With the attack of the Kaffir colonialists upon the Muslims in the proud Ash-Sham, the Abode of Dar Al-Islam, led by America, the main backer for the tyrant Assad regime (the Nero of Sham), supported by Russia through its direct military support to Assad and his mercenaries; killing children, women and elderly, even their aggression reached trees and stone since the year 2011, where the pure blood of our cherished Ummah in Ash-Sham has been spilled… And with the explosive barrels which bombarded our people stationed in Ash-Sham; the Abode of Dar Al-Islam; the rulers of Muslims stand deaf, dumb and blind, they do not see! So that there is no army moves to grant victory to the Muslims nor a missile launches and no tank to shake the earth a great shaking.
Russia, which has killed more than 100 thousand Muslims, and wounded more than 200 thousand of them, and brutally displaced nearly 500 thousand Muslims in Chechnya in the 1994/1998 war, it killed children and horrified women … It committed crimes that make children white-haired of their horror! Despite all that Sudan’s rulers rush to warm welcome the visit of the Russia’s Foreign Minister, and are talking about the cooperation between the two countries, thinking; the rulers of Sudan that Russia will bring them good. What is certain is the greed of Russia, like other Kaffir countries in plundering the wealth of Sudan.
We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan, warn the regime, saying:
• Your welcoming the leaders of terrorism in the world is another betrayal of the Muslims, and a strengthening for the Kaffir colonists and enabling them to control the resources of the Ummah and its wealth.
• Russia is an enemy state in actual state of war with Islam and Muslims, and it is not permissible by the Shari’ to establish any relations with it; not a diplomatic nor an economic nor otherwise, Almighty says:
إِنَّمَا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُوا عَلَى إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَنْ تَوَلَّوْهُمْ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ
“Allah merely forbids you from taking as friends those who have fought you in the deen and driven you from your homes and who supported your expulsion. Any who take them as friends are wrongdoers.”
(Al-Mumtahina: 9)
• Russia is a state greedy in the Muslims’ fortunes, and in order to plunder the wealth it kills, destroys and commits the most heinous crimes and genocides against Muslims. Here are Russia’s crimes from Tatarstan through Chechnya to Ash-Sham, they are clearly visible, so the least to be done is to boycott it and refuse to receive its envoys victory for Islam and Muslims.
In conclusion: there is no welcome to the killers of Muslims in the land of Sudan…
(No welcome tomorrow, no greetings to it) if the tyrants are received in tomorrow
And to the terrorist Russia we say: We warn you of the incursion in your crimes against our great Ummah of Islam, for the record of your black account has exacerbated and its weight has become heavier. And that the Khilafah Rashidah State on the method of the Prophethood, and the Khaleefah of Muslims who is dauntless with a crushing sword; will avenge from you whatever vengeance, and he who warns is excused!
وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ
“Those who do wrong will soon know the kind of reversal they will receive!”
(Ash-Shu’ara: 227)
