No Justice with Man Made Laws

Tanzania media reported on the appointment of Chief Justice (CJ) Prof Ibrahim Kassim Juma made by the Tanzanian President Dr John Magufuli. In the inauguration ceremony at the State House, the President made clear that he has appointed Pr. Ibrahim due to his competence, performance and ability in the field of administrating justice.

Comment:

The role of Chief Justice is to ensure that the judiciary branch is working smoothly and exercising equal justice under the law. It also means to monitor all judges abiding effectively by manmade laws.

From a rational point of view, manmade laws have no benefit to human societies except chaos and injustice. The chaos and injustice that we are witnessing in everyday life is because those having power coerced weak individuals to accept their interests, while those who refuse to abide by would suffer in the name of infringement of the law.

The CJ appointment will do nothing to attain justice for people because manmade laws are utterly contradictory, this is due to the fact that everyone in the society has his/her desires, while those whom their desires are neglected would not accept particular laws, thus different desires and interests lead to problems, unrest and chaos instead of justice.

Furthermore, manmade laws are easily violated because there is no spiritual reference that control people’s behaviors and actions except papers (laws). This means that people will violate them when either, they are in power or alone, unlike Islam which built upon believing in Allah Taala and fear Him openly and secretly with certainty that there is a Day of Judgment.

It is astonishing and a great shame that in spite of the CJ being a Muslim, this ceremony was also attended by the Grand Mufti of Tanzania implying to uneducated Muslims and non-believers that manmade laws are accepted before Allah (swt).

It is high time to all Muslims to work for re-establishment of Khilafah Rashidah (Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood that will implement Islamic Law instead of adopting and defending manmade laws which were made to defend capitalist interests.
