On Monday, 9/1/2017, the Permanent Secretary of the British Foreign Office Simon McDonald, arrived in Khartoum accompanied by a high-level official delegation. The British Secretary described his visit to Sudan as fruitful, and revealed in a press statement in Khartoum on Tuesday: “That they held talks in Darfur”, he said: “We have seen that the peace process taking place in Darfur was difficult and took a long time, and although there is a lot to be done, but there is a significant and positive development in the situation on the ground.” Sudan and Britain agreed to accelerate the pace of meetings and agreed on a semi-annual political consultation rather than annually, and to upgrade the level of visits to a high level, in order to increase the degree of understanding and to return to normal. The British official also visited some of the projects implemented by his country in Darfur.

We in Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah of Sudan want to clarify for the public opinion the following facts:

• Britain is the colonizing state, an acquisitive enemy that is after our country.
• Britain is supporting rebel movements in Darfur and gave them a media platform.
• Britain, France and European countries on one side, and America on the other, are fighting in Sudan for the implementation of their criminal projects.
• Britain’s entry with projects in Darfur is a Trojan horse to achieve its malicious goals, otherwise why are these projects not set up in any other country?
• The visit of British Permanent Under-Secretary of the Foreign Ministry, and the speech of Britain’s ambassador in Khartoum, Michael Aron, before that, giving “good” news of the imminent signing of a deal between the armed movements and the government, he said: “His country encouraged the Secretary General of the Popular Movement of the North sector last week, during the meeting with Yasir Arman and the British government which discussed the necessities of the application of the road map, pointing out that there is good news and will be pleasant for the Sudanese people.” All this shows how brazen is the interference of these colonists in our country’s affairs.

Islam has forbidden allowing the Kaffir enemies to interfere in Muslim affairs, and forbade asking their support in any sovereign political matter that is in origin the role of the state, or in any other business. Allah سبحانه وتعالى says:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لا تَتَّخِذُوا بِطَانَةً مِنْ دُونِكُمْ لا يَأْلُونَكُمْ خَبَالا وَدُّوا مَا عَنِتُّمْ قَدْ بَدَتِ الْبَغْضَاءُ مِنْ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَمَا تُخْفِي صُدُورُهُمْ أَكْبَرُ قَدْ بَيَّنَّا لَكُمُ الآيَاتِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ

“O you who have believed, do not take as intimates those other than yourselves, for they will not spare you [any] ruin. They wish you would have hardship. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, and what their breasts conceal is greater. We have certainly made clear to you the signs, if you will use reason.”

(Al-i-Imran: 118)

And the Prophet ﷺ said when a Jewish battalion came from the allies of Ibn Saloul with their banners to fight with him refused, He ﷺ refused and said:

«قُولُوا لَهُمُ ارْجِعُوا؛ فَإِنَّا لا نَسْتَعِينُ بِالْمُشْرِكِينَ»

“Tell them to go back, we do not seek help from the Polytheists.” (From Al Mustadrak by Al Hakim)

The hands of the Kaffir colonialists will not be stopped from meddling in our land except by an ideological state, that would govern the Muslims, and implement Islam and look after affairs of the people, and deprive the greedy and the colonialist enemies any opportunity (to meddle and steal), and this is what we call the people to work for: the establishment of the righteous Khilafah on the method of Prophethood (Caliphate) for a decent life and a victorious state, and happiness in this world and bliss in the Afterlife.

Allah سبحانه وتعالى says:

وَأُخْرَى تُحِبُّونَهَا نَصْرٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَفَتْحٌ قَرِيبٌ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ

“And [you will obtain] another [favor] that you love – victory from Allah and an imminent conquest; and give good tidings to the believers.”

(As-Saff: 13)
