On 20th February 2016, under the title “Court set up to try nation’s ‘enemies’ holds first hearing” the English language Dawn Newspaper reported on its webpage that a special court approved by Parliament under the “National Action Plan,” which is no more than a US plan to suppress Islam, will be held on 22 February 2016 for the trial of twelve members of banned outfit for distributing pamphlets inciting “hatred.”
Yes, the struggle between truth and falsehood has existed since when Allah سبحانه وتعالى created Adam (as) and Iblis and it will continue until the Day of Resurrection, thus the people of falsehood against Lut (as) rejected his eminence whilst proclaiming as described in the Quran,
وَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَنْ قَالُوا أَخْرِجُوهُمْ مِنْ قَرْيَتِكُمْ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ
“The answer of his people was only that they said, “Evict them from your city! Indeed, they are men who keep themselves pure.””
(Surah Araaf 7:82)
Similarly the Raheel-Nawaz regime seeks to try the men striving to revive this Ummah to restore its previous glory, which was extended under the Khilafah state up until three centuries ago in the Indian Subcontinent, before the British occupation ended Muslim rule. The Raheel-Nawaz regime, America’s loyal agent, has struck hard against Islam, whilst not ruling by it, persecuting every sincere person in this Ummah, striving to revive this Ummah by restoring the rule by all that Allah سبحانه وتعالى has revealed to please Him through His worshipping under the shade of the rightly guided Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood, so how can a man with Allah سبحانه وتعالى be an enemy to the Ummah?! Is the enemy the Shabaab of Hizb ut-Tahrir, or the regime that acts as an agent for America and rules by that which angers Allah سبحانه وتعالى, Democracy?!
Distorting the reality is a sign of the people of falsehood. Had the people of falsehood been on truth, they would present argument against argument. However, they are weakened by corruption and absence of all ideological and human values and even professional ethics, driving them to distort the reality, in order to justify their corruption. When the people of Quraish’s were unable to reply to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ argument for argument, they started lying about the Prophet ﷺ and distorted the reality of the great Islam. They said about the Prophet: “He is a magician and causes division between a man and his father, a man and his brother, a man and his wife and a man and his tribe.” Similarly the regime through its paid mouthpieces in the media describe those who work for the unity of the Ummah under a vast state that does not care for barriers and borders, as enemies of the Ummah and describe their call as inciting “hatred”! See how they judge!
We are not surprised if the regime and its cronies do not reform. However, what is strange is that the mouthpieces exceed the regime in slandering the righteous slaves of Allah, loyally striving for their Deen and their Ummah. Therefore, our address is not directed to the secular regime, the American agent, nor is it an address to those who are besotted with the Western thoughts within the English language media. No, our address is to all those who have loyalty to his Deen and his Ummah that they restrain this unjust regime and its mouthpieces. Our address is to the sincere amongst the judges who wish to judge with justice to give rulings for the release of those who love RasulAllah ﷺ, the Shabaab of Hizb ut-Tahrir and anyone else who was captured by the regime because of his loyalty to the Ummah and the Deen.
إِنَّمَا كَانَ قَوْلَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِذَا دُعُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ أَنْ يَقُولُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ
“The only saying of the believers when they are called to Allah and His Messenger to judge between them to say we have heard and we obey, and those are the successful”
(an-Nur 24:51)
