We Dissociate Ourselves from the University of the Holy Qur’an and Islamic Studies Administration to be a Mere Tool of the Failing Oppressors Incapable of Supporting the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم!!
Women’s Section of Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah of Sudan held in the morning of Thursday 29/01/2015 CE, a dialogue point next to the University of the Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences for female students in condemnation of the abuse to the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم, where a speech was delivered with the title: “By Khilafah Alone We Support the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم”.
The point did not last to the end of its set time, because the university guards asked the sisters to disperse, rather they threatened to arrest them. When they did not succeed in their efforts to resolve the point, they threatened the students to collect their cards if they near to the Hizb’s Shabaat. But to no avail, for the sisters were eagerly listening to the Shabaat. The argument enraged between the Shabaat and the university guards who insist on taking the permission of the university administration; note that the point of dialogue was held outside the university, so how was the university administration able to make itself a tool to the security services?
Supporting the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم is the duty on every Muslim,
إِلَّا تَنْصُرُوهُ فَقَدْ نَصَرَهُ اللَّهُ
“If you do not help him, Allah did help him”
(At-Tawba: 40)
However it is inconceivable for a state which raises slogans of Islam to prevent a few women to support the Prophet of Islam with words, while it is one of the first countries to (deplore and condemn the attack) on Charlie Hebdo Newspaper. Rather, its foreign minister reiterated condemnations instead of mobilizing armies to defend the Prophet of Islam who they raise his slogans for political consumption. Nevertheless they mobilize security agencies to prevent supporting him صلى الله عليه وسلم!
These facts show the vulnerability of the regime and the fragility of its structure. For the fear of the word of truth remains the basis of all unjust rulers despite what they call of false slogans about freedom of peaceful expression which they pound our heads with, so you see them afraid of a few women supporting their Deen and their Prophet with words!!
We have always stated that enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong is one of the greatest duties, and that the intellectual and political struggle is a legitimate (Shari’) method that we follow, but to no avail. Because what is permitted is to be a politician in the dirty game; i.e. on the basis of the capitalist system, to enter in the ruling party for mercenary, or the opposition, which lives on the crumbs, or the fighting militia!
We, the Shabaat of Hizb ut Tahrir, do not accept except the laws of Allah, who ordained us through His Revelation to the Master of the sons of Adam Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم. We are continuing to do that until the promise of Allah and the glad tiding of the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم which we await come; victory and empowerment in the Khilafah Rashidah State on the method of the Prophethood which its time has neared. Wherein the right will arise and the falsehood invalidate, so that people become in front of two and only camps; the camp of Iman that is free from hypocrisy, and the camp of hypocrisy that is free from Iman.
