Eradicate Raymond Davis Network to End Insecurity
In the wake of the kidnapping of a son of the Sindh High Court chief justice and the murder of Amjad Sabri, Chief of Army Staff Gen Raheel Sharif reached Karachi on 26 June and presided over a series of meetings with the entire civil and military security establishment to take stock of the situation. An Inter-Services Public Relations statement issued from Rawalpindi about the two meetings said that the army chief assured the people of Karachi that the “nexus of terrorists, their abettors, sympathisers and financiers will be broken at all costs and the ongoing operation will be taken to its logical conclusion”.
The so-called strong man has spoken but has again failed to take the strong actions that are needed which is eradicating the poisonous US intelligence and private military network which are the fund raisers and master minders of the shadowy organizations that lay waste to our country. Muslims have seen how these rulers assist their lord and master, America, in orchestrating the killing of Muslims all over the country. America’s terrorists of the “Raymond Davis Network” are supported by traitors in the political and military leadership and their shadowy agencies and paid thugs. So, whilst we are stopped at check-posts, the American terrorists’ SUVs with black tinted windows and false registration plates are waved through by these rulers. Whilst we are searched down to our motor-cycle helmets and car glove boxes, these rulers arrange for the Americans to import their tools of mischief in sealed containers, upon which not a single Pakistani official is allowed to lay their hands upon, let alone gaze into. Whilst these rulers suspend our phone communications, despite medical and other emergencies, they ensure that American terrorists parade through the streets of our capital and sensitive military cantonments, with satellite phones to arrange their chaos. And whilst we yearn for security, even if it were under a rock or under the ground, the rulers arrange for plush residences for the American terrorists in our neighborhoods and grant permission for construction of the world’s second largest American embassy in our capital, a fortress in all but name. This is the real meaning to the phrase coined by the former US Secretary of Defence, Donald Rumsfeld, “creative chaos.” It is chaos, insecurity and destruction within the lands of Muslims to “create” opportunities for their enemies.
We will only see such destruction at the hands of these rulers, as long as we live without our Khilafah (Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood. No matter which faces come to rule in this current system, we will witness our destruction because this system is a system of colonialism, a throne only for traitors to our people and our Deen. Only under our Khilafah will we see the end of the colonialist presence in Pakistan, which is the root cause of our suffering. Our Khilafah will close all American consulates, embassies, bases and deport all of its officials. It will end all contacts with officials of foreign hostile powers to cut off any influence. And our Khilafah will alone unify all the Muslim states, whose collective armed forces number near six million, gathering all their resources as a single state, to protect the Muslims from the evil of the Kuffar enemy. Indeed, the Khilafah throughout the ages was a shield for the Muslims and Non-Muslims, protecting their beliefs, lives and properties.
Through MTCR, US Supports the Rise of India to Regional Dominance
India on 27 June joined an exclusive club of countries controlling exports in missile technology, just a day after bemoaning its exclusion from another elite group that governs international nuclear fuel and technology. Foreign Secretary S. Jaishankar signed onto the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) aimed at preventing the unchecked proliferation of missiles and their delivery systems. The foreign ministry, in a statement issued soon after signing the accession document in the presence of the ambassadors of France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, thanked the other 34 members of the MTCR group for supporting its inclusion. “India’s entry into the regime as its thirty-fifth member would be mutually beneficial in the furtherance of international non-proliferation objectives,” the statement said. Admission to the MTCR was seen as the next step for India in legitimising its nuclear energy and missile programmes after it conducted atomic tests in 1998 that alarmed the international community.
It is the US that is ensuring the rise of India as the dominant regional power. On 9 April 2016, speaking at the Council of Foreign Relations ahead of his three-day visit to India, the US Secretary of Defense, Ash Carter, said, “The US has a ‘whole global agenda’ with India, covering all issues, while the relationship with Pakistan has to do with issues of terrorism and Afghanistan.” Indeed, America has a ‘global agenda’ with India. Thus, the US is expanding India’s nuclear capabilities, including the building of new nuclear reactors and the acquisition of sensitive missile technology through the MTCR (Missile Technology Control Regime). The US is promoting Indian global political aspirations, including its inclusion as a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council, and strengthening its ties with resourceful Muslim countries under American influence, such as Saudi Arabia and Iran. This is aside from the US opening the doors of Afghanistan for an unprecedented Indian presence there, with the US puppet, Ashraf Ghani, shamelessly declaring Afghanistan as a “second home” for Narendra Modi.
The US has established its enmity towards Pakistan by supporting the Hindu State at every opportunity. Yet the current rulers of Pakistan insist on the follow of co-operating with the US and submitting to its demands, even though Allah سبحانه وتعالى said, Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لاَ تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِمْ بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَقَدْ كَفَرُوا بِمَا جَاءَكُمْ مِنْ الْحَقِّ
“O you who believe! Choose not My enemies who are your enemies as friends showing them affection even when they disbelieve in that truth that has come to you.”
(Surah Mumtahina 60:1)
Persecution of Islam Loving Officers is part of US Plan
Amongst many media reports, Dawn Newspaper reported on 28 June 2016 on its website, “Brigadier (retd) Ali Khan was released from Adiala jail after completing five years of rigorous imprisonment awarded by a military court for having links with a banned outfit Hizbut Tahrir, it has been learnt. Ali Khan, who was arrested in 2011, faced charges of conspiring with four other officers and a British member of the Hizbut Tahrir to recruit officers to the group including the commander of army’s 111 Brigade — which covers the capital and has been historically linked to the military coups…. Ali Khan’s family and few of his army colleagues had insisted he was innocent and had been targeted because of a falling out with senior officers and his political views — particularly his stance against the alliance with the US…. Hizbut Tahrir, which is banned in Pakistan and several other Muslim countries, professes non-violence and is not connected to terrorist groups like the Pakistani Taliban or al Qaeda. But the outfit makes no secret of its desire to penetrate the armies of Muslim countries, particularly Pakistan, and foment an “Islamic coup” to establish a global “caliphate.””
The regime’s persecution of anti-American and Islamic loving officers is part of the US plan. Having witnessed firsthand Muslim capabilities in uprooting the Soviet Union occupation in Afghanistan such that it never dared to return, the US feared the same for its own occupation of Afghanistan. Thus, its loyal agent Musharraf submitted to the US demand for American intelligence to purge the ISI according to the new US requirements. Even this was not enough, so the US oversaw the super-ceding, retirement, house arrest and court martial of any Islam-loving officer within the entire armed forces who challenged the US plan a policy that has continued under successive traitors in the military leadership.
America is seeking to end the Muslims’ deep attachment to Islam which was developed over centuries of adherence to Islam, fighting in its cause, ruling and dominating the entire Indian Subcontinent by it, as it is the greatest obstacle to the American plan. Suppressing Islam in Pakistan is now a matter of survival for the American presence and interests in the region. Using the “National Action Plan” amongst other means, America has ensured the clamping down on Islamic expression in the media, social media, education and the political medium, denouncing it as “hate speech”, “radicalism” and “Islamism,” whilst seizing thousands of sincere Ulema and politicians who call for Jihad against America’s occupation of Afghanistan and the return of the Khilafah to Pakistan. In submission to US demands, the current leadership has fully engaged the ISI and military intelligence in purging the armed forces of Islam loving officers, as well as ensuring their supervision of the persecution, arrest, abduction, interrogation and severe torture of those who call for Islam in general and the advocates for the Khilafah in particular.
It is imperative that the sincere officers in the armed forces reverse this tide of humiliation by granting Nussrah for the re-establishment of the Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood.
US Interest in Education is to Suppress Islam
Education is key to defeating terrorism, says US Secretary of State John Kerry, whilst speaking at the Aspen Ideas Festival in Aspen, Colorado, on 28 June 2016. Mr Kerry added that corruption is worsening the problem, “How astonishing it is that billions of dollars were stolen – maybe $50 billion from the government of Nigeria, maybe $30 billion from the government of Yemen – and that is stealing from the education and the health and the infrastructure and the future of the citizens of those countries… And what about the banks that deposit that money and second it for those who have stolen it? It’s little wonder that there is great unrest in certain parts of the world.”
The US State Department’s high-level interest in the education in Muslim countries is because it is extremely concerned about Muslim rejection of the occupation and colonialist domination of Muslim Lands. Throughout the Muslim World, there is widespread anger against the American occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan, the occupation by the Jewish State and India as well as the colonialist domination of Muslim Lands. In this situation, America has shifted focus on Muslim education because it has realised the failure of using force to suppress Muslim rejection of occupation and colonialist domination. In fact, the Western policy of supporting dictators and kings to suppress, coerce, arrest, torture and even kill the dawa carriers has only succeeded in increasing the commitment of the present generation of Muslims to Islam. So, having accepted that force against the present generation will not work, the Americans are depending on education to mould the future generations from a tender young age. Within the Muslim World, Pakistan’s education system is of particular concern to America. As far back as 19 August 2005, the US State Department levelled objection over Pakistan’s educational texts that “develop aspiration for jihad” and “develop a sense of respect for the struggle of the Muslim population for achieving independence” and text-books rejecting secular “man-made laws.”
As for the corruption, it is neither astonishing nor surprising for the Western colonialist as Mr. Kerry is well aware. Such corruption is inbuilt into the current system and it is the wage that the colonialists pay the treacherous rulers for poisoning the minds of our youth so that they become submissive before oppression. Indeed, the kafir colonialists are spending their wealth and expending effort to ensure that our coming generations submit before them. Allah سبحانه وتعالى revealed,
وَلَن تَرْضَى عَنْكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلا النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ قُلْ إِنَّ هُدَى اللَّهِ هُوَ الْهُدَى وَلَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَاءَهُم بَعْدَ الَّذِي جَاءَكَ مِنْ الْعِلْمِ مَا لَكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلا نَصِيرٍ
“Never will the Jews nor the Christians be pleased with you till you follow their religion. Say: ‘Verily, the Guidance of Allah is the only Guidance. And if you were to follow their desires after what you have received of Knowledge (the Qur’an), then you would have against Allah neither any Wali (protector or guardian) nor any helper”
(Surah al-Baqarah 2:120)
The urgent need of the time is the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood so that the future generations of Muslims are illuminated by the Deen of Truth.
