The Arab Quds website and other websites published on their webpages on 10/4/2015, as reported by Al Anadol News Station, an article titled “Conflict between Flags in the Areas of the Opposition in Aleppo”. Misinformation and inaccuracies have been mentioned in this article and can be spotted easily by all those who know Hizb ut Tahrir, and it has underestimated the minds of the readers without holding any sort of legitimacy or objectivity. The article has pictured the conflict in Aleppo to be a conflict over flags, but in reality it is a conflict between the project of the Khilafah which the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم has given glad tidings and the project of the Kufr West which is a civil democratic state that separates religion from life, and this is the main reason for having the whole world standing behind the current tyrant Bashar and remaining silent over his crimes against the Muslims in the land of Ash-Sham. The writer mentioned that: “The tension which the city of Aleppo has witnessed is between Hizb ut Tahrir and the activists of the Syrian Revolution, after Hizb ut Tahrir removed and ripped the “Revolutionary flags” with the help of several Islamic factions”. The website also adds, “After the increased tension, the activists raised a lawsuit against members of Hizb ut Tahrir to the House of Judiciary, which apprehended two members who belong to the party…”
The website has indicated to what has happened on 4/4/2015 in Aleppo where a group of people were celebrating the Syrian flag of Sykes-Picot, so the Islamic factions confronted them and took down the Sykes-Picot flag and raised instead the flag of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم. For some evil desire in the news reporter, he pushed Hizb ut Tahrir into this matter, and every person with sight and insight, except those whom Allah سبحانه وتعالى has blinded their hearts, knows that Hizb ut Tahrir does not carry out material actions. It rather works diligently and with full determination and perseverance to resume the Islamic lifestyle by establishing a Khilafah Rashidah upon the method of Prophethood, and in the same manner as the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم took without resorting to material actions.
It is strange that the news reporter or publisher did not mention the Muslim masses which marched on 27/3/2015 CE in that area and around it while raising the flag of Al-Uqab, the Rayah of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, the banner of La ilah illa Allah Mohammad RasulAllah. Instead, this website referred to a small group movement celebrating the flag of Sykes-Picot and focused the spotlight on it stating it was successful! It actually doesn’t even account for tenth of the Muslim masses on 27/3/2015 which was cheering loudly while raising the banner of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم! The website paid attention to a small group but ignored huge masses!
As for arresting two members from the Hizb, those who have arrested them know that these men have done not any material action, since the Hizb does not carry out material actions. They have arrested these men for the word of truth which they proclaim openly, and this word is sharper than any sword on the oppressors. It is very strange that those who arrested the members of the Hizb act as if they have any sort of power, even though they don’t! So let them fear Allah سبحانه وتعالى in their religion and let them fear Allah سبحانه وتعالى in treating the Da’wah carriers.
The Hizb has been subjected to pursuits and arrests from those who are underpowered yet over numbered, but the Hizb did not weaken in strength or its determination. The time is near, so whoever sees himself today able to oppress people and arrest them, he will see himself tomorrow weaker than the web of the spider
وَلَتَعْلَمُنَّ نَبَأَهُ بَعْدَ حِينٍ
“And you shall certainly know the truth of it after a while.”
(Sad: 88)
As for what the news reporter or the publisher claimed from a statement made by the Head of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Syria Ustadh Ahmad Abdul Wahab, that he “excludes the involvement of any member of the Hizb in the events that have occurred, and refers this matter to a personal behavior, and that the Hizb is not responsible for it”, we do not know how he made that up! It is an exposed shameful lie! However, the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
«… إِذَا لَمْ تَسْتَحْيِ فَاصْنَعْ مَا شِئْتَ»
“… If you have no shame, do whatever you like”

It would have been better for the website owner to verify the authenticity of the news which arrives to him so that he doesn’t become regretful for what he accuses the people of Haqq and their families.
Allah سبحانه وتعالى says:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ آمَنُوا إِنْ جَاءَكُمْ فَاسِقٌ بِنَبَأٍ فَتَبَيَّنُوا أَنْ تُصِيْبُواْ قَوْماً بِجَهَالَةٍ فَتُصْبِحُوا عَلَى مَا فَعَلْتُمْ نَادِمِيْن
“O you who believe! If a rebellious evil person comes to you with a news, verify it, lest you harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretful to what you have done.”
(Al-Hujurat: 6)
