Secret agencies threatened to link Hizb-uh-Tahrir with terrorism in case of non cooperation
On 28th of April, two senior officers of a secret agency visited the house of a Hizb members and requested to meet them. As per Hizb’s standard policy, they refused to meet them. These officers remained there for three hours and tried to get information from their relatives. During the conversation they indicated that they can link Hizb ut-Tahrir with Model Town bombing in case of non “co-operation”.
This threat is not new for Hizb, the butcher of Uzbekistan, Islam Karimov is famous for alleging these baseless allegations against the Hizb but such acts further deteriorated his own crumbling standing in the eyes of his people. We wish to make it clear to the rulers and their master America that Hizb has been working in Pakistan for the last ten years and hundreds of thousands of people know that Hizb is a non-militant political party.
Therefore, baselessly allegations against the Hizb calling it sectarian, terrorist or a militant outfit cannot alienate the masses from the Hizb. As a matter of fact such allegations would only further ruin the standing of the government and the secret agencies as it did when they banned the non-violent Hizb ut-Tahrir in the past.
In fact the ban on Hizb has already enhanced the image of the party as a true and sincere party. Mohammad صلى الله عليه وسلم was also accused of being a magician by the Quraish of Makkah but their accusation could not create any hindrance in the dawah of the prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم.
Accusing the Hizb, which is the world’s largest political party and is working in over forty countries, is just like spitting towards the sky which eventually falls on the same person who spits. Secret agencies are threatening the Hizb and are furious because of a bold declaration which the Hizb will announce to the people of power on the 9th of May. 2010 at Islamabad Press Club. The government needs to bear in mind that their secret agencies and their master, America, cannot stop the re-establishment of Khilafah.
