The blood of the martyrs in Pulwama, Occupied Kashmir, at the hands of the brutal Indian occupying forces confirms that normalization with India will only bolster its regional tyranny. Moreover, this pure blood confirms that the Hindu State will not restrain itself in reigning mischief upon any tiny, defenseless Kashmiri state, should it be created. The US plan for normalization with its firm ally, India, is to free India of any resistance from one of the most powerful states in the Muslim World, Pakistan. The US normalization plan is to give India a free hand to pursue its regional mischief, whether it is in Kashmir, Afghanistan, Pakistan or Bangladesh. Moreover, the carving out of a defenseless, tiny, nominally autonomous Kashmiri entity will allow India to maintain its influence over Occupied Kashmir, without having to tie down hundreds of thousands of its troops to suppress a defiant, noble Muslim people. Indeed, such a vulnerable entity would be a betrayal of tens of thousands of martyrs, when the real solution is the liberation of Occupied Kashmir and its unification with a powerful state.
Islam does not allow alliance and normalization with those that fight Muslims and occupy Muslim Lands. Allah (swt) said, إِنَّمَا يَنْهَاكُمْ اللَّهُ عَنْ الَّذِينَ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُوا عَلَى إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَنْ تَوَلَّوْهُمْ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمْ الظَّالِمُونَ “Allah forbids your alliance with those who fight you because of your Deen, and drive you from your homelands, or aid others to do so: and as for those who turn to them in alliance, they are truly oppressors.” [Surah al-Mumtahina 60:9]. Islam does not allow the division of Muslim Lands, which is part of the colonialist divide and rule policy. Islam rejected tribalism and nationalism and insisted on Islam as an identity alone as the basis of the unification of all Muslims as one powerful state, with one ruler, one armed forces and one state treasury. RasulAllah ﷺ, «فمَن أرادَ أنْ يُفرِّقَ أمرَ هذهِ الأمَّةِ وهيَ جَميعٌ فاضرِبُوه بالسَّيفِ كائِناً مَن كان» “Whoever wants to divide this Ummah when it is united, strike him with the sword, no matter who he is.” (Narrated by Muslim). Indeed, Masjid Al-Aqsa was not liberated by the Khilafah through normalization with the Crusader forces and division of Muslim Lands. The Indian Subcontinent was not opened to Islam through the Khilafah normalizing relations with the tyrant Raja Dahir and dividing Muslims before their enemies. Chittagong was not liberated by Aurangzeb Alamgir through normalization with the Rakhine marauders and division of Muslims before hostile enemies. And it is the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood alone that will do justice to the blood of the martyrs, by unifying the Muslims and mobilizing their armed forces for the liberation of all occupied Muslim Lands. Allah (swt) said, وَإِنِ ٱسْتَنصَرُوكُمْ فِى ٱلدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ ٱلنَّصْرُ “If they seek your help in Deen, it is your duty to help them” [Surah Al-Anfal 8: 72]

Kashmiri Muslims are part of the Ummah who are forced by the Indian Kaffir Hindu Regime of Criminal Modi to live such an oppressed life with brutal killings on daily basis.
But due to their secular basis of thinking and lack of understanding of Islam politically, these Rulers in the Muslim Lands have become blind and selfish who fail to see this oppression and instead on American Orders are busy begging the Hindu Regime for friendship,bestowing them with concession after concession from Kulbushan Jadev to Kartarpur,whereas the arrogant Hindu Regime don’t miss even a single chance to humiliate these concession bestowing Rulers.
Indeed the situation of the Ummah’s miseries and the betrayal of the current rulers in the muslim lands reminds that Khilafah is a vital issue for the Muslims.
The Rasuul ﷺ said:
“The Imam (Khaleefah) is a shield. Which you fight with and protect yourself”(Muslim)
Establishing the Khilafah and appointing a Khaleefah is obligatory on all Muslims in the world, male and female. Performing this duty (fard) is the same as performing any other duty which Allah has ordered us, where no complacency is allowed.
وَالْعَاقِبَةُ لِلتَّقْوَى
“And the good end [Paradise] is for the [people of] taqwa”
[Surah Taha:132].
