Hizb ut-Tahrir is a Political Party, whose Ideology is Islam
The mouthpieces of the Raheel-Nawaz regime have launched a new campaign of lies about Hizb ut-Tahrir. In its latest desperate attempt, the regime has stooped to the level of attempting to malign Hizb ut-Tahrir by accusing it of having links with Daesh. The campaign of lies comes because the campaign of arrests has failed, because it only increased the respect, admiration, support and sympathy of the Muslims for the advocates of the Khilafah. Hizb ut-Tahrir is assured of the sincerity and awareness of the Muslims in Pakistan and inshaaAllah this new campaign of lies will fail as miserably as the campaign of arrests. Thus what it will succeed in doing is to further discredit the already discredited Raheel-Nawaz regime, as Hizb ut-Tahrir is so well-known in Pakistan, that the people already defend its opinions and its entity as their own.
Hizb ut-Tahrir is a political party whose ideology is Islam. It follows the Sunnah of RasulAllah ﷺ and undertakes political and intellectual struggle for the establishment of Khilafah and implementation of Islam. It considers any material or militant struggle for achieving this objective as against Shariah, i.e. it is Prohibited (Haraam), because RasulAllah ﷺ forbade any material or militant struggle for establishing first Islamic State in Madinah. Moreover, it is not only ridiculous to allege Hizb ut-Tahrir has connections with militancy or any militant organization, it is a new level of nonsense to suggest Hizb ut-Tahrir has ties with Daesh. The Ameer of Hizb ut-Tahrir, Sheikh Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah issued a detailed communique on 2 July 2014, clearly refuting Daesh’s claims and methodology, within which he stated, “The organization that has announced the Caliphate has neither authority, in either Syria or Iraq, nor did it achieve security and protection internally or externally, even more they have given allegiance (bayah) to a Khaleefah who is unable to declare himself even publicly rather his situation has remained hidden like the situation prior to the declaration of the State! And this is contradictory to what the Messenger of Allah (saw) did. Peace and Blessings upon him was permitted to hide in the Thawr Cave before the state, but after the state, he took care of affairs, led the armies, judged in disputes and sent envoys and received them publicly; thus the situation differed before and after the state…”
Additionally, the intense persecution of Hizb ut-Tahrir by Daesh is established, including the martyrdom of the member of Hizb ut-Tahrir Mustafa Khayal. On 18 November 2014, the Central Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir announced, “The Baghdadi organization called upon on this day of Tuesday, amidst the last ten days of Muharram Al Haram, the family of the innocent and pious man Abu Bakr Mustafa Khayal… They were informed by ISIS that they have executed their son and they asked his family to come collect his belongings… That mob has killed the martyr Mustafa because he exclaimed words of Haqq in front of them, proclaimed openly in their face that they are not upon guidance, and advised them to expiate their sins by stopping their crimes against the Muslims… So, the West rejoiced, with America in the lead, when they found who can distort the image of Khilafah for them and kill its callers, and all that in the name of Islam, an aggression against it.”
After the announcement of National Action Plan from Raheel-Nawaz regime, Hizb ut-Tahrir is the only political party which has denounced the US Action Plan to suppress the voices of Islam. For the past year, Hizb ut-Tahrir through leaflets, press releases, demonstrations and contacting the people, including the people of influence, has exposed the reality of the National Action Plan. During this time dozens of its Shabab have been arrested and tortured, but it did not bow before the tyranny of the Raheel-Nawaz regime, nor did it become silent. Hizb ut-Tahrir’s persistence has raised its status in front of the Ummah, because it has become clear to her that all democratic parties are just B teams of the regime and an opposition in name only. The people have perceived that it is Hizb ut-Tahrir alone that is exposing the slavery of the Raheel-Nawaz regime to America, which has unnerved and shaken the regime.
Hizb ut-Tahrir is neither hindered by the cheap tactics of the Raheel-Nawaz regime nor will it abandon its struggle for the establishment of Khilafah (Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood. The Khilafah will be established despite the evil scheming of the US and its agents in Pakistan inshaaAllah. The Khilafah is not just the objective of Hizb ut-Tahrir, it is the desire and goal of Muslims collectively in Pakistan for it is well known that ruling by Islam is an obligation from Allah سبحانه وتعالى and the return of the Khilafah is the glad tidings of RasulAllah ﷺ. Wretched, indeed, are those who believe they can prevent a matter willed by Allah and prophesized by His Messenger (saw)!
وَنُرِيدُ أَنْ نَمُنَّ عَلَى الَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَنَجْعَلَهُمْ أَئِمَّةً وَنَجْعَلَهُمُ الْوَارِثِينَ * وَنُمَكِّنَ لَهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَنُرِيَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَهَامَانَ وَجُنُودَهُمَا مِنْهُمْ مَا كَانُوا يَحْذَرُونَ
“We intended to favor those who were held as weak in the land, and to make them leaders and make them inheritors, and give them power in the land, and to show Pharaoh, Hāmān and their armies the very thing they were fearing from them.”
