Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, General Zubair Mahmood Hayat, said on 15 July 2017 that, “Indian intelligence is operating from Afghanistan to sabotage the multi-billion dollar CPEC project… Pakistan is fully aware of the designs of hostile agencies especially RAW against the country,” while addressing a passing out parade of naval cadets in Karachi. It has become the norm for the Bajwa-Nawaz regime to openly blame India for the terrorist activities in Pakistan, especially in Baluchistan and the tribal areas. It is an open secret that India’s RAW is creating instability. However, the regime refuses to name the so-called ally of Pakistan, America, which has allowed India to use Afghan soil against Pakistan in the first place. Thus, the spineless Bajwa-Nawaz regime openly mentions India but not America, the head of snake of terrorism. Only mentioning India as perpetrator of terrorism in Pakistan will not solve the problem unless her guardian, facilitator and mentor, the US, is exposed. And even naming both India and America won’t also solve the problem as it requires practical steps, including the eradication of the American and Indian presence in Afghanistan.

The regime knows that the Muslims of Pakistan and their armed forces deeply hate the hostile Hindu State. Since the Musharraf era, every successive regime has deployed Pakistan’s armed forces into the tribal areas to fight those who are fighting the American occupation forces in Afghanistan. This is in order to secure US forces from insurgent attacks and to consolidate its presence in Afghanistan, using the justification that there are militant groups who are supported by India to weaken Pakistan. However, after many military operations, including the military operation that was initiated on 16 July in Khyber-4 of the tribal areas, Pakistan has not been secured from attacks. Its civilians and troops are being martyred because America is still in Afghanistan and allows India to use Afghan soil against Pakistan.

So why does the political and military leadership avoid stating that the US has allowed India to use Afghan soil against Pakistan? Simply, they are slaves of America and can never name their master as the real culprit. Instead, with hushed speech, they promote the argument that America is a super power and so we cannot face it. This reveals the defeatist and slave mentality which will never solve our problems and expose us to dying slowly by a thousand cuts.

Confronting the India-US nexus needs a brave and a sincere leadership. A brave and a sincere leadership will declare America the enemy, and will cease ties with America, including severing all military, intelligence and logistic support provided to consolidate US occupation in Afghanistan. A sincere and a brave leadership will eradicate the CIA, FBI and Raymond Davis networks in Pakistan. It will mobilize the joint forces of Pakistan’s armed forces and the sincere mujahideen living on both sides of Durand Line to eradicate the American foot print in Afghanistan; thus, neutralizing the Indian threat. The only true solution is to cut the head of the snake, the US presence. And the brave and the sincere leadership can only be provided by Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood for it alone is sincere to Islam and it has the true vision to dominate all other ways of life. It is upon the Muslims of Pakistan to work for the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) with the sincere in the armed forces providing Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the its practical re-establishment.

فَمَنِ ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَٱعْتَدُواْ عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ

“Then whoever transgresses the prohibition against you, you transgress likewise against him.”

(Al-Baqarah:194)
