O Muslims in the Security Services and Judiciary! Stop Acting as Foot Soldiers of the Kuffar and the Agent Regime in this War against Your Deen
More than a decade ago, the crusader state of America and its allies declared a War against Islam in 2001 in the name of “war on terror” under the pretext of the events of 9/11. This war was a global war that they intensified and expanded which today does not exclude even a single country in the Islamic world; and they are utilizing the tyrant agent regimes to fight this brutal war on their behalf. The enemies of Islam have seen all their conspiracies and efforts, ever since destroying the Khilafah in 1924, to prevent the Muslims from returning to Islamic rule go to a complete waste. The Ummah has completely rejected every type of ruling they tried to impose upon it. Democracy, monarchy, secular republic, Islamic republic, federations, confederations, civil dictatorships, and military dictatorships etc. whatever they imposed the Ummah simply spat it out. And the sole popular demand of the Ummah became the re-establishment of the Khilafah state under the method of the Prophethood; today there is not a Muslim country which is absent of the advocates of the Khilafah and the Ummah is very close to establishing it soon insha’Allah. So the Kuffar set out to crush this movement of the Ummah and this is what the War against Islam is about; its aim is to prevent the return of the Khilafah at any cost and suppress the advocates of the Khilafah by all means. The repeated statements of Bush, Blair, Obama, Cameron and other high-level civil-military leaders of imperialist states leave no room for doubt regarding this. George W Bush, in a speech to the American nation on 08/10/2005 stated, “The militants believe that controlling one country will rally the Muslim masses, enabling them to overthrow all moderate governments in the region, and establish a radical Islamic empire that spans from Spain to Indonesia.” And after the 7/7 bombings, Tony Blair referred to the need to confront “an evil ideology” that included “the establishment of effectively Taliban States and Shari’ah law in the Arab world en route to one Caliphate of all Muslim nations.”
The imperialist Kafir-Mushrik states brought the War against Islam to Bangladesh in 2005 under the pretext of the simultaneous bomb blasts in 64 districts. But that was only a pretext; the aware and sensitive politicians understood that the real reason was that the Muslims in Bangladesh were echoing the demand for Islamic rule like the rest of the Ummah. In any case, with time the Kuffar consolidated this war and increased the means at their disposal with which to fight this war. This is where the role of the current regime of tyrant Sheikh Hasina fits in, who is at present leading the most intense War against Islam never witnessed in this land ever before. The root of Hasina’s vicious hatred towards Islam lies in her nurturing by the Mushrikun during her years of exile in India, particularly by Indira Gandhi about whom Hasina said on 12/01/2010 when receiving the Indira Gandhi Peace Prize, “She was truly like our mother” and Pranab Mukherjee who Gandhi delegated to look after and mentor Hasina. So in Hasina the imperialists found their most potent weapon to fight Islam with due to her (and her father & family’s) history of close personal bond with the Mushrikun about whom Allah سبحانه وتعالى says,
لَتَجِدَنَّ أَشَدَّ النَّاسِ عَدَاوَةً لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا
“Verily, you will find the strongest among men in enmity to the believers the Jews and those who are the Mushrikun.”
(Al-Mai’dah: 82)
The crusader regime of this ‘foster daughter of Indira Gandhi’ has been fighting a relentless War against Islam from all directions since coming to power, leaving no stones unturned, some of which are:
- Conducting massive scale propaganda against Islam, “terrorism,” to create an atmosphere of fear so as to prevent the Muslims of the country from mobilizing or even speaking in demand for the Islamic rule.
- Unprecedented state sponsoring of so-called free thinkers to attack Islam and the Shari’ah.
- Purging the military of Muslim officers who practise Islam, sacking them or sidelining them to the point that officers who pray or grow a beard are not promoted despite deserving it.
- Harassing, intimidating, arresting and detaining Imams who are outspoken against government’s anti-Islamic policies or who call for Islam politically.
- Closely cooperating with the intelligence agencies of the Kafir-Mushrik states to spy on the sincere Muslims and military officers opposed to secularism and loyal to Islam; and to spy on the dawah carriers of Islam.
- Implementing the draconian Anti-Terror Law against the Shabab (members & activists) of Hizb ut Tahrir and others, arresting and detaining them in the most arbitrary manner. Hundreds of Shabab of the Hizb have been arrested and re-arrested since this government came to power for calling for the Khilafah, which is not an act of terrorism. It is well known that the Hizb is a non-violent Hizb which works according to the methodology of the Prophet ﷺ restricting itself to intellectual and political work only. Despite this the government not only detains them but pursues the judiciary to deny them bail and some insincere judges comply with government orders in this regard.
- Appointing in places of authority in the police force and the security services those from amongst the Mushrikun and ignorant secularist Muslims who are most vicious in their hatred of Islam to torture the dawah carriers without hindrance. A case in point is the recent torture of the two dignified women members of Hizb ut Tahrir who were arrested on 30 August (2015); they were severely beaten and when they were screaming, “Allah, Allah,” the torturer was mocking them saying, “Wait, we will show your Allah today.” This vile man was a Mushrik.
O Muslims!
We can go on to make an endless list of the evil actions of this regime against Islam and the sincere Muslims who are loyal to their Deen, against the political workers of Islam, and the advocates of the Khilafah – the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir. But what we have given here is enough to reveal to you the intensity of the War against Islam which Hasina is fighting on behalf of her masters. It is exactly as Allah سبحانه وتعالى says,
يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يُطْفِئُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ
“They want to extinguish Allah’s Light with their mouths”
(At-Taubah: 32)
We call upon you to take a stance against this war on your Deen and raise your voice against these evil actions of the regime. And demand the release of those who have been arrested and call upon those you know from the security services to cease their arbitrary arrests and detentions.
O Muslims in the Police Force and Security Services!
RasulAllah ﷺ said, عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ «لَا طَاعَةَ لِمَخْلُوقٍ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ»
“There is no obedience to the one who disobeys Allah.” [Ahmad]
Islam demands from you to disobey the regime’s orders to pursue, arrest, kidnap, detain and persecute the activists of Islam and the Khilafah. Some of you claim that you are compelled to execute the regime’s orders because of your job but this excuse is of no value before Allah سبحانه وتعالى who has obliged you to reject such Kufr orders. You must stop acting as the foot soldiers for America, the imperialist Kafir-Mushrik states and their agents in the War against Islam. Do not fight your brothers and sisters in Islam for the sake of the enemies of Islam and their agents. Do not be fooled by the regime’s claim that the War against Islam, “terrorism,” is for the security of the country. Nothing can be further than the truth than this claim; the destruction of Iraq, Afghanistan and now Syria is clear evidence that the War against Islam has nothing to do with saving the country. It is only to save the thrones of the tyrants who have sold their souls to the Kuffar. And do not be deceived that this war is against a band of people only; rather when you fight the Islamic Call and the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir you are detaching yourselves from the people and earning their anger because the Ummah is with Islam and those who call for the Khilafah, and they curse you for persecuting their sincere sons and daughters.
We remind you that Allah سبحانه وتعالى will call you to account for your actions; He سبحانه وتعالى says,
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَتَنُوا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُوبُوا فَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ الْحَرِيقِ
“Verily, those who put into trial the believing men and believing women, and then do not turn in repentance, then they will have the torment of Hell and they will have the punishment of the burning Fire.”
(Al-Buruj: 10)
And RasulAllah ﷺ said, «من روع مؤمنا لم يؤمن الله روعته يوم القيامة» “Whosoever terrifies a believer will not be secure from being terrified on the Day of Resurrection.” [Kanz al-Ummal]
And we also remind you that if you do not desist then it is not only in the Akhira that you will be from the losers but in the Dunya too when the Khilafah returns, which will be very soon insha’Allah and you are brought to justice for your crimes against Islam and the sincere sons and daughters of the Ummah.
O Judges!
Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the Judge of all judges, Who will call all judges to account, has decreed that you judge by nothing other than what He has revealed and that when you judge, you must judge with justice,
وَإِذَا حَكَمْتُمْ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ أَنْ تَحْكُمُوا بِالْعَدْلِ
“And that when you judge between man, judge with justice”
(An-Nisa: 58)
The so-called Anti-Terrorism laws by which you judge against the dawah carriers of Islam and the workers of Khilafah, the men and women of Hizb ut Tahrir, are neither derived from what Allah has revealed, nor do they have any remote connection with justice. They are rather legislated by the agent regime to fight Islam, promulgated in accordance with the dictates of America and her allies in the War against Islam as tools for depriving the sincere Muslims from receiving justice. You are fully aware of this. We call upon you not to turn a blind eye to this fact, neither to turn your backs on the Words of Allah سبحانه وتعالى. Furthermore you claim honour for yourselves in your post as judges; we ask you to ponder and reflect upon what is so honourable in sending the sincere sons and daughters of the noble Ummah of Muhammad ﷺ to the dungeons of the Tyrant. And to ponder and reflect upon if there is anything honourable in being known as collaborators in the War against Islam. And last but not least, to ponder and reflect upon this hadith of RasulAllah ﷺ,
«الْقُضَاةُ ثَلَاثَةٌ وَاحِدٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَاثْنَانِ فِي النَّارِ فَأَمَّا الَّذِي فِي الْجَنَّةِ فَرَجُلٌ عَرَفَ الْحَقَّ فَقَضَى بِهِ وَرَجُلٌ عَرَفَ الْحَقَّ فَجَارَ فِي الْحُكْمِ فَهُوَ فِي النَّارِ وَرَجُلٌ قَضَى لِلنَّاسِ عَلَى جَهْلٍ فَهُوَ فِي النَّارِ»
“Judges are of three types, one of whom will go to Jannah and two to Hell. The one who will go to Paradise is a man who knows what is right and gives judgment accordingly; but a man who knows what is right and acts tyrannically in his judgment will go to Hell; and a man who gives judgment for people when he is ignorant will go to Hell.” [Abu Dawud]
We demand and expect you will follow the right course of action by being obedient to Allah سبحانه وتعالى in your judgments, by being just to the dawah carriers of Islam and the workers of Khilafah, and releasing them instead of complying with the orders of the government to imprison them.
O People of Influence, the sincere ones!
RasulAllah ﷺ said,«مَنْ رَأَى مِنْكُمْ مُنْكَرًا فَلْيُغَيِّرْهُ بِيَدِهِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَبِلِسَانِهِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَبِقَلْبِهِ وَذَلِكَ أَضْعَفُ الْإِيمَانِ» “Whoever of you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand, and if he is not able then with his mouth and if he is still not able then let him hate it within his heart and that is the least of Iman.” [Muslim]
You are able to speak out against the evil actions of the regime because you are supposed to be influential and you also have access to diverse platforms from where you can speak out. We call upon you to not be silent spectators while America and her allies and agents conduct their War against Islam. And we call upon you to use your influence and positions to compel the government to release the sincere sons and daughters of this country and to stop persecuting them so that your positions and influence may be a way for attaining the good of this Dunya and the Akhira and not humiliation and shame.
O Sincere Muslim Officers in the Military!
For how long will this War against Islam continue? Each passing day tyrant Hasina is exceeding in her tyranny against Islam and the Muslims of this country and even yourselves while you are acting as mere spectators. In your hands are the means of putting a stop to this. We urge you to stand up, be courageous and perform your duty. For the sake of your sincere Muslim brothers and sisters, for the sake of Islam and the Muslims, for the sake of Allah and His Messenger remove this tyrant enemy of Islam and ally of the Kafir-Mushrik states from power and transfer the authority to us, Hizb ut Tahrir, in order to establish the Khilafah so that the War against Islam may forever be brought to an end, not just here in Bangladesh but the entire Muslim world.
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَكُونُوا مَعَ الصَّادِقِينَ
“Oh you who believe! Be afraid of Allah and be with those who are true.”
(At-Taubah: 119)
