Özlem Zengin, Deputy Chairman of the AKP Group, said, “This is our red zone” for the amendment of the law No. 6284 on the “fight against violence against women”, which Yeniden Refah Party (YRP) has put forward as a condition for joining the People’s Alliance (Cumhur Ittifakı).

Again, the Minister of Family and Social Services Derya Yanık said, “The existence of the law No. 6284 is extremely important. (ظَهَرَ الْفَسَادُ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ اَيْدِي النَّاسِ لِيُذٖيقَهُمْ بَعْضَ الَّذٖي عَمِلُوا لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ)

“Corruption has spread on land and sea as a result of what people’s hands have done, so that Allah may cause them to taste ˹the consequences of˺ some of their deeds and perhaps they might return ˹to the Right Path˺.” [Ar-Rum 41].

The rulers, who have not left a single institution that they have not dishonored with the Superstitious Regulations they have applied to the Muslim people for many years, are trying all kinds of ways to break up even the family, which we can call the steel core of society.

The Ministry of Family and Social Services acts almost like the ministry of Decoupling the family, society, generation, separating family members, making spouses hostile to each other. As a result of the Istanbul Convention and law No. 6284, which have been imported from the West for many years, thousands of fathers are still in prison for getting married at an early age.

Hundreds of thousands of wives have destroyed thousands of homes by inserting enmity between spouses with Decrees of removal from the home, making it impossible for them to get together again. Decrees of removal from the home have caused the destruction of thousands of homes. Those who usurp the property of hundreds of thousands of people with the cruelty of unlimited alimony, which is haram, the oppressors who try to make Muslims accept the despotism of ‘a woman’s declaration is essential’ as law and justice with an understanding that will not be seen even in the most primitive societies … Your cruelty burns society, the family! Despite all this destruction, it is treason to put it mildly, that you still raise this filthy law to a sacred level and see a red line! The red line for the Muslim people is the commands and decrees of Allah Subhanehu wa Talla. Otherwise, the laws imposed by the personalities who have transformed bankruptcy into a character are under our feet. The rulers are the shepherds of their people. First of all, the order they rule should be an order based on the creed that society believes in, in accordance with its beliefs and values, encompassing each individual with its justice, providing safety to subjects and informing the interlocutors. The family, generation and society will be safe with the rulers who will carry the decrees of Allah above their heads, not behind their backs, and apply them properly in every part of life.

This persecution order and your laws have torn society away from its faith, distanced it from its values. Most importantly, you have caused the collective summons of troubles and calamities. Stop bearing the burden of the sins of the people whose world and the Hereafter you have destroyed. Perhaps you will take some advice.
