In the name of Allah, the All Powerful, the Supporter of the weak and oppressed and the Subduer of the tyrants, and prayers and peace be upon His honourable Messenger and upon his family and companions.
The criminality of Hasina’s regime has reached a high level in Bangladesh, a land which holds the fourth place after Indonesia, Pakistan and India in respect to the number of Muslims living within it which exceeds 130 million. The time has come to rise up and declare a revolution against this despotic and oppressive regime which is fighting the Muslims under the pretext of fighting terrorism. Under the law of fighting terrorism, the terrorism of the state against its subjects has become a normal phenomenon that dominates Bangladesh.
Since her arrival in the position of authority, Hasina has not ceased due to the American plan which aims to lure in India and contain China by the states that are loyal to America such as when America instructed Pakistan to abandon the Muslims of Kashmir for the benefit of India. Hasina was then appointed with the agreement of India and Britain as the leader of Bangladesh so as to hold the land and its interests ransom to America the enemy of Allah, His Messenger and the believers. Since that time Hasina has been implementing their commands without exception and became an outstanding student in safeguarding the interests of the enemies of the Ummah and in conspiring against the sons of Bangladesh, by selling the fruits of their labor in the textile industry to the West and through enslaving them by forcing them to work in inhumane conditions for long hours for paltry wages. This is to sell luxury products to the West and so that they are exported to the world as a luxury foreign market through the signing of contracts with a number different types of American companies to facilitate the plundering of the land’s oil and gas and through the negotiation with the United States to sign the ‘TICFA’ treaty which is a treaty enabling the Unites States to take control over the country’s trade. Added to this is the corruption that has enveloped the political medium and state institutions which has produced a crumbling infrastructure for factories which then burn and collapse on the heads of those within them. This is let alone the abject poverty that approximately 31.5% of the population live in and the foreign debts which have reached $24.6 billion as was recorded on the 31st of December 2010 and amounts to 36.7% of the gross national product (GNP).
There are also the efforts she has undertaken from a military aspect in order to consolidate the western presence through her collusion in respect to the massacre of the border guard officers that took place. Since that time she has been implementing corresponding plans in respect to the border guards in response to a demand made by India and the United States where she has been wiping out the officers of the army who stand on the side of Islam, the land and the interests of the people. She has transformed Bangladesh into a military base for the criminal American army so that America can undertake military training and exercises in this land however it pleases and just as if Bangladesh is its back yard that it owns. She also held secret negotiations with the United States to sign the ‘ACSA’ Treaty that aims to transform the Muslim army in Bangladesh to a regiment within the American army.
All of this in addition to other hidden matters in Hasina’s black record in regards to ruling the country confirming her agency to the foreigner and its colonialism of the land and the servants for the benefit of America, India and Britain. So here she is demonstrating her loyalty to the West and her being against the Ummah by fighting against Islam and its followers. Her repressive acts have not stopped at the killing of ‘Ulemaa (scholars) like Abdul Qaadir Mala for example and fighting against the students of Shariah but rather her war has extended to the carriers of the Da’wah for the resumption of the Islamic way of life which is fuelled by her hatred for Islam. This has reached such an extent and degree with Hasina that her intelligence services have commanded the Bangladeshi media to not cover any positive news about Hizb ut Tahrir.
These incidents have confirmed the extent of alarm and fear that has come to envelop this regime from the Da’wah of Hizb ut Tahrir and its activity within Bangladesh. On top of that and in addition to the physical and verbal harm inflicted upon the sisters who are being detained under precaution by her gangs who hate Islam and by the thugs from her repressive apparatuses. There has also recently been some clips which have been published revealing the torture undertaken to scare the other detainees from Hizb ut Tahrir by those sick followers of Hasina. This is whilst they falsely believe that their shameful acts of detaining and torturing the members of the Hizb, men and women alike, will force the Hizb to stop its Da’wah for the establishment of the Khilafah upon the methodology of the Prophethood.
In spite of the innumerable crimes of Hasina that can’t be counted or hidden the United Nations has classified Bangladesh as being a moderate democratic state of the first degree. Indeed the UN even requested that she participate in leading a high level summit on the 28th of September in New York side by side with US President Obama and the General Secretary of the UN related to ‘Peacekeeping Operations’ just as she was invited there to speak in Columbia University under the heading: “The Girls are leading the way” and she will also receive the highest award in the field of environment from the United Nations, “Heroes of the Planet”.
This confirms to all that the criminality of the tyrant is happening under the eyes and sight of America and her wing the United Nations. They are pleased with her and her repression of the Muslim people. This is because all claims of human rights, freedom of expression and enabling women are merely ink upon paper when the matter is related to the Da’wah to Islam.
This is what calls us to continuously address those of sound mind and who are sincere from amongst the people of power. This is so as to remind them of their duty, the true reality of their current position and of what it must be. Verily Allah سبحانه وتعالى has blessed us with Imaan and honoured us by making us the Ummah of the Qur’aan as witnesses over all of mankind to convey its message to it after its Prophet ﷺ. The one who examines the current state of the Ummah will realise that it has moved from this high place and station to a position of decline and backwardness in respect to the rest of the world after the destruction of its Khilafah and after the tyrant oppressive rulers gain dominance over us.
So indeed, after having chosen to rule by other than the Shariah of Allah, our position was changed and the blessing of Allah was removed from us whilst we earned the sin of abstaining from carrying the message of Islam to the world.
Allah Jalla Wa ‘Alaa says in His Noble Book:
قَالَ رَبِّ بِمَا أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ فَلَنْ أَكُونَ ظَهِيرًا لِّلْمُجْرِمِينَ
“He said: “My Lord, for the favour You bestowed upon me, I will never be an assistant to the criminals.””
(Al-Qasas: 17)
It is an obligation upon the people of power in Bangladesh and the Indian subcontinent as a whole including the officers of the armies in Pakistan, Bangladesh and in all of the Muslim lands to work for the radical change from the roots alongside the pioneer of this Ummah Hizb ut Tahrir and fulfil their Amaanah (trust) that they have been entrusted with. This is so that their power are not used against their Ummah and so that they do not support the tyrants against their people. Sayyid Qutb said in his ‘Zhilaal’ (Tafsir), “The tyrant is no more than an individual. In truth he doesn’t possess power or authority. The tyrant (as an individual) cannot possibly be stronger than thousands and millions if it was to sense its humanity, dignity, honour and freedom. Every individual from the masses is equal to the tyrant in respect to power however the tyrant deceives them and provides them with the illusion that he has power over her!”
So O People of Power:
Will you be silent over the haughty oppression of this tyrant which is an agent of the West? Are you forgetting your honour and are submitting and surrendering yourselves to other than Allah? All honour and might belongs to Allah and none other than Him has any share in it. So whoever wishes for honour then let him seek it from its source whilst there is no source other than it. Let him seek it from Allah as he will only find it there whilst he will not find it anywhere else; not in any band or by any means:
فَلِلَّـهِ الْعِزَّةُ جَمِيعًا
“Then to Allah belongs the honour, all of it.”
(Fatir: 10)
The Quraish used to seek honour through their flimsy belief in idols and they used to fear following guidance whilst acknowledging that it represented guidance. This is because they feared that their position and standing would be harmed. It was then made clear to them that they have no power over Allah in any matter, that the benefit and harm rests in the hand of Allah alone and that whoever wishes for honour then he must seek it from Allah alone, turn to Him alone and work to support His cause until Allah grants him victory.
Allah سبحانه وتعالى said:
مَن كَانَ يُرِيدُ الْعِزَّةَ فَلِلَّـهِ الْعِزَّةُ جَمِيعًا إِلَيْهِ يَصْعَدُ الْكَلِمُ الطَّيِّبُ وَالْعَمَلُ الصَّالِحُ يَرْفَعُهُ وَالَّذِينَ يَمْكُرُونَ السَّيِّئَاتِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ وَمَكْرُ أُولَـٰئِكَ هُوَ يَبُورُ
“Whoever desires honour [through power] – then to Allah belongs all honour. To Him ascends good speech, and righteous work raises it. But they who plot evil deeds will have a severe punishment, and the plotting of those – it will perish”
(Al-Faatir: 10)
So move to rise up and to cast off the robe of subordination and shame and do not incline toward those who oppress lest you be touched by the Fire. Remember that the Haqq (truth) demands sacrifices and that it is necessary. Will it be that the honourable women will precede you in terms of sacrifice and perseverance? Do you not see that Hasina drags you towards humiliation and leading you to destruction?
Be like Musa (as) when he said:
فَلَنْ أَكُونَ ظَهِيرًا لِّلْمُجْرِمِينَ
“I will never be an assistant for the criminals”
(Al-Qasas: 17)
And remember that Fir’aun was an individual and Allah did not mention him in His eternal Book for other than the reason that his like would return in every age and era. Indeed many like him have come in every period of time and the words of Allah سبحانه وتعالى apply to them:
وَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ أَئِمَّةً يَدْعُونَ إِلَى النَّارِ وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا يُنصَرُونَ
“And We made them leaders inviting to the Fire, and on the Day of Resurrection they will not be helped”
(Al-Qasas: 41)
So which of the two sides deserve to be followed O people of power? That which wishes for you goodness and guidance guiding you to the paths of honour in the shade of obedience to Allah or that which invites you to the fire?
قُلْ مَن رَّبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ قُلِ اللَّـهُ قُلْ أَفَاتَّخَذْتُم مِّن دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ لَا يَمْلِكُونَ لِأَنفُسِهِمْ نَفْعًا وَلَا ضَرًّا قُلْ هَلْ يَسْتَوِي الْأَعْمَىٰ وَالْبَصِيرُ أَمْ هَلْ تَسْتَوِي الظُّلُمَاتُ وَالنُّورُ
“Say: “Who is Lord of the heavens and earth?” Say, “Allah.” Say, “Have you then taken besides Him allies not possessing [even] for themselves any benefit or any harm?” Say, “Is the blind equivalent to the seeing? Or is darkness equivalent to light?”
(Ar-Ra’d: 16)
