O People of Al-Kinanah: Your Revolution Should Either Be for Islam and for the Sake of the Application of its Ahkam or its Should Not Happen

Amidst the reality that Al-Kinanah (Egypt) is living through and its people are experiencing today in terms of systematic misery and hardship administered by the regime, and after all of the blood that flowed and was spilt, in addition to the impoverishment and plundering of what remains of crumbs belonging to the people of Al-Kinanah that they feed themselves from. In light of the misery and repression that words are incapable of describing and portraying, Al-Kinanah is need of a new revolution that rectifies its path. However, it should not be a revolution against Islam and its sanctities like the head of the regime has called for. Rather, it must be a revolution by Islam and for the sake of applying its Ahkam (rulings) practically within the life of the people of Al-Kinanah, to guarantee for them dignity, freedom and pleasant life. To guarantee the continuation of their humanity that Allah has dignified them with and not to be treated like cattle in the pens of the military agents – your fate is in hands of Allah!

O people of Al-Kinanah! Your determination for the revolution is well-known and it is coming inevitably Inshaa’Allah. However, for your revolution to succeed, be productive and reap its fruits, it is obligatory for you to carry Islam as a project and method for life, and for you to demand the application of its system represented in the Khilafah upon the methodology of the Prophethood, with all that it consists of and obliges in terms of Ahkam (rulings) guaranteeing the justice of the caretaker over the subjects and guaranteeing the rights of the Ummah. It is only in this way that your revolution will be correct and does not turn into chaos like what the Ahram Newspaper said in respect to the call of the April 6 movement for it and not like the calls of the Muslim Brotherhood in turn which are calling for the return of legal legitimacy upon the basis of the corrupt democracy which we have all tasted of its destructiveness.

We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Egypt advise you so that the fresh blood of the people of Al-Kinanah is not spilt for nothing and so that the blood that has already flowed is not wasted. That is because if your revolution does not have a great aim and firm principles to be accomplished, there will be no worth in it and it will be stolen by the West like those which have preceded it. So specify your aim and establish it firmly now. Let it be an expression of you, your Aqeedah (belief) and your Deen that realises your security. And let your great aim be the resumption of the Islamic life via the establishment of the Khilafah upon the methodology of the Prophethood. And here we present its firm guiding principles that accomplish that and realise all that you aspire to in terms of justice, dignity and a decent life:

• Uproot the capitalist ruling regime with all of its forms, mouthpieces, symbols and people.
• Freedom from subservience to the Kafir West and particularly America with all of its forms and manifestations.
• Establish the rightly guided Khilafah upon the methodology of the Prophethood upon the ruins of this miserable system.

With this alone will the dignity of the Dunyaa (life of this world) be guaranteed and the pleasant life resulting from the justice of the application of Islam in the Dunyaa, in the hereafter there is Jannah (paradise), the breadth of which is the heavens and the earth and the attainment of the pleasure of Allah is greater. So roll up your sleeves because it is a serious matter and not a jest. Know that there is a huge distance between what you are waiting for in terms of dignity and honour as found within the Khilafah state (Caliphate) upon the methodology of the Prophethood and what you are suffering today in terms of humiliation and being degraded under the agent regime. So hasten towards its establishment so that Allah can write it for you and by you, so that you then attain the happiness of this life and the standing of dignity in the Hereafter.
