The very same day that the Pakistani Prime Minister Gillani landed in Washington, America launched lethal strikes on South Waziristan. This invasion of Pakistani territory occurred without any warning or notification, in total disregard for Pakistan’s sovereignty and independence. In recent history, this is the first time that America has welcomed a ‘strong ally’ in such a humiliating fashion. Rather than terminate his trip and return home, the disgraced Gillani proceeded to shake hands with US President Bush and ignore America’s repeated violation of Pakistan’s territory. And even after America’s flagrant disregard for Pakistan’s sovereignty and independence, he still shamelessly insisted, “Both countries believe in independence and sovereignty of each other and want to strengthen our relations further.”
Steeped in shame, Gillani not only endorsed America’s war against Islam, but also committed Pakistani resources and soldiers to America’s war against the Muslims. He said, “We will jointly fight against extremism and terrorism as these forces are destabilizing the world… This is our own war.” After uttering such treacherous words, Gillani then ate at the table of Bush the butcher and debaser of Muslims. Later both issued a joint communiqué, in which America announced a wage of $1.5 billion to be paid annually to the civilian and military leadership to spill the blood of Muslims over the next ten years. As for the rest of the population the US pledged $115.5 million of food assistance in a bid to purchase the silence of the masses over American strikes and military operations in Pakistan. No sooner had the announcement been made, the Pakistani military leadership launched fresh operations in Swat, which have left 100 Pakistanis dead and many wounded.
And yet after all this the rulers insist on leading Independence Day celebrations, when liberation from the kuffar has no meaning or value for them, rather they are working hard to deepen their submission before America.
O Muslims of Pakistan!
This is the reality of your rulers who openly connive with America in fighting you and your Islam. In front of you Gillani and Musharraf promise to protect Pakistan’s sovereignty and independence. But behind your backs, they compromise Pakistan’s sovereignty in return for a measly wage and then subjugate you to the tyranny and evil of their kafir masters.
And remember, what you face now is only the beginning, for America and her agents are fully committed to your ruin. Today, military operations are under way in FATA and Swat. How long before such operations reach other cities? Indeed, how long before the agent rulers give America permission to establish check points in other cities and conduct house-to-house raids similar to those witnessed in Baghdad and Kabul? If matters are left as they are, there will come a time that you will look upon the current chaos as a good era, just as some now actually believe that the misery under Musharraf is better than what they face now.
Were it not for the treachery of our rulers, America could never have dared to violate the sovereignty of Pakistan, the most powerful Muslim country, with its nuclear capability and an army that is the seventh largest in the world. Allah سبحانه وتعالى has warned you that the kuffar are your enemies and desire no good for you.
مَا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَلاَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ أَنْ يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ
“Neither those who followed earlier revelation who deny the truth, nor the Mushrikeen like to see good bestowed upon you from your Sustainer; but Allah bestows grace upon whom He chooses- for Allah is limitless in His great bounty.” [Surah al-Baqara 2:105]
O Muslims of Pakistan!
Is it fear that prevents you from moving to save yourselves from the kuffar?
As for fearing America’s wrath, know that America struggles to even establish itself in states such as Iraq and Afghanistan, where it faces small groups of poorly armed Muslims. So, how is it that America will be able to wipe out a state as strong as Pakistan? Remember also that it is well known that whilst Muslims seek victory or martyrdom, the cowardly American soldiers commit suicide through fear of facing Muslims. This is why the kuffar depend on our rulers to send Muslim forces throughout the world to fight on their behalf. And how will Muslims suddenly die of hunger if they liberate themselves from American dictation, when it is America itself and its capitalist policies that have weakened the most resourceful of countries throughout the world? Moreover, how can any Muslim be overwhelmed by such a fear, when he knows that the one who gives Rizq is not America but Allah سبحانه وتعالى? Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,
أَمَّنْ هَذَا الَّذِي يَرْزُقُكُمْ إِنْ أَمْسَكَ رِزْقَهُ
“Who is it that can provide for you if He should withhold His provision?” [Surah Al-Mulk 67:21]
And if you fear harm were you to move against the tyrants, you must know that Allah سبحانه وتعالى will put you in trial whether you support his deen or not, whether you stay in your homes or mobilize in huge numbers against these tyrants to prevent the destruction of Pakistan. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,
أَوَلاَ يَرَوْنَ أَنَّهُمْ يُفْتَنُونَ فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ مَرَّةً أَوْ مَرَّتَيْنِ ثُمَّ لاَ يَتُوبُونَ وَلاَ هُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ
“See they not that they are put in trial once or twice every year? Yet, they turn not in repentance, nor do they learn a lesson (from it).” [Surah at-Taubah 9:126]
قُلْ لَنْ يُصِيبَنَا إِلاَّ مَا كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَنَا هُوَ مَوْلاَنَا وَعَلَى اللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ
“Say: “Nothing shall ever happen to us except what Allah has ordained for us. He is our Mawla (Lord, Helper and Protector).” And in Allah let the believers put their trust.” [Surah at Taubah 9:51]
The time has come for you to mobilise, recapture the spirit of sacrifice displayed by your forefathers and work with Hizb-ut-Tahrir to rid Pakistan of its 61 years of dependency on the systems and agents of the kafir colonialists.
O People of Power!
For how long are you going to stand and watch, as America and her agents order you to point your weapons at your own brothers and sisters? Does it not bother you that today America threatens the dismantling of the ISI, and tomorrow America will turn her attention towards the dismantling of the Pakistani army, navy and air force? Do you want to wait until you have nothing left to defend itself with, before realizing that it is time to act? So, how is it that you do not rise up against the treacherous rulers who have forsaken their people for glory and benefit from the kuffar. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,
بَشِّرْ الْمُنَافِقِينَ بِأَنَّ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا
الَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِنْ دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِنْدَهُمْ الْعِزَّةَ فَإِنَّ الْعِزَّةَ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعًا
“Give to the hypocrites the tidings that there is for them a painful torment. Those who take disbelievers for Awliyya (protectors or helpers or friends) instead of believers, do they seek honour, power and glory with them? Verily, then to Allah belongs all honour, power and glory“. [Surah an-Nisaa 4:138,139]
Saving Pakistan from disintegration and ruin, liberating the Muslims and granting them true independence from the kuffar is in your hands. The time to give Hizb-ut-Tahrir the Nussrah for the re-establishment of the Khilafah is now. And know that those who neglect their duty will only harm themselves on the Day of Judgment, exposing themselves to the wrath and punishment of Allah سبحانه وتعالى for neglecting their duty to uphold the deen. Allah سبحانه وتعالى will cause his deen to prevail, and the fortunate ones are those who will perform their roles. Sayyedena Mustafa سلم و عليه الله صلى said,
« لَا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي ظَاهِرِينَ عَلَى الْحَقِّ لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ وَهُمْ كَذَلِكَ… »
“A party (Taifa) from my Ummah will be established upon the order of Allah, they will not be harmed by those who abandon them, until the order of Allah comes and they are victorious over the people.” (Sahih Muslim)
And Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,
}وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُم فِي الأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا يَعْبُدُونَنِي لاَ يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا وَمَنْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمْ الْفَاسِقُونَ {
“Allah has promised those among you who believe and do righteous good deeds, that He will certainly grant them succession to (the present rulers) in the land, as He granted it to those before them, and that He will grant them the authority to practise their religion which He has chosen for them (i.e. Islam). And He will surely give them in exchange a safe security after their fear (provided) they (believers) worship Me and do not associate anything (in worship) with Me. But whoever disbelieved after this, they are the Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah).” [Surah an-Noor 24:55]
