Today for the rulers of our countries it has become the norm to use Islamic slogans to wrap their crimes against Islam and Muslims. But such slogans can only deceive the not well-informed about of their religion as Muslims. A Muslim who reads the declaration notices that the whole basis of this declaration entirely and completely goes against Islam, and has nothing in common for the reconciliation of Muslims, as the signatory parties claimed in this document.

I will not go into all the 8 points of this treacherous document. It is enough to stay at the  paragraph 1 which reads: “1. We confirm the basic principles of the United Nations and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation on the inviolability of national borders of States to respect the territorial integrity, sovereignty, non-interference in the internal affairs of other states and of resolving disputes and conflicts in the interstate relations through peaceful negotiations”.

Is it really so that Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Nursultan Nazarbayev, who positioned themselves as Muslims and believers in Islam, a religion of Allah the Creator of All Things, do not know that the UN is an organization based on secularism which categorically rejects intervention of divine revelation in human life, and especially fighting against God’s intervention in relationship between people!?

Are Erdoğan and Nazarbayev not aware that once the rulers of Europe united against Islam and Muslims and organized a so-called Union under the name “League of Nations” which had included Christian countries, and the condition of entering into this family was a belonging to the “Christian religion”, but on the ground, the affiliation secularist principles and laws. And widely, the laws were grounded exactly on the secularist principles at the founding of the Organization of the United Nations.

Yes, the UN of the joined countries that had been formed on the territories where once Shariah laws were implemented, but it is due to America that in order to disseminate of its own influence in the world and to subjugate other countries it has expanded the membership of the United Nations.

By allowing the other States of the world to join this organization, America and other Christian states were not allowed to enter some other principles of the UN regulations, which is based on the so-called “international law of Christian states.” And turns out so that Erdogan and President Nazarbayev leaving the laws of Allah, and are committed to the laws of Christian states based on secularism! And Allah says in His Noble Book:

وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ

“Whoever does not judge according to what Allah has revealed he is a disbeliever.”

(5:44)

Furthermore, in the UN Charter Article 2 n4 reads: “All UN members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations”. This means the recognition of the existing borders as a legally established in accordance with international law and the rejection of any territorial claims at the moment or in the future.

In other words, Erdogan and Nazarbayev signed a document which confirmed the commitment to the existing borders and pledged to protect them. If you are asking what borders? It is about the borders drawn for “Turkey” of unbelievers by the colonialists at a conference in Lausanne! One of the main documents of the Lausanne Conference 1922-1923, signed on July 24, 1923 Great Britain, France, Italy, Japan, Greece, Romania, the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, on the one hand, and Turkey – on the other.

The agreement had set new borders of Turkey; legally validated the disintegration of the Ottoman Caliphate, and securing the territory of Turkey in its modern borders. This treacherous agreement established peace between Turkey and the colonial powers, in which Turkey lost control of Arabia, Egypt, Sudan, Tripolitania, Cyrenaica, Mesopotamia, Palestine, Transjordan, Lebanon and Syria, the islands in the Aegean Sea. Or Kazakh borders, which appeared after the colonization of Central Asia at the beginning of the Russian Empire, and with the arrival of the communist regime, after the October Revolution and the establishment of Soviet power (1917-1920) were lined with the boundaries for each of the five countries in Central Asia !?

How can a Muslim be a supporter of the borders that were drawn by disbelievers colonizers and are based on the laws been thought up by man himself!? Erdogan and President Nazarbayev should abandon these boundaries and work hard to unite the Muslims of Kazakhstan, Turkey and all other countries formed after the disintegration of Caliphate into a single Islamic State Caliphate! That is the Islamic reconciliation!

As regards to the resolution of disputes and conflicts between people, both within states and in external relations, Allah Almighty instructed very clearly to Muslims what we should to follow and to judge as He said in the Noble Qur’an:

فَلاَ وَرَبِّكَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّىَ يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لاَ يَجِدُواْ فِي أَنفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِّمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُواْ تَسْلِيمًا

“But no – by your Lord! – They did not have faith until they make you judge in the disputes between them. Then they will not find in themselves the difficulties about what you have decided and obey completely.”

(4:65)

وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلَا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْرًا أَن يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ وَمَن يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلَالًا مُّبِينًا

“For the believing men and believing woman has no choice in deciding them, if Allah and His Messenger have made a decision. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, he fell into an obvious fallacy.”

(33:36)

Thus, Erdoğan and Nazarbayev signed a document that contradicts Islam and is in favor of the Kufr colonialists, who use the UN Charter only in order to colonize our land, to keep their influence over our lands and fighting against the revival of the Islamic State Caliphate! This means that it is a betrayal towards Allah, Islam and Muslims and has nothing in common with the reconciliation of Muslims!
