Under the pressure of secret agencies and the government Jalal Hussain was sentenced for three years
Jalal Hussain, 26, electronics engineer, father of a 10 months baby daughter and a member of Hizb ut-Tahrir has been sentenced for three years by Assistant Political Agent Bara Fazl-e-Qadir by rejecting his guarantors even without having a look at them.
Jalal Hussain was picked up by the military intelligence on 26th September from Khalid Bin Waleed Park Masjid in Peshawar after the Friday prayers. Later he was handed over to the political agent due to the pressure from the Ummah. Political agent imposed notorious 40 FCR and imprisoned him in Peshawar jail. After the two months imprisonment, on 27th November he was punished for three years prison term under pressure from official felons.
According to the ridiculous case framed against Jalal Hussain by the collusion of the secret agency and Political Agent, Jalal Hussain has been claimed to be arrested from the tribal area in violation of public safety on 24th September though he was attending his office till 26th September and his presence is proved through the attendance register in his office.
He was sent to Central Jail Peshawar on 11th October but where he was during his illegal confinement for 16 days, a question to which Khaber Agency jail record has no answer. Later the same political agent who framed the charges crowned himself as the judge, and demanded sureties from Jalal on 20th November which was duly furnished but using delaying tactics he refuse to consider them before 27th November.
However, on 27th November he rejected the sureties without even considering them and sentenced him to the maximum possible term of three years imprisonment for a crime he has not committed. On the other side, on 26thNovember , chief Justice of the Peshawar High Court permanently dismissed the writ petition by Jalal’s family against framing of this false case which mentions the above stated facts by putting a baseless technical objection whose weakness was even pointed out in the courtroom by the other judge.
Due to these persecutions Jalal has lost his job. His family phones are being tapped, relatives are harassed and other Hizb members are being followed by agencies. All this is only because Hizb is increasing pressure on the people of power to withdraw their support to this American war, eject these traitor rulers, give nusra (material support) to Hizb ut-Tahrir for re-establishing the Khilafah-e-Rashida and to cut off the roots of colonialism. And also because Hizbdoes not compromise, make deals or follow a so-called middle-path while following its course of action. Hizb ut-Tahrir has complete faith in these verses:
فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا
“So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, verily, with the hardship, there is relief”. [TMQ: Sura Nashrah, 5-6]
Indeed the ease is very near but that will be a hard day for those who are responsible of imposing colonial agenda in Pakistan.
