Regime Announces Collective Punishment of the People during Ramadhan

Reiterating the regime’s usual promise of no power outages during Suhr and Iftar times, the Minister of State for Water and Power, Abid Sher Ali, said on 15 June that electricity cut-offs, “loadshedding,” of up to 20 hours was being carried out in areas where over 90 per cent line losses were recorded. On the other hand, the minister said, only six-hour loadshedding was carried out in areas where people paid their bills regularly.

The regime’s treatment of the people reminds us of the era of the British occupation of the Indian Subcontinent, when the British Raj conducted collective punishment against the people, for its anger against a few. What adds to the injustice is that the unaffordable electricity and its shortages is because of the regime’s own insistence to rule by Kufr.

Following IMF dictation, the oppressive regime privatized the power sector even though Islam has mandated that energy is a public property. So this immense source of wealth is being handed over to a select few, depriving the masses of their right. In addition, the IMF has demanded increase in charges for electricity to ensure that the private owners of electricity maintain profits, making electricity unaffordable for many. As if this were not enough, the private owners are compelled to produce less electricity when the regime does not pay its dues or when production becomes unprofitable for any other reason. So for most of the year electricity is being produced at half the total capability leading to crippling power shortages.

The soon to arrive Khilafah will inshaaAllah end IMF dictation and ensure that the power sector is a public property whose benefit is for looking after the affairs of the people.

Khilafah Will Eradicate Colonialist Durand Line, to Unify Muslims as One Force

In an unprecedented cross border rescue, Pakistani troops crossed over the Durand Line into Afghanistan to save a critically wounded Afghan soldier on 16 June 2015. A military spokesman said, “Afghan authorities sought help for evacuation of the soldier and Pakistani forces stationed at a nearby post responded quickly and brought the wounded soldier to Pakistani side of the border.”

Indeed, the Muslims must not have any regard whatsoever for the borders that divide them. The Durand Line was made by the British Raj in 1893 during its occupation of the Indian Subcontinent, after facing crushing blows at the hands of the tribal fighters that live on either side of the Durand Line until today. The Durand Line is part of the colonialist “divide and rule” policy. It is this division of Muslims that allowed the British to continue their occupation until 1947. It is this division that allowed Soviet Russia to occupy Afghanistan. It is this division that assisted America in occupying Afghanistan in 2001 and remain there, after a limited withdrawal.

Islam mandates that the Muslim Lands are one, with one Imam and one armed forces. The Khilafah will soon inshaaAllah eradicate all borders between Muslim Lands and unify the Muslims’ armed forces and tribal fighters as a vast and powerful fighting force against the enemy. It will initiate Jihad for the liberation of Afghanistan from the Americans, Kashmir from the Indians and Palestine from the Jewish state. For Allah سبحانه وتعالى is our Lord, whilst the Kuffar have none to support them against Him but themselves.

وَلاَ تَهِنُوا وَلاَ تَحْزَنُوا وَأَنْتُمْ الأَعْلَوْنَ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ

Do not weaken nor grieve, for you will overcome them if you are (indeed) believers”

(Surah Aali-Imran 3:139)

Abolish Democracy and Dictatorship, It is Time for Khilafah

On 17 June 2015, the Prime Minister declined to meet the former president and current PPP Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari, after his 16 June speech attacking the military establishment. Zardari said that army chiefs come and go every three years but the political leadership is here to stay, “We know the country better and we know how to run its affairs… If you do not stop, I will come out with a list of accused generals since Pakistan’s creation… they should also not create hurdles for politicians… this is our country, our army and we want to stand shoulder to shoulder with them.” Information Minister Pervaiz Rasheed told media that, “time is not right for such an interaction. The cabinet colleagues suggested to the prime minister to delay the meeting for the time being.”

When one considers the track record of traitors within Pakistan’s political and military leadership, Zardaris comment is a case of the pot calling the kettle black. Under dictatorship, a handful of traitors within Pakistan’s military leadership, enslave the country to Washington and the IMF, worsening economic deprivation and foreign policy humiliation. Whereas, under democracy, traitors in the political leadership follow the same destructive course. The only way to end the continuous spiral of destruction is to abolish both Democracy and Dictatorship, which are two faces of the same coin. Now is the time for the sincere within the military to grant the Nussrah to the sincere politicians of the Ummah, the advocates of the Khilafah, under the Ameer of Hizb ut-Tahrir, Sheikh Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah, for the immediate reestablishment of the Khilafah.

Karachi Rangers Must Seal US Consulate to Ensure End of Chaos

On 18 June, Karachi Corps Commander, Lt Gen Naveed Mukhtar visited the Rangers headquarters and met the Rangers Director-General Maj Gen Bilal Akbar. According to a brief note issued by the Pakistan Rangers Sindh, “Corps Commander appreciated efforts in bringing back normalcy to the city.” In addition the Corps Commander paid tribute to the Rangers soldiers who “laid down their lives to bring peace and stability in the area of responsibility.”

Bringing peace to Pakistan’s largest city mandates smashing the Raymond Davis network comprehensively and permanently. America’s network of private military thugs, sneaky intelligence and bases for covert operations masquerading as embassies and consulates are the cause of Karachi burning in the fires of assassinations and bombings. It is these American terrorists that are the biggest criminal gangs in Karachi, who cause loss of life with rivers of blood, not just wealth. Moreover, if the American gangs were to be uprooted once and for all, the local petty criminal gangs would run and hide, in fear for their lives, for they have only been given free reign by the Raheel-Nawaz regime only serve as a cover for the expansion of America’s crusades into our major cities.

As for identification of the American terrorists, it does not require mobile phone detectors and other sophisticated technology, it simply requires speaking to the residents of the major cities of Pakistan, who see the American thugs roaming free daily, unquestioned and unchained!

Accordingly, the Rangers Sindh must: 1. Seal the entire Karachi consulate and expel its staff. 2. Round up all Raymond Davis’s, awaiting trial and punishment. 3. Sever the NATO supply route from Karachi port so that the crusaders face the Muslims of the tribal areas without support.
