On the 26 March 2015 CE Russia 1 TV channel ran within its regular program “Extracts against Terrorism”, an episode titled “Sacred Torture”. A new slur directed against the Islamic party, Hizb ut Tahrir, it stated that members of our party took part in the burning of churches in the missile attack on a petrochemical plant in the city of Nizhnekamsk in the year 2013.

In Tatarstan, the 14th of March 2015 CE was declared as a day of sadness for the death of many due to a fire at the Admiral Shopping Center, where fire claimed the lives of dozens of people. It saddens us especially that among the victims identified was Ewolduchov Biggsodbek (Asadullah), who was known and loved by many Muslims in the city of Kazan. Brother Asadullah was working at this center, according to eyewitnesses he died while rushing to save the people asking for help.

Certain Media Outlets’ Attempt to Falsely Link Hizb ut-Tahrir to the Killing of Blogger Avijit Roy is for Covering up the Real Story and Aiding Sheikh Hasina’s Stand against Islam

For the past few days, certain electronic and print media have been trying to find an involvement of Hizb ut-Tahrir with the blogger Avijit Roy’s murder case and thus undertaking a vicious attempt to tarnish the party’s image. We condemn such dishonest, baseless, deliberate and despicable media attempts.

News Express Channel, the Indian news channel aired on February 17, 2015 CE an episode of the television program “The country wants to know,” it was titled: “Hizb ut Tahrir – a new name for terrorism” 

This episode included numerous inaccuracies and misleading statements that we would like to highlight and refute them.

On Sunday, 22 February 2015, the government issued a statement to the media via the Press Information Department instructing the media to carry out propaganda campaign against Hizb ut-Tahrir and its activities. In response to this we in Hizb ut-Tahrir, state that in 2009 the government issued a circular banning the party and thereafter it issued many other statements, along with carrying out repressive measures against us but they did not succeed in deterring the party. Now it is seeking the help of the media in doing that which it failed in doing by itself. It is nothing short of a desperate attempt by the government and their masters out of their increasing fear and frustration about the impact of the party’s Call and activities. And our on-going campaign, which is being highly supported by all sectors of the society, has turned out to be a big headache for the government and its Western masters due to which such craziness are being observed from them. The campaign is titled, “Oh People! For the immediate removal of Sheikh Hasina and the current ruling system, and establishing the Khilafah, the sincere military officers have to be contacted and organized; support and actively participate with Hizb ut-Tahrir in this work.”

The world is at a historical juncture. We all witness its problems, but few of us are in a position to propose new solutions. Given the gravity of what confronts us, those who can offer alternatives should speak up. It is not just a question of rights, but one of duties.

Since its inception in 1953, Hizb ut Tahrir has paid a heavy price for expressing itself. The Western backed dictators that litter the Muslim world could not tolerate a principled voice amongst it, so from the onset Hizb ut Tahrir was subject to the worst forms of state persecution.

On Wednesday, 18th February (2015), in response to a question from an MP during the Prime Minister’s question time in the “holy” Parliament, Sheikh Hasina paid no attention to “the Parliament’s sanctity” and blatantly lied against Hizb ut-Tahrir by claiming that the party engages in “subversive activities.” We strongly protest her statement and condemn it. The truth of the matter is that Sheikh Hasina’s party, the Awami League is the master in carrying out subversive activities and violence against the people including arson, vandalism, destruction of people’s property and killing and maiming them. When it is out of power, it resorts to such militant acts in its street agitations and when it is in power, it resorts to using brutal force against the people with iron and fire as it is doing now, not to mention the militancy of its student wing, Chatra League, for the past five years.

On Tuesday, 03 February 2015, some media outlets carried a news attributed to a government intelligence report claiming that a Pakistani diplomat, Mohammad Mazhar Khan, was channelling money earned from a currency scam to various organizations including Hizb ut-Tahrir. Our response to such baseless and politically motivated claim is as follows and we request the media outlets to carry our statement for the sake of journalistic objectivity and conveying the real truth to the people:

On the night of the sixth of February 2015 CE, Russian intelligence officers in collaboration with the Interior Ministry staff of the Republic of Bashkortostan (Bashkiria) carried out mass inspections and arrests in the Republic, there were 21 Muslims among the detainees who were arrested on charges of participating in Hizb ut Tahrir’s activities. Shikarpur Bomb Blast will be used to Promote National (American) Action Plan

Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Pakistan condemns the bomb blast that took place at a Masjid in Shikarpur, in the province of Sindh. Hizb ut-Tahrir prays for the salvation of the deceased and may Allah help the relatives to patiently face this great loss.

After the Peshawar school attack, hardly forty-four days have passed before this carnage fell on the Muslims of Pakistan. In Peshawar a school was attacked in which angel-like children were killed in the most brutal manner and now in Shikarpur a house of Allah is targeted. It is indeed unfortunate that the Raheel-Nawaz regime has not taken any step to grab the actual masterminds of these bomb blasts and killings: America and its ally India. Rather, the regime uses these horrific incidents to target the Mujahideen in the tribal area and all over the country who are waging Jihad in Afghanistan against America and its puppet regime or those people who demand the implementation of Islam through intellectual and political struggle. These people are being targeted in the name of ‘National Action Plan’, which is in fact an American action plan for American interests. Media mouthpieces of the Raheel-Nawaz Regime are shouting that India is behind these terrorist attacks and is using Afghanistan to wage a proxy war against Pakistan. Yet the regime does not take any action against America on whose support India is launching these attacks against Pakistan.

Bangladesh has turned into a frightening death zone due to the power-mongering and vindictive politics of Awami-BNP. On the one hand Awami League has gifted the country forced disappearances and killings, thus turning the country into a ‘Fira’uni State’; on the other hand BNP has nothing to offer but ‘the politics of petrol bomb’ and wanton destruction of life and property. In the midst of all these, the political arena, television talk shows, seminars and roundtable meetings are abuzz with the idea of ‘dialogue and fair elections’ as a solution to this political mayhem. In truth, all these propositions address the symptoms of the problem while avoiding the root cause of it. The fact of the matter is that Bangladesh is plagued by ‘Democracy’ – a highly fatal disease for which there is no cure. By leaving this disease untreated, there is no brighter future ahead through ‘dialogue and fair election’ only.

O Pak Army! Avenge RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم and Expel the French Ambassador

Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Pakistan held demonstrations across Pakistan against the publication of cartoons in the French magazine, Charlie Hebdo, attacking the honor of RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم and the support provided by French government to this heinous act. Participants held placards declaring “O Pak Army! Avenge RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم, Close French Embassy and Expel French Ambassador” and “Mobilize Armies in Jihad, In Honour of RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم”.

Hizb ut Tahrir Indonesia organized a massive demonstration in front of the French embassy in Jakarta, which strongly condemned the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo that published cartoons depicting the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم. During a meeting with a delegation of the party representative of the French Embassy, the delegation expressed its condemnation of the French government, which allows for insulting the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم. The delegation also stressed that the so-called freedom that gave way to these crimes against the Ummah of Islam is pure nonsense. The demonstrators were protesting outside the embassy carried banners with slogans and phrases to support and defend the Prophet of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم including “The Khilafah will stop the abuse against the Prophet of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم.”

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan rejects all the allegations from Raheel-Nawaz regime, specially mentioned by Amir Mir’s report ‘Hizbul Tehrir’s Daish link under the scanner’ published on 16th January 2015 in The News and Jang.

Under the pretext of the ‘National Action Plan’ – which in reality is an American action plan being implemented for American interests in the region – the Raheel-Nawaz regime is increasing its targeting of Hizb ut-Tahrir. Like its predecessors, it responds to the exclusively intellectual and political Islamic activism of Hizb ut-Tahrir through banning, force, arrest, torture and false propaganda. Its latest series of cheap lies is but a rehash of old, long-discredited assertions such as Hizb ut-Tahrir having links to militant groups, being based in UK, receiving funding from abroad, being a security risk and the like.

Visit of John Kerry is to strengthen National Action Plan (US Raj)

Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Pakistan held demonstrations across Pakistan against the visit of US Sectary of State, John Kerry. Participants held placards declaring “John Kerry’s Visit: Strengthening the American Raj” and “End the American Raj, Establish Khilafah”.

Hizb ut-Tahrir Calls upon the People to Stop the Democratic Elections Circus and Establish the Second Khilafah Rashidah

Hizb ut-Tahrir organized Public Talks after Jummah prayers today in front of 50 mosques in Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet. There was spontaneous participation from the people who listened attentively and supported the talks arranged under the title, “Oh People! The Only Way to Free Yourselves from Tyrant Hasina is to Demand from the Sincere Military Officers to Overthrow her and Transfer the Authority to Hizb ut-Tahrir to Establish the Second Khilafah Rashidah.” Members of Hizb ut-Tahrir delivering the talks made the following points:

On December 18, 2014, Vakhitov District Court in Kazan ruled to criminalize the best representatives of the Ummah, who have pronounced the word of truth, without fear of the unjust regime. The court shared lies with the security agencies and sentenced members of Hizb ut Tahrir; Ildar Shaykhutdinov and Azat Khasanov for five and a half years, and six and a half years, respectively, in jail for nothing, except for courageously defended the Islamic values and Muslims. The court also sentenced to imprisonment on Ilmir Imayev, age 62 years, for a period of three and a half years without any consideration given to the greyness of his hair, and the verdict came because Ilmir spoke in defense of the people of his religion and was able to draw the attention of the community to the fact that there is a brutal torture of Muslim detainees in Chistobl city.
