Only the Khilafah Will Protect the Non-Muslims in Muslim Lands
Fourteen people were killed and more than 70 injured when two suicide bombers attacked churches in Lahore on 15 March, sparking mob violence in which two other suspected militants died. Up to 4,000 Christians later took to the streets of Lahore, many armed with clubs as they smashed vehicles and attacked a city bus station in a rare show of anger. The bombings occurred during prayers at two churches located around half a kilometre apart in the city’s Youhanabad neighbourhood that is home to more than 100,000 Christians, officials said. Yet, again the regime has failed in its responsibility because it allows the Raymond Davis network to function on our soil, American spies who plan and buy assassins to create chaos within Pakistan. It failed, as it did not evict the hostile foreign personnel from our soil, whether it is intelligence, private military or diplomatic staff.
Islam has mandated the protection of the non-Muslim citizens in the Khilafah state, as Hizb ut-Tahrir adopted in its “Introduction to the Constitution”, regarding Articles 5 and 6, “It is a duty upon us to give the people of the Dhimmah the protection given to the Muslims, due to words of the Messenger of Allah,
«أَلا مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعَاهِدًا لَهُ ذِمَّةُ اللَّهِ وَذِمَّةُ رَسُولِهِ فَقَدْ أَخْفَرَ بِذِمَّةِ اللَّهِ، فَلا يُرَحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ، وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا»
“He who kills a covenanted person unjustly shall not find the scent of heaven; its scent is found the distance of a hundred year march”, transmitted by Al-Tirmidhi who said it is Hasan Sahih. And al-Bukhari transmitted it with the words:
«مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهَدًا لَمْ يَرِحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا تُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ أَرْبَعِينَ عَامًا»
“whoever killed a covenanted person will not smell the scent of heaven; and its scent covers the distance of 40 years”.
And as the Ameer made clear in his address of 3 March 2015 to the Khilafah Conference in Turkey, such killing only blackens the name of the Khilafah which is about to return soon inshaaAllah. This blackening only assists the colonialist agenda. He said, “… It is a Khilafah that protects the blood, safeguards the honour and preserves the wealth, and fulfills contracts of protection for Dhimma and takes the bayah willingly and by choice not by oppression and coercion, people migrate safely to it, they do not flee it in panic. And finally they fought it; the colonialist Kuffar took advantage of crimes of some Islamic movements, which declared Khilafah not according to the Shariah, and carried out un-Islamic actions of slaughter, burning, vandalism, and destruction …the colonialist Kuffar took advantage of the crimes of these movements, and focused on them, and they ferociously show them on screens, to frighten Muslims that the Khilafah they want perpetrates such heinous crimes, so that people hate the true Khilafah.”
Only the Khilafah will Secure Afghanistan from Chinese and American Designs
The reconciliation process initiated by the National Unity government of Afghanistan with the Taliban should be supported by the international community, Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United Nations told the UN Security Council on 16 March 2015. Ambassador Dr Maleeha Lodhi welcomed China’s closer engagement in promoting reconciliation and economic development in Afghanistan.
The Raheel-Nawaz welcomes China’s role and presents its support as an attempt to reduce dependence on America. However, this regime has no vision other than what its masters in Washington dictate. America desires Chinese support of its faltering occupation. As for China, it has its eyes on the huge resources of Afghanistan, more than $1 trillion in potential mineral wealth, which are resources of this Ummah. The Mineral Group’s state-owned company have spent $3 billion on a copper mine in Aynak Mine “about 50 kilometers south of Kabul.” China National Petroleum Corporation (the largest oil company in the country) agreed in 2011 to develop the Amu Darya Basin in Afghanistan, which is a project that will generate $7 billion in profits. In addition, like America, China fears the brave Muslim fighters who are resisting brutal treatment of Muslims and violation of Muslim lands. Specifically in the case of China, it fears the resistance of East Turkestan, the Uighur Muslims, who are supported by Afghan Muslims, within the area known as the Wakhan Corridor, a highly strategic narrow strip of land in the northeast of Afghanistan, at the nexus of China, Tajikistan and Pakistan. Only the Khilafah will restore the wealth of the lands and the Ummah to their rightful status. It will work to unify the Muslims as one effective power to resist all those who have exploit them for so long.
Entrapping Armed Forces in Internal War is American Plan
Army Chief Gen Raheel Sharif has renewed call for intelligence coordination and called for fearlessly continuing counter-terrorism operations. “We have resolved to cleanse Pakistan of all kinds of terrorism. Let us join hands. Operations must continue fearlessly,” he was quoted by the Inter Services Public Relations as having said at a passing out ceremony of the first batch of law-enforcement personnel at the army-run National Counter Terrorism Training Centre on Pabbi Hills on 18 March.
In 2013, General Raheel paid a key role in ensuring that the Pakistan Army’s India centric doctrine was revised and now defines internal threats as the greatest risk to the countries security. India is no longer seen as a threat to our security, and America’s so-called war on terror, which is a war on Islam and Muslims, is the primary focus for the Pakistan Army. This revision is made at a time when America desperately seeks to establish a permanent military presence in the region, camouflaged by a limited troop withdrawal. The Green Book declaration is a conclusion of the strategy adopted by the US since 9/11 to re-orientate Pakistan, its role in the area, and the role of the Pakistani armed forces. The US objective has been three fold: 1. To ensure that the Pakistan army is engaged in a perpetual war within its own borders. 2. To change the Indian centric focus within the army, in order to enable the rise of India as a regional power. 3. To use the army as a way of policing the Ummah in its quest for the return of the Khilafah.
Only the Khilafah can free Pakistan’s armed forces from the trap in which America has ensnared them through its agents. Only the Khilafah will rally the Muslims together, tribal and armed forces, in a glorious Jihad Fee Sibeelillah against the Kuffar occupying forces. This action will expose the munafiqeen and rally the Muslims against the disbelievers. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَصَدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ مَاتُواْ وَهُمْ كُفَّارٌ فَلَن يَغْفِرَ اللَّهُ لَهُمْ – فَلاَ تَهِنُواْ وَتَدْعُواْ إِلَى السَّلْمِ وَأَنتُمُ الاٌّعْلَوْنَ وَاللَّهُ مَعَكُمْ وَلَن يَتِرَكُمْ أَعْمَـلَكُمْ
“Indeed, those who disbelieved and obstructed others from the path of Allah and then died as disbelievers never will Allah not forgive them – So do not lose heart and beg for peace while you are superior. Allah is with you and He will never deprive you of (the reward of) your deeds.”
(Surah Muhammad 47:34-35)
Regime Exploits MQM Crackdown to Save National Action Plan
Following the dramatic last-minute decision to postpone the execution of death row prisoner Saulat Mirza, the government on 19 March decided to reopen the investigation into the murder of former Karachi Electric Supply Company managing director Shahid Hamid. In the video, broadcast on several private TV channels on the night of 18 March and all-day on 19 March, Mirza had confessed murdering Mr Hamid, allegedly on the orders of MQM Chief Altaf Hussain, which were conveyed through his confidant, MQM leader Babar Ghauri. He also accused Sindh Governor Ishratul Ibad of patronising criminals within the party.
The regime is seeking a public relations victory by pursuing the criminals within the MQM. The regime is facing strong resentment against its National Action Plan which the people can see is being implemented to persecute those who are fighting against the American occupation of Afghanistan or those who are working for Islam in the country. The regime has undertaken over 25,000 arrests and launched nearly as many combing operations, taking in many Islamic activists. Prominent Ulema and other Islamic leaders have been raising their objection to the National Action Plan on the grounds that it is to benefit America. Now, the MQM crackdown is being used by the regime to claim before the people that it is not persecuting Islam loving people exclusively, but is only interested in providing security.
However the MQM crackdown is just an eye wash. Had the regime been sincere to the security of the people it would have first rounded up the Raymond Davis network American spies, who fund, plan and supervise bombings and assassinations that have plunged Pakistan into chaos. It would thus cut the snake of insecurity from its head and genuinely earn the respect and admiration of the people. It would close the American consulate in Karachi which is used to incite sectarian and ethnic conflict within Karachi and far beyond it, into Baluchistan. And it would expel all American officials, military and political, who are in constant contact with traitors in Pakistan’s leadership, to order and forbid.
Only the Khilafah will take the necessary steps to provide security for the Muslim Lands by cleansing them of all foreign hostile presence.
