Rulers Succumb to Colonialist Pressure so Assist Kulbhushan in Dodging Execution
Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav, who was last year convicted and sentenced to death by a military tribunal for spying, is now undergoing trial on terrorism and sabotage charges, an official told Dawn, according to a report of 5th February 2018. The Pakistan government has, meanwhile, on a number of occasions sought access to 13 Indian officials to ascertain information in the Jadhav case — a fact that is supposedly also mentioned in the counter-memorial submitted at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) by Pakistan. However, New Delhi remains stubbornly uncooperative.
When Kulbhushan has been already convicted to death for spying, then why are the rulers seeking his trial on terrorism and sabotage charges? He should have been executed already and the pressure from the colonialists ignored. Is it not enough that he is an Indian spy that worked to destabilize Pakistan? Seeking to question thirteen Indians including the current National Security Advisor and a former RAW chief who had recruited Kulbhushan, are delay tactics. Will the Modi regime allow questioning of such people following its aggression on the Line of Control and stubborn stance? Even if it is allowed, then how long will it drag the proceedings on for? It is a lame excuse that the regime wants to know Kulbhushan handlers. The demand to prosecute Kulbhushan on terrorism and sabotage charges is just to dodge the execution. Moreover, this demand will set a precedence for India in future to ask for access to our sensitive officials over resistance in Occupied Kashmir. So will the regime in Islamabad entertain Indian demands to access the heads of our spy agencies and the national security advisor?
It is clear that the regime in Pakistan is under pressure from the colonialists not to execute Kulbhushan. This pressure was evident when he was allowed to meet his wife and mother, whilst the regime does not extend the same to a large number of Pakistani citizens who have been languishing in dungeons for years, without trial, including the Official Spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Pakistan, Naveed Butt. Had the regime resolutely executed Kulbhushan, the Modi regime would have been sent a clear message and RAW agents would think twice before taking action against Pakistan. Clearly the current rulers do not deserve to rule over Pakistan. They neither give a befitting response to Indian aggression on the LoC, nor do they have the courage to hang a confirmed Indian spy. The Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood is the need of the time, so we are protected from our enemies and our enemies fear that any aggressive move from them will be answered in a befitting manner. Allah (swt) said,
فَمَنِ ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَٱعْتَدُواْ عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ
“So whoever has attacked you, then attack him in the same manner that he has attacked you.”
(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:194)
To Please Trump, Pakistan’s Rulers Ensure Pakistan is a Police State
6 February 2018 marked the sixth day of the peaceful sit-in staged in front of the National Press Club, Islamabad, by over 5,000 Pashtun from the tribal areas and beyond. Having been abused by the rulers for decades, including extrajudicial killings and abductions, the tipping point came with the staged killing of 27-year-old Naqeebullah Mehsud in Karachi in a “police encounter.” The participants of the Pashtun sit-in is until the government accepts a “five-point charter of demand” including the arrest of the suspended police official Rao Anwar.
Due to the execution of the US plan to suppress Islam, under its War on Terror, the loss of precious innocent lives and abductions have increased greatly. Yet, whilst Muslims are being killed without right, abducted such that their families are unaware of their well-being for years, the US stooges free the US assassin Raymond Davis and stall on the execution of the Indian RAW terrorist, Kulbhashan.
The kufr secular Democracy is being rejected by the Muslims as they sense its contradiction with Islam. Intellectually bankrupt, US has ensured that its agents use force to suppress Muslims, through a police state. However, in Islam, it is unlawful for the authority to become a force. If authority turned into force, its management of people’s affairs would be woefully neglected as it resorts to coercion, oppression and dominance, rather than looking after the people’s affairs. This is because the ruling includes search for truth, the restriction to the Shar’a and the fulfilment of justice. It pays no attention to material forces in ruling, neither with the ruler nor the ruled. Its strength lies in its perception and discharging of the affairs of the people, and not in the force of execution. If the element of force exists within it, it will spoil its nature as ruling and transform it into mere supremacy and domination; and at this point it will lose the reality of ruling and authority.
Muslims must look forward to and work earnestly for the end of the rule of force and replace it with the Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood. RasulAllah ﷺ said,
«ثُمّ تكونُ مُلْكاً جَبريَّةً، فتكونُ ما شاءَ الله أنْ تكون، ثُمّ يرفعُها إذا شاءَ أنْ يرفعَها. ثُمّ تكونُ خِلافةً على مِنهاج النُّبُوَّة، ثم سكت»
“Afterwards there will be an oppressive rule, and it will last as long as Allah wishes it to last, and then Allah will raise it up if He wished. Afterwards there will be a Khilafah On the Method of the Prophethood.” [Reported by Ahmad]
End Co-operation with the US which has Weakened Pakistan before India and the US
The 208th Corps Commanders’ Conference was held at GHQ on 7 February 2018 chaired by General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Army Staff (COAS). The army press release of No PR-55/2018-ISPR stated, “Forum reviewed geo strategic and security environment especially in the context of US security related policies for the region. Progress of operation Radd-ul-Fasaad and increased Indian Cease Fire Violations (CFVs) were also discussed. Forum reiterated that gains of years long counter terrorism efforts shall be consolidated to achieve enduring peace and stability both for Pakistan and the region. Indian CFVs are detrimental to peace, however, these or any Indian misadventure shall be responded effectively. Forum concluded that national interest shall be kept at premium while cooperating with all other stake holders for regional peace and stability.”
The US is not a stake holder in regional peace and stability. It is a foreign invasion that has ensured instability and war. It’s a foreign presence whose intelligence and private military actively ensure instability in the country and ensnare Pakistan’s armed forces in a prolonged low intensity conflict so that Pakistan suffers the pain of a thousand cuts. As if this were not enough, the US has encouraged Indian regional mischief by opening the doors of Afghanistan to India, ensuring crack down on Kashmir resistance groups and urging restraint from Pakistan in the face of India Cease Fire Violation which has only encouraged more. So co-operating with the US has no justification, if one were to use national interest. Moreover, such co-operation is forbidden by Islam and had the rulers been observant of Islam in ruling, the Muslims would not have found themselves in such an awful situation. And they work to weaken us before the Western crusaders and hateful Hindu mushrikeen, even though Allah (swt) warned,
مَا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَلاَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ أَنْ يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ
“Neither those who followed earlier revelation who deny the truth, nor the Mushrikeen like to see good bestowed upon you from your Sustainer; but Allah bestows grace upon whom He chooses- for Allah is limitless in His great bounty.”
(Surah al-Baqarah 2:105)
It is upon us now to raise our voices with the brave Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir and work to end the oppressive rule through the re-establishment of the Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood.
