On the 16th of October at the CIS Summit in Kazakhstan, Putin said, “According to various estimates, from 5 to 7 thousand people from Russia and other CIS countries are fighting on the side of ISIS. And we surely cannot allow them to use the experience obtained in Syria later at our home”. “I cannot but agree with the president of Uzbekistan, who talked with concern about the situation arising in Afghanistan. The situation there is really close to critical. Terrorists of every stripe are gaining more and more influence and do not hide their plans for further expansion. One of their goals is to break into the Central Asian region. It is important for us to be ready to respond in coordination to such scenario”. At the meeting, they decided to set up joint frontier direct-action military groups for the protection of the external borders of the Commonwealth. In addition, the leaders approved a program of border security.
Comment:
The regular meeting of the rulers-tyrants of Central Asia and the head of the criminal regime of Russia, which have become frequent recently, signifies their concern about the latest alterations in the Islamic world. Putin’s latest statements at the summit are confirmation of that. From the beginning of the blessed revolution in Sham, the Russian authority supported and supports the tyrant Bashar al-Assad, and it has come to the Russian Air Forces to bomb Muslims in Syria.
The firm and independent position of the Muslims of Syria during more than 4 years signifies a new page in the history of the Islamic world. This is a new page of the Muslims’ return to their beginnings, to the days of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, namely to the reestablishing of the Islamic State Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood, as the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:
«ثم تكون خلافة على منهاج النبوة»
“…. then there will be a Khilafah on the way of Prophethood…”
It is not only the revival of the Islamic state, but also the general revival of the Muslims as one body, one Ummah, one state including its former territories from Spain to Indonesia, and including the whole of Central Asia, Caucasus, Tatarstan, Bashkiria, and so on.
Watching the blessed revolution in Sham is gathering strength, and each time holding out against merciless attacks and resisting insidious ruses of unfaithful deceivers, these criminal regimes are trembling with fear realizing their forthcoming death. And so that to postpone the reestablishing of the Khilafah at least for a while, which undoubtedly will return all of its territories and establish the righteous government on the basis of Islam there, they are forming all sorts of alliances and strengthening their borders. They are so steeped in their disbelief and ignorance that their pride doesn’t allow them simply to accept the obvious. Detonating and killing their own people, arresting those who are calling for Islam, these tyrants are trying to frighten their people by imaginary terrorists and extremists, while they themselves are tyrants, murderers and terrorists.
Is the story of the Byzantine and Roman empires not enough to them as an edification!? Is the story of Pharaoh not enough to them!? Each of these rulers boasted of his power and strength. And what happened to them!? They perished, and you too will perish!
وَمَثَلُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ كَمَثَلِ الَّذِي يَنْعِقُ بِمَا لاَ يَسْمَعُ إِلاَّ دُعَاء وَنِدَاء صُمٌّ بُكْمٌ عُمْيٌ فَهُمْ لاَ يَعْقِلُونَ
“The example of those who disbelieve is like that of one who shouts at what hears nothing but calls and cries cattle or sheep – deaf, dumb and blind, so they do not understand.”
(Al-Baqara, 2:171)
