Further Evidence of US and Russia Cooperation on Syria
Last week the US boasting of punishing the regime of Bashar al-Assad for its chemical weapons attacks in Ghouta by leading airstrikes against Syrian sites. But it is becoming even clearer now that these strikes were for public consumption only, with the US and Russia actually cooperating over them. According to the Washington Post:
Russia’s foreign minister said Friday that the U.S. sought out and respected Moscow’s positions in Syria when it launched its air strikes last week.
Lavrov noted that despite the escalating tensions between Moscow and Washington, the U.S. made sure it didn’t harm any Russian personnel and positions during the strikes against the regime of President Bashar Assad following a suspected chemical attack on the town of Douma.
“We told them where our red lines were, including the geographical red lines,” Lavrov told Russian state television. “The results have shown that they haven’t crossed those lines.”
It should be obvious to anyone who follows events in Syria closely that it is America that brought Russia to Syria to support the Assad regime and crush the revolution and it is America that has since then been carefully choreographing every aspect of the ongoing war, using Iran, Turkey, the Kurds and numerous other powers and groups to achieve its objectives.
All this indicates not America’s strength but American weakness and cowardice after their disastrous occupations of Iraq and Afghanistan. All disbelieving foreigners and all agent Muslim regimes are following the same plan and not one of them can ever be sincere to the genuine revolution in Syria which seeks the return to Islam; Muslims must reject every one of them and place their trust in Allah (swt) alone. Allah (swt) does not abandon the sincere believers.
US Fears Chinese Expansionism
Despite talk of peace, the US is in fact the world’s preeminent hegemon seeking total control over the entire earth. Thus expansionism by any power is seen in the US as a direct threat to its own interests. This was again evident in comments by an American naval admiral, as cited in Newsweek:
The head of U.S. Fleet Forces Command told lawmakers that China has become powerful enough to enforce its vast territorial claims across the disputed South China Sea and only an armed conflict would be able to stop this.
Navy Admiral Philip S. Davidson, who has been nominated for head of U.S. Pacific Command, submitted the written remarks for his hearing in front of the Senate Armed Services Committee on Tuesday. He said that China’s expanding military presence, including secret island bases, in the waters of the Asia Pacific have given its People’s Liberation Army (PLA) a step toward total dominance of the region, where countries such as Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan and Vietnam contest China’s expansive, self-proclaimed maritime borders.
“Once occupied, China will be able to extend its influence thousands of miles to the south and project power deep into Oceania. The PLA will be able to use these bases to challenge U.S. presence in the region, and any forces deployed to the islands would easily overwhelm the military forces of any other South China Sea-claimants,” Davidson wrote.
“In short, China is now capable of controlling the South China Sea in all scenarios short of war with the United States,” he added.
The West deceives the world into maintaining the Westphalia system with respect for national sovereignty and fixed borders. But in reality the West seeks to dominate other states and control the world for their own material interests. The world would gain far more stability if the West discarded the fantasy of the Westphalian system and openly admitted their ambitions and their interests.
With Allah’s permission the re-established righteous Khilafah (Caliphate) State will return the world to openness and honesty in its dealings, first confronting conflicts, then cooling them and thus returning humanity to peace and justice as previously existed in general throughout the world during the millennium when the Khilafah was the world’s leading state.
UK Confirms Ongoing Control of the British Commonwealth
With the UK monarch now in her ‘90s, the UK has moved to ensure that her formal position as head of the British Commonwealth remains within the British monarchy. According to the Telegraph:
The Prince of Wales will one day succeed the Queen to become the next Head of Commonwealth, it was confirmed on Friday night, after leaders reached an agreement to honour Her Majesty’s “vision, duty and steadfast service” to the institution.
The Prince will take on the honorary position in the Commonwealth at the same time he eventually becomes King, following the “sincere wish” expressed by the Queen this week.
“I am deeply touched and honoured by the decision of Commonwealth Heads of State and Government that I should succeed The Queen, in due course, as Head of the Commonwealth,” he said.
The Commonwealth is not designed for the benefit of members other than the UK. The Commonwealth’s 53 states combining about one-third of the world’s population was in fact quite openly designed to be able to continue Britain’s influence in the world beyond the loss of its empire. Even though some of the countries within it shift in and out of the British orbit of control, it continues to be an important tool of British interests. A number of significant Muslim countries continue to be members, including Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria and Malaysia. Muslims must reject participation in such bodies that are designed for the interests of the disbelieving foreigner and their insidious subversion and control of our governments. With Allah’s permission the re-established Islamic Khilafah (Caliphate) State on the method of the Prophet ﷺ shall eliminate the influence of the disbelieving foreigner and return control over the affairs of the Ummah to Muslims themselves.
