The Washington Institute’s website defines itself as follows: “The Washington Institute seeks to promote a balanced and realistic understanding of American interests in the Middle East and advance the policies that secure them.” Securing American interests to maintain its position as the leading nation in the world requires for them the necessity of domination and control through political manoeuvres. and war operations and military and economic superiority and the looting of wealth, either directly or through its agents among the rulers and their supporters, and perhaps this is a statement of the goals of these institutions and centers of thought and politics spread in the major colonial countries throughout the West in general and in America in particular.

A brief analysis of the results of a new public opinion poll on 9/6/2023 conducted by an independent regional company in March and April, commissioned by the Washington Institute in Jordan, stated that Jordanians showed a strong aversion to the Jewish entity, and the analysis was accompanied by some data and some of it with twisted indirect comments without publication. The data is for the author of the analysis to highlight the direction he wants to achieve a picture of misleading political interests, and he did not publish the full results of the poll.

These polls, especially in the greedy colonial countries that are interested in making their decisions in the light of the intellectual and emotional orientation of people in Muslim lands, including Jordan, are designed to obtain specific and desirable results in advance. Its real goal is not to know people’s opinion about an issue, but rather to publish results that affect the decision-maker. It is for support and misleading, not for enlightenment. It is revealed by questions formulated in a suggestive or biased manner, and response options are designed to help ensure a specific response sought by the alleged opinion polls. It is strange that they are conducted under the eyes of the regime and its apparatus periodically, violating the so-called sovereignty of the state, bearing in mind that the collection of statistical information is prohibited locally, without official permission.

According to the results of the poll on The Washington Institute’s website, a large majority (84 percent) of Jordanians of all ages oppose entering into business deals with companies affiliated with the Jewish entity, even if it would help their economy, including receiving humanitarian aid from the Jewish entity even if it is under difficult circumstances, This proposition appears to be of importance to the US administration regarding the contacts that the government of the regime in Jordan and the Jewish entity are making, with the aim of reaching a final “Electricity for Water” deal before the end of this year, as John Kerry, the climate issue official in the Joe Biden administration, and the godfather of the agreement, conducted. At the beginning of this month, talks were held with the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, Israel Katz, in order to reach an agreement, in the presence of the American ambassador to the Jewish entity, Thomas Nides. With the acknowledgement that there was an overwhelming popular refusal to sign the agreement in its initial form (declaration of intent), on the principle of considering the Jewish entity an enemy and because it is an economic loser.

As for Jordan’s relationship with major countries, specifically America and Russia, the poll chose this question. America and Russia scored close to each other, and 24% said that Washington is a friendly country, while 22% said the same thing about Moscow, and this reading chosen by the analyst is reversed, as it could have been saying that 76% of Jordanians do not consider America a friend or enemy, as we do not know the wording of the question, as indicated by other previous international polls. To show who are the enemy countries that affect peaceful stability in the region, and this indicates that public opinion in Jordan considers America an enemy country in clear contrast to the position of the regime in Jordan and the American administration, which describe their relationship as friendship and strategic partnership.

As for Islam, the issue that worries the major countries whose intelligence and strategic security centers watch over it diligently, especially the follow-up of sincere and politically aware workers on its fateful cause, and those who are alert to the plots of the colonial Kafir to undermine the direction of the Islamic Ummah, and distancing it from its revival project to establish the Islamic state, by distorting the ideas related to the Islamic Aqeedah and Shariah rulings, and distancing this idea from the mindsets of its youth and discouraging them by various means from it. They were definitely disappointed with the outcome of this survey in this regard and the exact question related to it.

So when the people of Jordan were asked whether “we should listen to those who want us to interpret Islam in a more moderate, tolerant, and modern way,” only a third of them agreed with this idea, and this is the lowest point recorded since this question was first asked in October 2017, and 63% disagreed to at least some extent with them, given the validity of the results.

America and Western states have worked for decades to distort the image of Islam, and even destroyed Muslim lands directly, killing their people and displacing millions, and spending billions in order to establish what is called moderate American Islam, which makes Islam an individual ritual far from practical political application according to what Islam requires from the Ummah, and worked on what is called modernity and freedoms, and spreading homosexuality that contradicts the instinct. Seeking the help of Muslim rulers and their aides and their supporters among the scholars of the sultans, the sponsored writers and through the so-called non-government organizations (NGOs), and now it is turning on its face and backing on its heels, especially when the Washington Institute shows it that only 12% of Jordanians look positively at the so-called Abraham Accords.

O People of Jordan, O Muslims:

You do not need an opinion poll to show your sincerity to your Deen and your awareness of what your enemies are, for they are America, the Kafir West and the Jewish entity, just as you are aware of your faith and its impurities that try to harm your correct concepts about it, but to beware of a new deception of them after they know what you hate. And to show the extent to which they are working to discourage you from your religion and from the method of the Messenger (saw) in establishing your state, the Khilafah (Caliphate) state. So show your Lord what pleases Him on your behalf, and He will thwart the plans of your enemies and give you victory over them. And that is by hastening to support Islam and work to establish its state, defeat your enemies and liberate your lands, and make your word the highest and the word of the unbelievers the lowest.
