End Intelligence Sharing with Hostile America
During his recent visit to the United States, the ISI Chief met President Barack Obama’s chief in-house adviser on national security, Susan Rice. Lt Gen Rizwan Akhtar, who left for home on 18 October, also met the CIA chief and heads of other US security and intelligence agencies. But his meeting with Ms Rice is seen as significant as it is unusual for intelligence chiefs to meet such senior level officials, particularly an official who has a regular access to the president. Ms. Rice visited Islamabad in the last week of August and urged Pakistani leaders to do more to stop militants from using their territory to stage attacks in neighbouring countries.
America has constantly benefited from the close contact between senior Pakistani intelligence officials, allowing it to inflict great harm upon us. America is oceans away and without Pakistan’s intelligence had no hope of ever invading and occupying Afghanistan. Without Pakistan’s intelligence, its drones are blind, drones that have reigned death upon mostly innocent civilians in a mad bit to kill resistance fighters. Without Pakistan’s intelligence contact, America’s Raymond Davis network would have been rendered ineffective, instead of reaking havoc in the country, including false flag attacks on our armed forces to prod them to fight America’s war. And when America wants political cover for its occupation and puppet Afghan government, it is demanding from Pakistan intelligence to goad Taliban onto the negotiation table.
It is the need of the time to treat hostile non-Muslim states on a war stance, severing ties with America being a high priority. These are nations who have occupied Muslim Land or other acts of similar aggression. This will only be achieved by the Khilafah. As Hizb ut Tahrir has adopted in its Introduction to the Constitution, in Article 189, “States with whom we do not have treaties, and the actual imperialist states, such as Britain, America and France, and those states that have designs on the State, such as Russia, are legally considered to be belligerent states. All precautions must be taken towards them and it would be wrong to establish diplomatic relations with them.” And in the same Article’s Clause 4 it has stated, “States that are actually belligerent states, such as Israel for example, a state of war must be taken as the basis for all dealings with them. They must be dealt with as if a real war existed between us – irrespective of whether an armistice exists between us or not – and all their subjects are prevented from entering the State.”
Who is the US to Lecture Regarding Pakistan’s Nuclear Arsenal?
Nawaz Sharif’s pre-Washington departure statement on 19 October confirmed the issues on the agenda of his talks with President Barack Obama scheduled for 22 October at the White House — nuclear, counter-terrorism and Pakistan’s problematic relations with its neighbours India and Afghanistan. He said, “Pakistan is a responsible sovereign nuclear state. Its strategic assets are secured under a foolproof arrangement. Pakistan’s nuclear status is deterrence against any external aggression.”
The Americans have imposed an agenda since the time of Musharraf regarding a threat to Pakistan’s nuclear weapons from extremists. The current Obama administration has mentioned concerns from the seizure of a warhead or two by “extremist” individuals to the wholesale command of Pakistan’s entire nuclear arsenal following a take over by “Islamist” officers. It has used this as a basis to allow its personnel to gain intimate knowledge of Pakistan’s nuclear capability and even formulating strategies to send in US Special Forces to “secure the Pakistani nuclear arsenal.”
America is hardly qualified to lecture anyone on nuclear weapons and it is treachery to share secrets with it. In today’s world, America itself is a reason to maintain nuclear deterrent capabilities. Of the eight declared nuclear powers, America is the only one to have used atomic weaponry on a civilian population, wiping out tens of thousands and condemning thousands to illness through radiation exposure. America is the most aggressive of nations, reserving a particular venom against Islam, using conventional weapons to invade and occupy Muslim Lands, leading to the deaths of hundreds of thousands. This is asides from its open support for the Jewish and Hindu states. Yet, the current leadership of Pakistan sees fit to open up regarding key nuclear secrets and strategies in a bid to satisfy their masters in Washington.
The Khilafah will cut off all ties with actively belligerent nations including America and treat them on a war footing. Rather than being defensive about its war capabilities, it will work to mobilize world public opinion regarding the colonialist wars of America, which destroy civilian populations for the sake of cheap material gains.
Regional Security Mandates America Ending Occupation in Afghanistan
Soon after Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif landed in Washington on 20 October, the White House said that regional security would be the focal point of talks he would hold with President Barack Obama. “A range of issues are important for us … including the announcement that the president made last week about our strategy in Afghanistan moving forward,” Mr Earnest said. “I’m confident that will be the focal point of discussions.” In an address to his nation last week, US President Barack Obama said that a sudden increase in Taliban activities had forced him to break his pledge to withdraw all US troops from Afghanistan by 2016. He urged Pakistan to help restart a reconciliation process to restore peace in Afghanistan.
America is dependent on Pakistan to achieve that which it never accepted the Soviet Russian from achieving, a permanent presence on the doorstep of the Muslim world’s strongest state. It is known that Pakistan is the pivot for Afghanistan and beyond. When the Soviet Russians invaded, the armed forces intelligence ISI organized a resistance which forced Soviet Russia out. However, through traitors in the leadership of ISI, Pakistan’s considerable intelligence network is being exploited to force the resistance to lay down its arms and allow America to remain, even though ever since the invasion of Afghanistan, all that the region has known of is instability, economic losses, bloodshed and a war of Fitna in the tribal regions. The very least the traitors could do is to deny America support and let the sincere Muslims continue to prevent the American occupation from settling. However, even this is too much to expect from traitors who have sold themselves cheaply to the foremost in enmity to Muslims, America.
The soon to arrive Khilafah, inshaaAllah, will gather the Muslims armed forces as an effective force to liberate Muslim Lands in response to the command of Allah سبحانه وتعالى and His Messenger ﷺ. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَا لَكُمْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمُ انْفِرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ اثَّاقَلْتُمْ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ أَرَضِيتُمْ بِالْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا مِنَ الْآخِرَةِ فَمَا مَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ
“O you who have believed, what is [the matter] with you that, when you are told to go forth in the Path of Allah (Jihad), you adhere heavily to the earth? Are you satisfied with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But what is the enjoyment of worldly life compared to the Hereafter except a [very] little.”
(Surah At-Tawba 9: 38)
And RasuAllah (saw) said,
«مَا تَرَكَ قَوْمٌ الْجِهَادَ إِلا عَمَّهُمُ اللَّهُ بِالْعَذَابِ»
“No people that abandoned Jihad except that Allah encompassed them with punishment.” [Tabarani]
America is Not Qualified to Arbitrate between Pakistan and India
Nawaz handed over on 21 November three dossiers to US Secretary of State John Kerry on India’s involvement in subversive activities in the country. “Secretary Kerry was briefed about the destabilising role of Indian agencies in Fata, Balochistan and Karachi. Three separate dossiers containing evidence of the Indian involvement in subversive activities were handed over to the US side by the adviser,” said an official statement issued by the Pakistan Embassy.
It is the height of treachery for the current rulers of Pakistan to ask for America to arbitrate between Pakistan and India. How is America qualified to arbitrate between Muslims and hostile Hindu mushrikeen? Not only is America the foremost in enmity against the Muslims, it is building the Hindu State as the dominant regional power in the region, to counter China and the revival of Muslims. Especially, when one considers that America granted India unprecedented presence with Afghanistan, through which it has reeked havoc in Balochistan, Fata and beyond.
With the fall of the ant-American, “non-aligned” Congress Party from power and the rise of the pro-American BJP to the helm of Indian affairs, America is actively pursuing changes to ensure that Pakistan becomes a subordinate state to India. So, America has pursued its plan of promoting India on the world stage, whilst portraying Pakistan as a pariah state which must “do more.” Whilst India creates mischief throughout Pakistan, America demands that Pakistan fights the Afghan resistance to allow America and India to remain in Afghanistan. America mobilizes its agents within the Kashmir leadership to promote a plan to ensure that India has authority within all of Kashmir, including the liberated areas, whilst demanding that Pakistan crush the Kashmiri resistance. Whilst continuously undermining Pakistan’s nuclear programme over issues of safety from Islamists, America consents to India as a major nuclear power and supports its entry as a permanent member of the United Nations.
Moreover, of foremost consideration, Islam forbids the subjugation of Muslim affairs under the authority of the Kuffar in any capacity. Allah سبحانه وتعالى revealed,
وَلَنْ يَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلاً
“Allah does not permit the believers to grant the kafireen authority over their affairs.”
(Surah An-Nisa’a 4:141)
Only the Khilafah will act as a shield for the Ummah from the plans of the Kuffar and mobilize the Ummah’s immense resources for her protection.
