slow economy for the next three year. Moreover, a single visit to any near empty market reveals the desperate, frustrated and dismayed looks of traders. There is no economic turnaround. There is only the loot sale of Pakistan’s economic sovereignty by mortgaging Pakistan to colonialist institutions like the IMF. So, what sort of stonehearted person would crack such a cruel joke of economic turnaround with the masses?!

The first cracks in support for President Trump appeared within his own party this week after further damning revelations of corruption in US foreign policy surfaced. Trump was accused of “betrayal of his oath of office, betrayal of our national security and betrayal of the integrity of our elections” when an impeachment inquiry against him was announced on the 24th of September by the House of Representatives speaker, Nancy Pelosi. Impeachment is a power given by the United States Constitution, which says, “The President, Vice-President, and all civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors.” The power to impeach belongs to the House of Representatives and impeachment by a majority sends the case to the Senate, which must convict by a two-thirds majority. Only two US presidents have been impeached before: Andrew Johnson in 1868 and Bill Clinton in 1998, both of whom were acquitted by the Senate.
