On January 2, “politazia.ru” reported on its Internet resource: “A political prisoner – Rakhmonkhodzhayev Zikrullokhon Fayzullokhodzhayevich, sentenced in 2013 to 7 years of strict regime for participating in the activities of Hizb-ut-Tahrir, while being in prison in the penal colony № 17 in Sheksna village of the Vologda region, was again found guilty under Art. 205.5 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Participation in the activities of an organization that, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, is recognized as terrorist). On December 13, 2018, the Moscow District Military Court sentenced Zikrullokhon to 14.5 years in a special regime colony at a mobile court hearing in the city of Vologda.”
Comment:
The struggle of the Russian authorities against the Hizb ut Tahrir Shabab is intensifying. Last year, a new practice, replicated from the tyrants of Central Asia, began. Criminal cases are already fabricated on the Hizb Shabab in prisons in order to prevent the Shabab from being released and to continue the Islamic call (dawah).
Brother Zikrullohon was arrested in November 2012 and sentenced to 7 years in prison. In prison, they fabricated a new criminal case against him and added another 14.5 years for calling for the revival of the Second Righteous state of the Khilafah (Caliphate). But this does not stop the Shabab, on the contrary, the Shabab lead the call-in prisons.
In 2011, five Hizb Shabab were arrested in the city of Chelyabinsk. In 2013 they were convicted, including Rinat Galiullin. He was sentenced to 6.5 years in prison for organizing a Hizb ut Tahrir cell in Chelyabinsk. Rinat was in a colony in the Saratov region. On July 28, 2017, he was supposed to be released, but the police detained him in the courthouse. The decision to initiate a criminal case stated that, while in detention, Galiullin conducted “collective and individual conversations with prisoners and tried to involve them in the activities of Hizb ut-Tahrir”. Rinat Galiullina was sentenced to 8 years in prison and a year of restriction of liberty under Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code.
Recently, new court cases against the Hizb Shabab were held, where they received up to 19 years in prison. Arrests, prosecutions and long years of imprisonment do not frighten the Hizb Shabab in Russia. These trials only strengthen the desire of the Shabab to work on the revival of the Second Righteous state of the Khilafah (Caliphate).
The power of Russia, ideologically degraded, is powerless over the ideas of Hizb, fighting against the Shabab physically, arresting and throwing them into prisons for many years. But no matter how much this power pursues the Shabab, how much they will fight against Islam and the Muslims, the Shabab lead the call trusting in Allah Almighty being convinced of His promise of the victory and an urgent help. Allah (swt) said in His Noble Book:
وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُم فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُم مِّن بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا وَمَن كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ
“Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me”.
