Breaking news on Dunya and three other channels on 16th April 2015 at 1:00 am mentioned that Salman Jigranvi, who is “part of a banned party”, was arrested. It was also noted that this is the very first case registered under new “Counter-Terrorism” department. The news ticker on Geo mentioned that this new department has filed its first case against Salman Jigranvi “for distributing hate literature”.
It is well known that Hizb ut-Tahrir is a political party whose ideology is Islam and who includes members regardless of race, school of thought and gender. Hizb ut-Tahrir’s literature calls for the unity of Muslim Ummah and the establishment of Khilafah as a means to implement Islam comprehensively an obligated by Allah سبحانه وتعالى. This is what is being termed “hate literature”. Furthermore in order to protect the interests of Islam and Muslim Ummah, Hizb ut-Tahrir accounts rulers and uncovers their treacheries, who are bankrupt ideologically and incapacitated even of a single word to find justification for their betrayal and political concessions. But instead direct accusations of inciting hatred and terrorism against who speak the word of truth in the face of oppressors, thus to frighten the Muslims from following the example of the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم when asked of the best type of Jihad. He صلى الله عليه وسلم replied,
«كَلِمَةُ حَقٍّ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِرٍ»
“The best of Jihad is (to say) a word of truth before an oppressor ruler”. (Extracted by Nisaa’i).
Salman Jigranvi was seized from the famous Jigranvi Clinic on 13th April 2015 at 6pm in Raiwind, where his family treats people with various ailments, not whilst distributing any literature. His detention was reported to the police help line 15 immediately. This fact reveals that the Raheel-Nawaz regimes agencies know that they don’t have any ethical, legal or, most importantly, Islamic grounds to take action against Hizb ut-Tahrir. Therefore they resort to lies and slander. Worse, some sections of the media again disregarded the ethics of conveying news and propagated the news from these liars even though Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,
إِن جَاءَكُمْ فَاسِقٌ بِنَبَإٍ فَتَبَيَّنُوا
“If a fasiq comes to you with news, verify it”
(Al-Hujurat: 6)
Yet not one media outlet checked with the Hizb ut-Tahrir although a number of them are in the vicinity of the Jigranvi house.
The National Action Plan is American plan. America is fearful of the return of the Khilafah so the first case is registered under the new “counter terrorism” department is against Hizb ut-Tahrir while Hizb ut-Tahrir undertakes only the political and intellectual course for the establishment of Khilafah in compliance with the Sunnah of Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم. The regime and its masters in Washington will fail to prevent the imminent return of the Khilafah inshaaAllah for it is the Bushra (glad tiding) of RasulAllah (saaw) and it is the promise of Allah سبحانه وتعالى that He will replace oppressive rulers with those who believe and do good actions. Hizb ut-Tahrir will continue to command the respect of the Ummah for its firm stance before the tyrants despite all hardships.
وَالْعَاقِبَةُ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
“…and the end-result is in favor of those who fear Allah.”
(Al-A’raf:126)
