The observers of the emergence of the international (crusader) coalition and its actions sees that it was created only to fight Islam and to strike at those who are sincere in the blessed Syrian revolution under the heading of the ‘War against terror’ and in order to prevent the establishment of the rightly guided Khilafah. They have come to describe whichever grouping they wish with ‘terrorism’ under this heading whilst they describe whichever grouping they wish with ‘moderation’. This classification is done in accordance to the measures of western interests and indeed they have even gone beyond that to reach the peaceful peoples including women, children and elderly. This coalition has made the Islamic lands the launching pad for their actions like Turkey and has incorporated its agents from amongst the agent regimes within it in order to lessen the extent of the Muslims opposition to it. The actions of the criminal international (crusader) coalition have been on par with the actions of the tyrant of ash-Sham. Each of them claims that it is fighting a war against terrorism and terrorists whilst we witness them killing children, women and the elderly. As such we saw that the crusader coalition on 11/08/2015 bomb the town of Atmah upon the Syrian-Turkish border which resulted in the deaths of more than 25 martyrs and the majority of them were children, women and elderly. This is not the first time that this coalition has targeted freed areas and had this coalition had any care for the people of Shaam and for the preservation of their blood, like they claim and lie about, they would have targeted the tyrannical regime of Bashar instead of targeting civilians and fighters in the freed areas. But for sure they will not do this as it is only really concerned about increasing the pressure upon the people of Shaam and for Bashar their tyrant agent of Shaam to remain in his post until a replacement matures. Until that time killing, displacement and punishment of the people of Shaam is the retribution for making a revolution against their agent.

O Muslims in the Blessed Land of Sham: We in Hizb ut Tahrir when making clear the true reality of this coalition call all of the sincere groupings to stand in opposition to this crusader coalition by rejecting this coalition completely; politically, militarily and financially. It is also by considering any form of relationship with it at all to represent a betrayal to Allah, His Deen and to the Muslims and to cut ties with all the states which are participating in this hostile and sinful coalition. This is because they desire from you to be the spearhead in bringing down the Islamic project and not the spearhead for dealing with terrorism as they call it and as they falsely claim or pretend. Similarly we invite our people in Shaam to resist it with all the styles available to them like demonstrating against the crusader coalition and considering anyone who participates within this coalition or supports it to be a traitor to the Deen of Allah, the blood of the martyrs and the sacrifices of the Muslims.

The nations have indeed summoned one another to attack you just as people are invited to eat from a plate of food and the states are all firing from the same single bow. This is only because you declared that your revolution is for Allah and that it will be crowned by a system that pleases Allah, the Khilafah upon the path of the Prophethood, by His permission. By Allah there is nothing for you apart from patience and perseverance so remain patient and persevere. Know that the relief is with anguish, that the victory is with patience and that with hardship there is ease. As such there is nothing to come after the oppressive rule except for the light of the Khilafah upon the path of the Prophethood.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

«…ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكًا جَبْرِيَّةً، فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ، ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا، ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ نُبُوَّةٍ» ثُمَّ سَكَتَ

“…Then there will be an oppressive rule (Mulk Jabriyah), it will last for as long as Allah wishes for it to last, then He will remove it when He wishes to remove it, then there will be a Khilafah upon the path of the Prophethood” Then he ﷺ remained silent.
