Democracy Burns Pakistan to the Ground, Whilst the Misguided Squabble Over Who Rules By Democracy

On 11 May 2015, the Supreme Court suspended the May 4 decision of an election tribunal to de-seat Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique of the ruling PML-N. The tribunal had also ordered re-election in Lahore’s NA-125 constituency. “We will fight on merit and I have complete confidence that I will get justice,” PML-N’s Mr Rafique told reporters after the hearing. The opposition PTI chief Imran Khan termed the Supreme Court order “just a stay” and accused the PML-N of deliberately misleading people. “Soon the truth will be separated from the falsehood,” he added.

Both the rulers and the opposition are clearly unable to deliver any solutions to the people of Pakistan. They are squabbling and bickering over their chance to rule by Democracy, when Democracy itself is causing the destruction of Pakistan. It is Democracy that has allowed the IMF policy of privatizing Pakistan’s energy, to the point that electricity is unaffordable, when it is available. It is Democracy that  ensures Pakistan’s armed forces are trapped in the tribal regions fighting their own Muslim brethren, when it is upon them and the tribal Muslims to fight the American crusader forces in Afghanistan, which persist after a limited withdrawal. It is Democracy that ensures that the youth of Pakistan are denied both knowledge of the Deen and useful worldly knowledge. It is Democracy that has unleashed the poisonous Western values to harm the strong Muslim family values. It is Democracy that has launched a National Action Plan that is used as a cover to persecute any that raises their voice against the American Raj and in favour of Islam.

Truth will not be separated from the falsehood by the Kufr of Democracy, which grants man the right to make Halaal into Haraam and Haraam into Halaal. Truth will only be separated from falsehood, as it was before in the time of RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم, by the complete, exclusive and comprehensive implementation of Islam as a state. The current rulers and the opposition are simply losing the people, who are increasingly turning away from Democracy towards Islam and its ruling system, the Khilafah.

IMF Cripples Pakistan from Ever Reaching Its Actual Potential

On 11 May 2015, the Raheel-Nawaz regime reached an agreement with the International Monetary Fund for the disbursement of a tranche of $506 million as part of a $6.8 billion package. Pakistan’s Finance Minister, Ishaq Dar, announced at the withdrawal of tax exemptions totalling over Rs100 billion, adjustments in energy tariffs and a cut in subsidies during the next financial year. The IMF Mission Chief to Pakistan, Harald Finger, reinforced that, “Key priorities for the second half of the (IMF) programme include improving the energy sector, widening the tax net…”  Ishaq Dar took care to add that multilaterals like the IMF “are Pakistan’s development partners. They are not our masters”. However, by depriving Pakistan of energy revenues through privatization, choking economic activity through excessive taxation as well as weakening Pakistan’s currency, the IMF is ensuring Pakistan never rises to its actual potential.

Although the IMF claims to be an institution to help countries overcome their economic problems, in reality it is an American tool to dominate the global economy and prevent the emergence of any rival power. America has the greatest voting right in the IMF because it is its largest contributor, giving America a veto power so that no major decision can be taken in the IMF without US consent. The US Congress report by the US Treasury Department for seeking budgetary appropriations for United States International Programs for the year 2014, stated, “Since its inception, the IMF has been a critical tool for the U.S. in promoting global financial stability. The IMF supports U.S. jobs, exports, and financial markets. During crises abroad, the U.S. leverages the IMF to protect our domestic economy. As the world’s largest economy, the U.S. is the only country with a veto to shape major IMF governance and resource decisions. As emerging economies play a bigger role and seek greater influence, it is critical that the U.S. maintains its influence in the global economy in the coming years. This requires ensuring the IMF remains the leading first responder with adequate quota resources and that the U.S. continues to preserve its veto power. Unless the U.S. acts now to honour its IMF commitments, we risk jeopardizing our leadership position.”

Regime’s Neglect is the Cause of the Campaign of Blood to Malign Islam and Khilafah

Giving the lie to the Raheel-Nawaz regime’s claims of having restored peace in Karachi, heavily armed militants struck on 13 May 2015 and, in one of the most organised and ruthless attacks in the city’s history, killed 43 commuters belonging to the non-Muslim Ismaili community in a bus near Safoora Goth. Seventeen women, wives, mothers and daughters, were also among those who lost their lives in the attack that lasted a few minutes. Yet again, after every such brutal attack some shadowy organisation with an Islamic sounding name claims responsibility. This time the sick drama has gone further and the shadows have release a leaflet actually calling for the Khilafah! However, these horrendous attacks, regardless of whether they are masterminded by India’s RAW or the America’s CIA, only fulfil the interests of the Kaffir enemy powers and Washington’s agent rulers in Pakistan, who use these incidents as an excuse to go after people who either fighting US occupation forces over Muslims lands or doing political and intellectual struggle for the implementation of Islam in the Muslims world.

We notice that the Raheel-Nawaz regime has done nothing to clarify to the people that Khilafah and Islam has nothing to do with such evil actions, allowing the atmosphere to build of fear of the implementation of Islam. We notice again that the regime has done nothing to strike the head of the snake of instability by mobilizing to exile all American and Indian personnel and sealing their lairs in the country, including their embassies which are merely fronts for their nefarious work.

The Deen of Allah سبحانه وتعالى assures the Muslims and non-Muslims of Pakistan that inshaAllah soon they will live in security, under the shade of Islam and its Khilafah state. Islam has given stringent orders to protect the life and honor of those who do not adopt it. RasulAllah saaw said,

«أَلا مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعَاهِدًا لَهُ ذِمَّةُ اللَّهِ وَذِمَّةُ رَسُولِهِ فَقَدْ أَخْفَرَ بِذِمَّةِ اللَّهِ، فَلا يُرَحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ، وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا»

He who kills a covenanted person unjustly shall not find the scent of heaven; and indeed its scent is found at a distance of a seventy year march.” (Tirmidhi)

Moreover, Hizb ut-Tahrir adopted in its Draft Constitution of the soon to arrive Khilafah state, under Article 6,

“The State is forbidden to discriminate at all between the individuals in terms of ruling, judiciary and management of affairs or their like. Rather, every individual should be treated equally regardless of race, deen, colour or anything else.”

So only Khilafah state guarantees non-Muslims to live and worship according to their beliefs, and their life, property and honour are also protected as well as they used to live in past under the shade of Khilafah state when they escaped from the persecution of their native states and took refuge under Islamic Khilafah.

Americans are the Biggest Terrorists, So Why is Raheel-Nawaz Regime Leaving Them Free?

On 15 May 2015, Army Chief General Raheel Sharif emphasised the need for intelligence agencies to play a more proactive and coordinated role for an effective counter-terrorism campaign in order to curtail hostile moves to destabilise Pakistan. Gen Raheel said this during his visit to Pakistan’s spy agency’s headquarters, where he was briefed by Director General ISI Lieutenant-General Rizwan Akhtar about the internal and external security situation of the country and the ongoing counter terrorism operations. The army chief also emphasised on the need to further coordinate and synergise a combined civil-military intelligence effort at the national level by providing all agencies requisite support and modern intelligence techniques.

The efforts of the Raheel-Nawaz regime are directed at Muslims who are fighting the American occupation in Afghanistan or working for establishing Islam in Pakistan. There are no efforts against the known and most notorious terrorists in the world, from South America to South East Asia, the Americans, who have established a vast network in Pakistan of intelligence and private military to undertake terrorist acts against the armed forces and civilians. Its CIA is the world’s most vast and well-funded terrorist network responsible for assassinations, bombings and chaos throughout the world. Yet, America is expanding its hegemony of Pakistan to levels never seen before in the history of Pakistan, as if it is proceeding towards its own “Raj”, an occupation in all but name. Part of this plan is America’s ‘Enhanced Partnership with Pakistan Act of 2009’, also known as the Kerry Lugar Bill, which is an excuse for an extensive network of American organizations to spend America’s money directly to further American objectives in the region.

This American network itself is an excuse for even more American military and intelligence in Pakistan, just as the British Empire brought in an army of occupation to secure its East India Company thereby ending the supremacy of the Muslims and Islam over the Indian Subcontinent, through their Raj. As if this were not enough, America has already succeeded in trapping our military, the seventh largest in the world, comprised of hundreds of thousands of soldiers desiring victory or martyrdom, in a war of Fitna in North Waziristan to serve its objectives. Indeed, the Americans have already reserved millions of dollars in a “defence bill” in order to command our army to “defend” the crusader occupation. So, now instead of America counting its dead in its failing efforts to secure its occupation of Afghanistan, the Muslims are now counting their dead.

The Raheel-Nawaz regime has confirmed its treachery by leaving the vast American infrastructure unchallenged; rather it is working to strengthen it. The regime is following the path of the traitors during the British Raj, Mir Jafar and Mir Sadiq, and need immediate removal and replacement by the Khilafah.
