If the Muslim Armies Are not Mobilized In Response to the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir Now, then When?

Three Muslims were killed and 28 were injured in protests against Indian rule that erupted 28 March 2017 following a gun-battle between Muslim resistance and Indian government forces in Occupied Kashmir, police and witnesses said. As the fighting raged, hundreds of residents chanting anti-India slogans marched near the area in an attempt to help the trapped escape. Witnesses said intense clashes between rock-throwing protesters and government forces erupted just a few hundred metres from the besieged house, with police and paramilitary soldiers firing shotgun pellets and tear gas to stop the protest. Later, Indian forces fired into the crowd, killing three civilians, including a teenager, and injuring at least 20 others, police said.

Muslims have been fighting against Indian rule in Kashmir since 1989. More than 68,000 people have been killed in the armed uprising and ensuing Indian military crackdown. Since the martyrdom of Burhan Wani, Occupied Kashmir has been restless, demanding either unification with Pakistan, or at least independence from the Indian occupation. Despite the severe oppression of the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir and their cries for help, the Bajwa-Nawaz regime has not announced an organized Jihad by our armed forces to liberate Occupied Kashmir from Indian oppression. Despite commanding the sixth largest army in the world, General Bajwa has avoided any jaw breaking response to relentless Indian aggression. Instead, he has confined himself to words acknowledging Indian atrocities, when action to stop these atrocities is mandatory. On Friday 24 March, General Bajwa said, “People of AJ&K (Azad Jammu and Kashmir) are fully aware of Indian atrocities in Indian Held Kashmir (IHK) and Indian agendas.”

Can any sane person such a weak-willed response at a time when the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir are rising up defiantly? In blind submission to its masters in Washington, the Bajwa-Nawaz regime has ensnared our armed forces in war of Fitna to fight with those who fight against American forces in Afghanistan, which has resulted in thousands of deaths of civilians and soldiers and the loss of billions of dollars to our economy. These traitors further demonstrate their resolve to eliminate Jihad, which they call “terrorism” from Pakistan but refuse to mobilize Pakistan’s armed forces for the liberation of Occupied Kashmir and its Muslims, for which the whole armed forces and the entire country is ready to sacrifice.

Enough is enough! It is mandatory upon the sincere officers in the armed forces of Pakistan to grant Nussrah for the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood. Only then will a Khaleefah Rashid unify Muslim lands and gather their armed forces for Jihad to secure the liberation of Occupied Kashmir. Allah (swt) said,

فَمَنِ ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَٱعْتَدُواْ عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ

Then whoever transgresses the prohibition against you, you transgress likewise against him”

(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:194)

Asides from the Khilafah, What Else Can Counter US-Indian Regional Ambition?

On 27 March 2017, a conference jointly organised by the Centre for Pakistan and Gulf Studies (CPGS), Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) and the National Centre for Maritime Policy Research (NCMPR) called for a dynamic national maritime policy, modernization of navy and expansion of diplomatic engagement with littoral states in the Indian Ocean for peace and security and deriving maximum benefit from CPEC. The statements of the National Security Adviser Lt Gen (r) Nasser Janjua were interesting to say the least. He stated that, “Inter-state tensions in the region and significant investments in blue water navies by countries like India have brought oceans into focus as sensitive security space.” He further pointed towards Indo-US logistics exchange agreement, through which he said, “India and US have carved out space to pre-position themselves on this ocean. India, he said, was being propped up as a counter-weight to China.”

The comments show a remarkable degree of naivety and ignorance about the regional politics. For a man who has gone through the rigorous training in the armed forces, it borders on neglect of the responsibility to protect the Muslims of Pakistan and their interests. If the National Security Advisor was concerned about the growth of the US India alliance, he would surely have known that the US alignment with India was consolidated during Bill Clinton’s 6 day visit to India, and 6 hour visit to Pakistan in 2000. The Joint US–India Malabar naval exercises were indicative of US India maritime cooperation. These were well underway by 2002. The US and the India signed the US–India Civil Nuclear agreement or Indo-US nuclear deal. The framework for this agreement was a July 18, 2005, joint statement by then Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and then US President George W. Bush, under which India agreed to separate its civil and military nuclear facilities and to place all its civil nuclear facilities under the International Atomic Energy agency (IAEA) safeguards and, in exchange, the United states agreed to work toward full civil nuclear cooperation with India, implicitly strengthening the Indian nuclear arms programme. These are some evidences, spanning up to seventeen years ago.

The neglect is evidenced by the fact that the National Security Advisor was part of the armed forces during this time. When he was Chief of Staff, there were attacks on specific assets of the armed forces. In May 2011, there was an attack on the Mehran Naval base. The P-3C Orion aircraft, which enable naval surveillance were destroyed in the attack, and naval officials stated that the aircraft fleet was the target of the attack. This was clearly designed to weaken our maritime surveillance capabilities. In August 2012, there was an attack on the Kamrah air base. Their primary target was the SAAB 2000 aircraft fitted with the Erieye AEW&C (Airborne Early Warning and Control) system. Just like the P-3 Orions of the Pakistan Navy that were destroyed at Mehran, the SAAB-2000 AEW&C aircraft are very expensive air-surveillance systems. They provide battlefield pictures, information about land, air or sea enemy targets and enhance situation awareness of the PAF combat fleets by sharing target information. The SAAB-2000 AEW&C was not a system to be used in the so called war on “terrorism.” The long-range, high-endurance and deep radar coverage capability of the SAAB-2000 AEW&C had the potential to challenge India’s air superiority in the region. For India, achieving air superiority without getting the best of such air-surveillance systems is not possible. The network centric system of war, which includes AEW&C systems sharing battlefield information with fighter units, ground units and battleships, forms the order of battle. AEW&C systems are not much of a threat to militants.

The fundamental question to ask was were the attacks on Pakistan’s AEW&C and surveillance systems performed at the behest of another country? And which country would benefit most from the destruction of Pakistan surveillance assets? Clearly India and its erstwhile benefactor, the United States. And now in 2017, the former Chief of Staff states that “India and Us have carved out space to pre-position themselves on this ocean”. Why did he not know this five years ago? Why did his leadership not do anything about it? Why is the Bajwa-Nawaz regime still insisting on alliance with Washington, even though it is the United States that is bolstering Indian ambitions. If this is not neglect, then what is?

The current regime will never rescue Pakistan from the mischief of the Indian-US alliance. Through a vision blinded by loyalty and subservience to the US, the traitors in Pakistan’s leadership are herding us towards Akhand Bharat (“Greater India”) and the wholesale betrayal of Occupied Kashmir. And they work to surrender us to the Western crusaders and hateful Hindu mushrikeen, even though Allah (swt) warned,

Neither those who followed earlier revelation who deny the truth, nor the Mushrikeen like to see good bestowed upon you from your Sustainer; but Allah bestows grace upon whom He chooses- for Allah is limitless in His great bounty.”

(Surah al-Baqara 2:105)

It is upon the Muslims now to raise voices with the brave Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir and work to end the oppressive rule through the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood, which will gather the strength of the Ummah as one hand against its enemies.

Subversive US Raymond Davis Network Facilitated by Pakistan’s Rulers

As reported in Express Tribune dated 24 March 2017, the PPP government had at the highest official level allowed the then ambassador to the US, Hussain Haqqani, to issue visas to American nationals, bypassing all security protocols in 2010, shows a classified document issued by the prime minister’s secretariat on July 14, 2010. This recent revelation surfaced just after the Pakistan’s former ambassador to the United States, Hussain Haqqani, has admitted facilitating the stationing of American special operatives and intelligence personnel on Pakistani soil. The matter of visa issuance is not limited to 2010 alone but intensified and expands over the last decade, whereby the US special forces and their network under the guise of diplomats were given free access to enter and leave Pakistan without following security protocols and scrutiny. This comes as no surprise as over the years many such reports have been published that within a span of a few years, thousands of visas were issued to American diplomats, which were later revealed to be US special forces and their military contractors. As reported in Express Tribune on 9 February 2012, over 50,000 visas were issued to American citizens by the Pakistani embassy in Washington under various categories between 2008 and 2011, according to the foreign ministry. Of the total 52,094 visas issued, 13,115 visas were categorised as those for diplomats and other senior officials. The information was shared by foreign ministry to the members of senate. Post 9/11, with the critical support of Pakistan’s rulers in the form of military bases and some intelligence, the US invaded and occupied Afghanistan. However, it soon realized that defeating the staunch resistance in Afghanistan is a challenge that it could not face alone. The US realized that the spirit of resistance in the blood of Muslim masses cannot be overwhelmed on the battlefield and so it sought to subvert the resistance by trapping them in the maze of negotiations, through power sharing agreements with the puppet US government in Kabul.

However, unless the crucial support the Afghanistan resistance received from the tribal belt of Pakistan unless was destroyed, the resistance movement could never be pressurized into the maze of negotiations. Thus, facilitated by Pakistan’s rulers, the US special forces and military contractors, like Raymond Davis, initiated waves of false flag attacks to discredit the resistance movement amongst public and build support for operations in the tribal regions. These tribal operations not only ignited the war of Fitna amongst Muslims, resulting in massive chaos in Pakistan, they ensured the strengthening of American position in Afghanistan. Pakistan’s treacherous rulers knew all along that these US diplomats in thousands were actually military operatives. Thus they were complicit in their creating havoc in Pakistan through false flag attacks in a bid to secure US interests and hegemony in Afghanistan. In one such report, as reported in Dawn dated 7 March 2013, Vali Nasr former team member of Richard Holbrooke  wrote for Foreign Policy magazine, in which he said former National Security Adviser James Jones “went completely off script and promised Gen Ashfaq Parvez Kayani… a civilian nuclear deal in exchange for Pakistan’s cooperation.”  He said that in 2009, half the US diplomatic mission in Pakistan worked on intelligence and counter-terrorism rather than diplomacy or development and that the “the US Consulate in Peshawar was basically bricks shielding antennas. And it paid big dividends. The blame shifting between regime, government and opposition of who issued the visas to American assassins and spies, or who assisted them in entering Pakistan is just to fool the public. If the leaders were sincere in the slightest, why have they not taken action against the Americans? Why have they not expelled them? Enemy combatants are sitting tight on our soil and instead of expelling them, Pakistan’s current leadership are busy debating and investigating over who let them in.

Time and again reports have confirmed that successive rulers in Pakistan have been serving American interests, allowing US spies and assassins to shed Muslim blood. Prosperity and peace mandates ejecting the head of snake of “terrorism,” the US diplomatic, intelligence and private military presence. It is only Khilafah upon the Method of Prophethood which will not only close the US embassy cum operation center and expel its diplomats cum military operatives from our soil, it will also eject the crusader presence from the region. The Khilafah will bolster the resistance movement in Afghanistan, enabling the defeat and retreat of the foreign forces. It is the Khilafah which will demolish the colonialist imposed borders of Pakistan-Afghanistan, unifying the Muslims. Thus the Muslims must work to ensure the re-establishment of the the rightly guided Khilafah (Caliphate) upon the methodology of the Prophethood, which will safeguard the security of the people and look after their affairs, so that Islam and Muslims are honoured by it and the disbelievers and hypocrites are brought down:

وَاللَّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَىٰ أَمْرِهِ وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

And Allah is predominant over His affair, but most of the people do not know”

(Yusuf: 21)
