We praise Allah to you who made Himself known to you, so you knew His Oneness and Uniqueness in commanding, prohibiting, and Tadbir (planning). He entrusted you with His Revelation and Religion, so you were the heirs of the prophets, so you should have been the most fearful of people to Allah Almighty, speaking the truth and not fearing in Allah the blame of the blamer.

We bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, and that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger, a testimony by which we pledge allegiance to Allah, His Messenger, and the believers, and by which we disavow disbelief, unbelievers, hypocrisy, hypocrites, betrayal, and traitors, and may peace and blessings be upon Allah’s proof over the worlds, moreover…

We address you from the Blessed Land of the Messenger of Allah (saw) and the anger for the Deen of Allah is exploding from our sides. Perhaps we find in you the spiritual scholar, Izz al-Din ibn ‘Abd al-Salam who roused Egypt and its armies to jihad in the path of Allah, and defeated the Tatar in Ain Jalut.

What happened to your religion?!

If you do not move to mobilize the Islamic Ummah and its armies to wage jihad for the sake of Allah, then what is your role and what is your job?!

The masses of the Islamic Ummah are in the squares, so advance to overthrow the agent regimes and unite the brigades of war and jihad for the sake of Allah.

O Scholars of Al-Azhar:

Allah honored the soldiers of Egypt, and it was at their hands to liberate Bayt Al-Maqdis from the abomination of the Crusaders, and Allah honored the soldiers of Egypt once again, and it was a clear victory over the Tatars. We pray that Allah Almighty will honor the soldiers of Egypt once again, so that their march to the Blessed Land will be a door to victory, glory, and empowerment for Islam and Muslims, and the uprooting those who have evoked [Your] anger from the Holy Land. So, mobilize the Egyptian army to wage jihad in the name of Allah Almighty. This is the path of the righteous.

O Muslim Scholars from the East and West of the Earth:

The rulers of the Muslims are contingent to America and the West, and we do not expect anything good from them. They are faithful guards of the Jewish entity and defenders of America’s interests. And from their humiliation and inferiority they are still waiting for permission from America and the Jewish entity to deliver the aid that Muslims provided to their brothers in Gaza. Can someone who cannot deliver a loaf of bread without permission from the Ummah’s enemies bring us any pride or dignity?!

The Islamic Ummah today is in need of a speech from you that will steady, and strengthen its determination, a speech in which the words of Allah Almighty are evident:

[الَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمُ النَّاسُ إِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدْ جَمَعُوا لَكُمْ فَاخْشَوْهُمْ فَزَادَهُمْ إِيمَاناً وَقَالُوا ‌حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ]

Those who were warned, “Your enemies have mobilized their forces against you, so fear them,” the warning only made them grow stronger in faith and they replied, “Allah ˹alone˺ is sufficient ˹as an aid˺ for us and ˹He˺ is the best Protector.” [Aali’Imran 3:173].

A speech in which Allah Almighty’s saying is evident:

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَا لَكُمْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمُ ‌انْفِرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ اثَّاقَلْتُمْ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ أَرَضِيتُمْ بِالْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا مِنَ الْآخِرَةِ فَمَا مَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ * إِلَّا تَنْفِرُوا يُعَذِّبْكُمْ عَذَاباً أَلِيماً وَيَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْماً غَيْرَكُمْ وَلَا تَضُرُّوهُ شَيْئاً وَاللهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ]

O believers! What is the matter with you that when you are asked to march forth in the cause of Allah, you cling firmly to ˹your˺ land?1 Do you prefer the life of this world over the Hereafter? The enjoyment of this worldly life is insignificant compared to that of the Hereafter * If you do not march forth, He will afflict you with a painful torment and replace you with other people. You are not harming Him in the least. And Allah is Most Capable of everything.” [At-Tawbah 9:38-39].

O Spiritual Scholars:

You are the most knowledgeable of people about the ruling on jihad for the sake of Allah to liberate Bayt al-Maqdis and support Islam and Muslims. So why don’t you speak?! Are you afraid of agent rulers?!

[فَاللهُ ‌أَحَقُّ أَنْ تَخْشَوْهُ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ]

“Allah is more deserving of your fear, if you are ˹true˺ believers.” [At-Tawbah 9:13].

You are fully aware that the agent rulers rule by other than what Allah has revealed, and they are making the Islamic Ummah suffer from different kinds of humiliation in response to the enemies of Islam, and they shackle the Ummah and its armies and create division between them with artificial borders made by the infidel (kafir) colonialist. So what are you going to do? Answer us, for Allah’s sake, what will you do?

Don’t you realize that the statements of the agent rulers and their appeal to implement the two-state solution or implement international legitimacy are a betrayal to Allah, His Messenger, and the believers and the establishment of the Jewish entity on the Blessed Land?! So, denounce their betrayal.

The people of Gaza are not waiting for medicine or food from the Islamic Ummah. The people of the Blessed Land are not calling for a two-state solution and the application of international legitimacy, but rather they yearn for the Muslim armies to march to Al-Aqsa Mosque and to hear the roar of the planes crushing the Jewish entity completely, leaving not one stone upon another left in it.

Dear scholars:

Our blood that is shed, and our children and women that are displaced, is our proof before Allah against you, so prepare your proof for the meeting with Allah…

We invite you to do what Allah has obligated upon you; that you seek support from the Islamic Ummah and its armies to establish the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) and liberate Bayt al-Maqdis. If you revive the Islamic Ummah to establish Allah’s rule on earth, remove the borders, and wage jihad in the path of Allah, you will achieve a great victory with the promise of Allah and the glad tidings of His Messenger (saw). This is what befits the spiritual scholars. Whoever among you is a coward and prefers safety in this world, then whatever awaits him is an unprecedent wrath of Allah Almighty and will not harm Allah in the slightest.

In conclusion: Our trust in Allah is great. He Alone will grant us support (nusrah) and assistance from Him, and we are assured of Allah’s victory, the Strong and Mighty, because victory is in the hands of Allah Alone, and He will grant it at the hands of His servants whom He has chosen for this honor. So, whoever wishes to be among them has won a great victory, and whoever is possessed by cowardice will be disappointed and lose in this world and the Hereafter. Our enemies, no matter how strong they are, are a limited force, and therefore we see them as nothing but vain because we trust and rely on an unlimited force, which is the power of the Mighty, Powerful Allah. Let America bring its aircraft carriers, for it will be of no use to the Jewish entity if Allah’s promise comes true.

[فَإِذَا جَاءَ ‌وَعْدُ ‌الْآخِرَةِ لِيَسُوءُوا وُجُوهَكُمْ وَلِيَدْخُلُوا الْمَسْجِدَ كَمَا دَخَلُوهُ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَلِيُتَبِّرُوا مَا عَلَوْا تَتْبِيراً]

“And when the second warning would come to pass, your enemies would ˹be left to˺ totally disgrace you and enter that place of worship as they entered it the first time, and utterly destroy whatever would fall into their hands.” [Al-Isra 17:7].

This is what Allah and His Messenger promised us, and Allah and His Messenger spoke the Truth, Allah is sufficient for us and the best of those on whom to depend.

Oh Allah, we have informed them with what You love. Oh Allah, inform us with what we love of victory and empowerment. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
