The newspaper Arman e Millie in its Monday, April 29, 2013 issue published a report on Hizb ut Tahrir entitled: “Terrorist youths are close to launch war in Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan”. The source adds: “As of the reports the administration received, youths numbering hundreds or more from Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan have gathered in Hizb-i-Islami Camp in northern Waziristan, waiting to receive special destructive training and guerilla war techniques. Expenses of these youths are paid by Hizb ut Tahrir and Hizb-i-Islami of Uzbekistan. It is said that they’ll start war as soon as possible.”
Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Afghanistan strongly rejects the published report by stating:
1. Armani-Millie published its report without citing any reference or quoting a reliable source. Keeping in mind the standards and ethics of journalism, the report is a clear lie and accusation.
2. The report ends citing the phrase “it is said….” this is only a knot and conspiracy tool of the government and its agencies used against the Dawah carriers.
3. The paper accused Hizb ut Tahrir of waging war. However, if someone considers the more than half of a century struggle of Hizb ut Tahrir throughout the Muslim world, will find that the Hizb started its activities as a political party on the method of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم to resume an Islamic way of life by reestablishing the Khilafah state. The method insists on political and intellectual means only, it does NOT include any materialistic means, until the Khilafah is established.
4. The paper itself does not know clearly the difference between Hizb ut Tahrir and other Islamic groups and movements. As Islamic Jihadi movements carry out their war and struggle against the western crusaders across the globe to make the word of Allah High and make His Deen superior to all other Deens (ideologies), Hizb ut Tahrir is a political – intellectual organization that struggles to revive the Islamic ideology as a way and system of life on the method of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم. They follow exactly, what the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and his companions did during Makkan period. It does not ignore Islamic rules and teachings related to the individuals as well as to the parties and collective activities. Thus, Hizb ut Tahrir is engaged in following a proper strategy, in looking after the affairs of the Ummah, which will be implemented upon the establishment of the second righteous Khilafah, Insha’Allah.
Consequently, Arman-i-Millie should not fall in the traps of the enemies; rather, it should focus all of its media activities and publications in leading public opinion in favor of Islam. To perform its obligation towards Allah سبحانه وتعالى and to expose the colonizing plans of crusaders, Allah سبحانه وتعالى has clearly said:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِن جَاءكُمْ فَاسِقٌ بِنَبَأٍ فَتَبَيَّنُوا أَن تُصِيبُوا قَوْمًا بِجَهَالَةٍ فَتُصْبِحُوا عَلَى مَا فَعَلْتُمْ نَادِمِينَ
“O believers, if an evildoer brings you a piece of news, inquire first, in case you should unwittingly wrong others and then repent of what you have done.”
(Hujraat, 49:6)
