In an event, unique of its kind, the judge of the criminal court of ‘The People’s Market’ in Umm Darman, issued a fine against the brother As-Saadiq Mirsaal, one of the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir, who had carried out the greatest of actions that a Muslim can take, which is carrying the Da’wah to Islam and its rulings. That was following his distribution of a leaflet explaining the Islamic rulings related to the economic crisis that this government has brought about as a result of not ruling by Islam and submission and subservience to the IMF (International Monetary Fund). It happened due to his distribution to those performing the Salaah in the Masjid which he undertook in an elevated and peaceful manner. So how can someone who undertakes this noble action be convicted?! And under an article that has absolutely no relationship with what he did. This was Article (63) of the criminal law which states: “Whoever calls, spreads or propagates any invitation to oppose the public authority in a violent manner or criminal force will be punished by imprisonment, fine or both together”. Has the call to the ruling of Islam now become a crime that the carrier of the Da’wah is penalised for?!
As for the second incident, then that happened on Tuesday 22/11/2016, in the locality of Umm Baddah, when the security forces arrested two brothers, Az-Zain Al-‘Iwad and Hashim Yusuf, who are both members of Hizb ut Tahrir. That was when they were taking part in a discussion stall that the party has set up at the Sahrij intersection. The two Shabab were subjected to being beaten and undignified bad treatment, before being let go at 2am on Wednesday 23/11/2016. In addition, the security did not return what they had confiscated of books, leaflets and tools used for the discussion stall.
We have reiterated time and time again that this regime is obstructing the path of Allah and is at war with Islam and its Da’wah carriers, to please their masters in the Whitehouse. It is keenly eager to attain their pleasure and acceptance and even if that is at the expense of the Ummah’s Aqeedah and silencing the voices of those inviting to the truth. But how far off the mark they are in respect to attaining their approval and that is because Allah ‘Azza Wa Jalla said:
وَلَنْ تَرْضَى عَنْكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلا النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ قُلْ إِنَّ هُدَى اللَّهِ هُوَ الْهُدَى وَلَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ بَعْدَ الَّذِي جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ مَا لَكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ مِنْ وَلِيٍّ وَلا نَصِيرٍ
“And never will the Jews or the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion. Say, “Indeed, the guidance of Allah is the [only] guidance.” If you were to follow their desires after what has come to you of knowledge, you would have against Allah no protector or helper”
(Al-Baqarah: 120)
Verily, by Allah, it represents a disgrace in the life of this world and loss in the hereafter.
This regime and its cronies need to know that Hizb ut Tahrir has made a covenant with Allah and His Messenger, to proceed along the path of Al-Habeeb Muhammad ﷺ for the sake of a radical change from the roots upon the basis of ‘Laa Ilaaha Illallah Muhammadur Rasoolullah’. Its Shabab will never yield and there deep concern will never abate whilst they continue to engage in the carrying of the Da’wah for the resumption of the Islamic life via the establishment of the rightly guided Khilafah upon the methodology of the Prophethood. They are not frightened of arrests or prisons and the lashes of the whippers who have sold their Deen for a small price in the Dunyaa, do not scare them. We will continue upon the covenant firmly by the will of Allah until the coming of the dawn and the oppression and oppressors vanish. Verily that will be soon by Allah’s will.
إنَّ مَوْعِدَهُمُ الصُّبْحُ أَلَيْسَ الصُّبْحُ بِقَرِيبٍ
“Indeed, their appointment is [for] the morning. Is not the morning near?”
