When the blood of the Muslims becomes desecrated, spilled and finds no one to protect it! When we see honors being violated and do not find anyone to guard them! When the people become shackled, where borders prevent them from supporting the Muslims who call out and cry out! When the criminals control the necks of the Muslims, afflicting them with the worst torment – and impose on them laws of which Allah had not sent down any authority! When the Ummah of Islam is away from the law of its Lord and is satisfied with a Kafir Western rule applied on it! When all this happens, while the scholars are silent and do not speak the truth and walk behind the caravan of the owners of thrones and chairs – of course except those upon whom my Lord has mercy, who are either pursued or a prisoner! When you see the armies that liberated the people from the rule of Jahiliyah (ignorance) have been shackled and are stationed in the barracks guarding the interests of the oppressors! When you see the people appearing intoxicated while they are not intoxicated, walking on land wandering with no taste for happiness! When we see the calamities for which ink spills and the news frequently talk about.
We know certainly that we are talking about the reality of humanity that has been ruled by Jahiliyah. We know that man has governed by what man has legislated and has abandoned the Laws of Ar-Rahman. We recognize that the powerful have ruled and that the weak have been conquered. We realize that the tyrants and oppressors are wreaking havoc on the earth seeking to make it deviant!! We realize that secularism has prevailed and that its rotten concepts have spread and that the disbelieving West, spiteful to Islam and its people, has ruled the world, humiliating and killing them to turn them back from their Deen. And it appointed on them coward puppet rulers who carry out their orders and work to entrench their concepts, and they are applying them to their peoples with iron and fire.
Muslims are most needy to the rule of the Khilafah (Caliphate) so that they return to their glory and their pride, they return to their confidence in their Deen which they are named by it, but they did not know it and did not live under its shadow, and so that they rejoice by its justice and its provisions and live by it and know the meaning of tranquility and safety. It is time to return to the Khilafah (Caliphate) and to implement Allah’s Shariah on Earth and save man from the servitude of man and prevent oppression and tyranny. It is time for Islam to take the leadership that Allah has ordained on it. وَكَذلِكَ جَعَلْنَاكُمْ أُمَّةً وَسَطاً لِتَكُونُوا شُهَدَاءَ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَيَكُونَ الرَّسُولُ عَلَيْكُمْ شَهِيداً “And thus we have made you a just community that you will be witnesses over the people and the Messenger will be a witness over you.” [Al-Baqara: 143].
Islam is a doctrine of leadership and sovereignty and cannot be a led subordinate.
The world can never know progress, security and tranquility except under this just Divine leadership to walk on the right path and come out from darkness to the Light. What the world is witnessing today proves that when it lost this righteous leadership, it lost and turned on its heels and returned to the first Jahiliyah (ignorance), which knows only injustice, darkness, oppression and tyranny. And Jahiliyah does not mean a limited period of time, but every time in which the values of human life fall from what Allah Almighty has established from legislation and deviate from it and are replaced by the values of lustiness put by human which throw humans into the lowest level of animalism, and this is what humanity suffers from today as it had suffered before in its early days. أَفَحُكْمَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حُكْمًا لِّقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ “Do they then seek after a judgment of (the Days of) Ignorance? But who, for a people whose faith is assured, can give better judgment than Allah?” [al-Maida: 50]
What happened to the world of calamities after the absence of this leadership proves the enormity of the loss that all people have known and not only Muslims, so they feel the need for its return to life and to change the leadership that prevails today and from which they have reaped only death, poverty, injustice and tyranny. Thus, this corrupt leadership was exposed, its disgrace was manifested to the people, and their resentment at it has intensified. And the mask fell off the faces of those who were ruling by it, and it is time to uproot it and throw it into the dustbin of history for it is stinky and rotten. This is the time for the world to move to the correct leadership; the leadership of Islam that will revive by following Islam and save it from what it is in.
«…ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكًا جَبْرِيَّةً فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةٌ عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ ثُمَّ سَكَتَ»
“Then there will a forcible rule, as long as Allah wants, then Allah will remove if He so wants, then there will be a Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood, and then he ﷺ was silent.”
We ask Allah (swt) to hasten the support of this Deen, so it returns to lead the world and bring it out from this disgraceful life. Allahuma Ameen.
