Early in the morning on 25 February 2014, officers from MIA and FSB undertook mass searches in the houses of Muslims in Dyurtyuli in Bashkiria. Thus, it started another fabrication of a criminal case against the Dawah carriers from Hizb ut Tahrir.
But if just yesterday the main article of the prosecution against activists of Hizb was Article 282.2 CC RF (foundation and participation in an extremist organization), but today they have been arrested on Article 205.5 CC RF (foundation and participation in a terrorist organization).
The members of Hizb ut Tahrir: Kutluyarov Gazim (born in 1959), Salakhov Ilgiz (born in 1975), Khusniyarov Shamil (born in 1979), Salimov Ilshat (born in 1987) and Asylov Ruslan (born in 1987) were arrested on the charge of foundation and participation in a terrorist organization. Russia was and remains the only country in the world where the Islamic political party “Hizb ut-Tahrir” is recognized as a terrorist group. But despite the fact that there is no fact of involvement of the party in any terrorist act, the Muslims were arrested on the most serious anti-terrorist article of CC RF, which provides for up to 20 years of imprisonment.
Assaulting Muslims who call to the Islamic way of life, Russia once again demonstrates its ideological weakness. They equate with terror the ideas that Hizb ut Tahrir declares just because they are Islamic. And the lies against the Muslims will not stop the spread of the truth, because Almighty Allah سبحانه وتعالى Himself decided otherwise.
Allah سبحانه وتعالى said:
يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يُطْفِئُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَى اللَّهُ إِلا أَنْ يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُون
“They desire to extinguish Allah’s Light with their mouths. But Allah refuses to do other than perfect His Light, even though the kafirun detest it.”
(At-Tawba: 32)
So it was during the beginning of the Islamic Dawah, when the Muslims as today did not have their own state. The pagans of Mecca, wanting to stop the Islamic Dawah, chased the noble Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم and his Companions. The Muslims were tortured, banned, blocked and underwent other difficulties on their life path, but they did not give up and abandon Islam. On the contrary, the Muslims continued to call to the truth and then Allah سبحانه وتعالى helped them in Medina, where they received the protection and could implement Islam in its whole form. By that way the Islamic state was established and insha Allah it will return on the Islamic lands.
The arrested members of Hizb are like companions of the Prophet of Allah سبحانه وتعالى and verily they are the best sons of the Islamic Ummah! Sad ibn Abi Waqqas (ra) – narrated that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَيُّ النَّاسِ أَشَدُّ بَلَاءً ؟ قَالَ الْأَنْبِيَاءُ، ثُمَّ الْأَمْثَلُ، فَالْأَمْثَلُ، فَيُبْتَلَى الرَّجُلُ عَلَى حَسَبِ دِينِهِ
“The most in their suffering among the people are the prophets, then the best, then the (next) best. One is afflicted in accordance with his faith (piety)….” (Tirmidhi)
As for the tyrants, they should remember the fate of the pagans of Mecca because following their path they can achieve only shame and humiliation.
Almighty Allah سبحانه وتعالى says:
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَتَنُوا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُوبُوا فَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ الْحَرِيقِ
“Those who persecute men and women of the believers, and then do not make tawba, will have the punishment of Hell, will have the punishment of the Burning.”
(Al-Burooj, 10)
