Kashmir will be Liberate by Jihad by Pakistan’s Armed Forces, not by Appealing to the United Nations
The United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has promised to take up the issue of Kashmir with the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said on 24th August 2019. Qureshi said he had again drawn Guterres’ attention to the humanitarian crisis in Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK) in the wake of New Delhi’s illegal annexation of the disputed territory. It is clear to every sane person that Occupied Kashmir will never be liberated by the United Nations, international community or by the mediation of the US or any other colonialist power. However, the political and military leadership of Pakistan does not act accordingly. In fact the political and military leadership of Pakistan is fully aware of this reality but unfortunately the criteria for their action is not the commands of Allah (swt). Instead it follows the commands of the international community, United Nations and, above all, America. As the United States has not granted Pakistan’s rulers permission to cross the Line of Control, they do not order Pakistan’s armed forces to mobilize. However, because of the intense pressure from the people and the armed forces to fight, Pakistan’s leadership has been forced to take some token measures and pay lip service. The Bajwa-Imran regime is fully aware that if Pakistan’s armed forces are ordered to march towards Srinagar, the Hindu military either flee from Occupied Kashmir or will be crushed. However, despite their claim that Kashmir is Pakistan’s jugular vein, the Bajwa-Imran regime does not order Jihad by Pakistan’s armed forces.
Only the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood will order the Muslim army of Pakistan to march towards Srinagar, liberating Muslims from the oppression of Hindu forces. The criteria for action in the Khilafah is the command of Allah (swt) alone. Allah (swt) said,
[وَقَاتِلُوۡا فِىۡ سَبِيۡلِ اللّٰهِ الَّذِيۡنَ يُقَاتِلُوۡنَكُمۡ وَلَا تَعۡتَدُوۡا]
“Fight in the way of Allah against those who fight against you.”
[Surah Al-Baqarah 2:190]
And Allah (swt) said,
[يٰۤاَيُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا مَا لَـكُمۡ اِذَا قِيۡلَ لَـكُمُ انْفِرُوۡا فِىۡ سَبِيۡلِ اللّٰهِ اثَّاقَلۡتُمۡ اِلَى الۡاَرۡضِؕ اَرَضِيۡتُمۡ بِالۡحَيٰوةِ الدُّنۡيَا مِنَ الۡاٰخِرَةِۚ فَمَا مَتَاعُ الۡحَيٰوةِ الدُّنۡيَا فِىۡ الۡاٰخِرَةِ اِلَّا قَلِيۡلٌ]
“Believers! What is amiss with you that when it is said to you: “March forth in the cause of Allah,” you cling heavily to the earth? Do you prefer the worldly life to the Hereafter? Know well that all the enjoyment of this world, in comparison with the Hereafter, is trivial.”
[Surah at-Tauba 9:38]
So, the Muslims of Pakistan must demand from the sincere officers in Pakistan’s armed forces to mobilize, which can only be made possible once they have granted Nussrah for the re-establishment of Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood to the advocates of Khilafah. In pursuance of the command of Allah (swt), the rightly guided Khaleefah will order the Muslim armed forces of Pakistan to march towards Srinagar, to attain the pleasure of Allah (swt). And what a magnificent sight it will be when Muslim troops raise the flag of the Kalimah over Srinagar, filling the hearts of Muslims with happiness and tranquility.
Announcement of Demonstrations in order to Show Solidarity with the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir is a Cruel Drama
On 25 August 2019, Prime Minister Imran Khan announced in his addressed to the nation that every week events will be held to show solidarity with people of Kashmir and so coming Friday Pakistani people will come out of houses, colleges, universities and offices between 1200 to 1230 pm. Director-General of ISPR, Major-General Asif Ghafoor, also announced that on 30 August 2019, Pakistani and Kashmiri anthems will be aired, in accordance of the announcement of Kashmir hour by the government.
This is not the first time that the regime has announced token measures to defuse emotions of the people. In past, when Pakistan’s people demanded to take steps against the airing of a blasphemous movie in America, the regime announced a holiday to mark it as protest day. Today, when the Muslims of Pakistan are demanding mobilization of the largest army of the Muslim Ummah to help the oppressed Muslims of Occupied Kashmir, Pakistan’s leadership is announcing hollow, meaningless and ridiculous measures. How can a state which has the most capable military in the Muslim world, intercontinental ballistic missiles and nuclear technology, resort to public demonstrations in response to flagrant hostility? If Hajaaj Bin Yusuf responded to news of the persecution of Muslim women from Sindh by playing songs, then today everyone in the Indian Subcontinent would have still been drinking cow urine and prostrating in front of snakes and monkeys. If Salahuddin Ayubi had demonstrated instead for half an hour every Friday, he would never have not liberated Masjid Al-Aqsa from the crusaders. However, the Bajwa-Imran regime is so desperate to get the praise of the Kuffar, that it has become deaf and dumb, even though Allah (swt) warned regarding those who reject the Truth that
[صُمٌّ بُكْمٌ عُمْيٌ فَهُمْ لاَ يَرْجِعُونَ]
“They are deaf, they are dumb, they are blind; they will never return (to the Right Way).”
[Surah al-Baqarah 2:18].
History is witness that from RasulAllah (saaw) to Sultan Abdul Hameed II, Muslim rulers overpowered the enemy not because of superior numbers or better preparation, but because of their obedience to the command of Allah (swt), totally depending on Allah (swt). Islam compels Muslims armies to respond to the call of oppressed and liberate occupied lands. Allah (swt) said,
[وَمَا لَكُمْ لاَ تُقَاتِلُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ وَٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلْوِلْدَانِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَآ أَخْرِجْنَا مِنْ هَـٰذِهِ ٱلْقَرْيَةِ ٱلظَّالِمِ أَهْلُهَا]
“How is it that you do not fight in the way of Allah and in support of the helpless – men, women and children -who pray, ‘Our Lord, bring us out of this land whose people are oppressors.’”
[Surah An-Nisa’a 4:75]
It is an obligation on the Muslim armed forces of Pakistan to mobilize for the liberation of Kashmir, ending the Hindu oppression of Kashmir’s Muslims. And it is clear the current foolish rulers will never send them to fulfill the obligation so the Muslims must re-establish the Khilafah.
Agriculture Sector Will Not Take-off with Enhancing Technology Alone, Unless Islam is Implemented Comprehensively
The Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) has called upon the government to launch microcredit schemes for small farmers. “Pakistan is an agricultural country, however, its inability to introduce the latest agricultural machinery and technology, means that per acre yield of its crops is far less in comparison to other countries,” speaking on the occasion, ICCI President, Ahmed Hassan Mughal, said. He further said that, “The government should provide fertilizers and pesticides at affordable rates to address these issues on a priority basis.”
Agriculture is the back bone of Pakistan’s economy. Agriculture contributes 21 percent in the GDP, while 45 percent of the total work force is attached to it. The agriculture sector of Pakistan not only fulfills the food requirement of the country, it contributes in earnings by exporting rice, wheat, mangoes and oranges amongst others. Allah (swt) has blessed Pakistan with four seasons and it has the world’s largest irrigation system. At the moment agriculture take place upon 40 percent of its total land. However, because it lags behind in technology, Pakistan is far behind with respect to international standards of per acre productivity. France produces 8.1 tons of wheat per acre, while Pakistan only produces 3.1 tons of wheat per acre. China produces 4.8 tons of cotton per acre, while Pakistan produces only 2.5 tons of cotton per acre.
These facts simply reveal that Pakistan’s agricultural productivity is only half that compared to developed countries, because it is far behind in using latest technology in agriculture sector. However, in reality, Pakistan has not been able to exploit its potential bestowed by Allah (swt) because of the current capitalist economic system which ensures exploitative policies. Technology can help Pakistan double its productivity, but its main problem in agriculture sector is not the use of technology. Even today land lords force poor farmers to work on their lands, against some portion of what will be produced, which is uncertain. In Pakistan, landlords are sitting on a large tracts of land which are neither in use for agriculture nor for any other use. Under these circumstances, how can small farmers modernize agriculture with small loans, when large landlords and multinationals are holding the lion’s share of agriculture land?
In order to increase agriculture production, Islam has given clear commands which, if implemented in Pakistan, ensure Pakistan can fulfill the needs of other countries as well. The government plays a direct role in encouraging the use of technology, so that farmers can have better machinery and skills. Furthermore, Islam prohibits renting farm land for cultivation. Messenger of Allah (saw) said,
«من کانت لہ ارض فلیزرعھا اخاہ، ولایکاریھا بثلث ولابربع ولا بطعام مسمی»
“Whoever has agriculture land must cultivate himself, or give it to his brother, but do not give it on rent in exchange of one third or one forth or any food item.” (Abu Dawood).
Ibn Umar (ra) narrated that,
«ما کنا نری بالمزارعۃ باسا حتی سمعنا رافع بن خدیج یقول: نھی رسول اللہ ﷺ عنھا»
“We did not see anything bad about renting agriculture land until we heard Rafia bin Khateej say that RasulAllah (saaw) prohibited it.”
If someone does not cultivate his land for consecutive three years, then it is taken from its owner and given to someone else so he can make use of it. RasulAllah (saaw) granted some land to some people of the tribe of Mazina or Jahina. Umar (ra) took possession from them because they could make use of it for three consecutive years. The Khilafah state will take possession of all such land that is not used by large landlords and give it to poor farmers so they will cultivate this land and take direct benefit from it. This command of Islam and other commands with regard to agriculture will take the agriculture sector of Pakistan to new horizons, where not only Pakistan’s needs will be fulfilled, but other regions will benefit as well.
