مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُم مَّن قَضَىٰ نَحْبَهُ
وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَنتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلًا
“Among the believers are men true to what they promised Allah. Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow [to the death], and among them is he who awaits [his chance]. And they did not alter [the terms of their commitment] by any alteration”
(Al-Ahzaab: 23)

Yahia Asad Yousef Bashir,
whose soul passed away to Allah (swt) on Saturday evening, 18th November 2017, at the age of 82 which he spent his life in obedience to Allah (swt) and working with Hizb ut Tahrir for the resumption of the Islamic way of life in the lives of Muslims once again in the Khilafah state (Caliphate) on the methodology of the Prophethood, and he, may Allah have mercy upon him, was generous, pious, well-mannered, of excellent company who loved the dawah and to carry it with his brothers in Hizb ut Tahrir.
We ask Allah to encompass him with His ample mercy, to accept him and to have him dwell in His spacious gardens in the high Firdous with the truthful, martyrs and righteous as they are the best of companionship. We also ask the Almighty to bestow his family and progeny with patience and solace.
إِنَّا للهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
“Verily to Allah do we belong and verily to Allah do we return.”
(Al-Baqarah: 156)
