The Lebanese government expressed its reservations in the person of President Tammam Salam in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation summit, which was held in Turkey during the period from 10 to 15 of April under the slogan “unity and solidarity for justice and peace” on four  clauses: to define “Hezbollah” a terrorist organization, the call for the withdrawal of the Armenian state from the Nagorni-Karabakh region, the recognition of the independence of Kosovo, and the right of Muslim minorities in Greece and West Antakya, but he  agreed on all other clauses that numbered 170 altogether. It is needless to say that these summits and conferences have become known for many years, that they represent only themselves and the personalities that attend from the leaders and ministers, and they do not even reflect the views of those who attend, but the views of the Kaffir colonizing West, and that they and their summits and their conferences do not represent the Ummah and its sons, and not the region and its liberation in any way. The best one among them is one that revolves in the orbit of a major country, mostly are not so, for they are agents who implement the policies of their masters, and both groups have sold their Ummah, Deen, and beliefs, cheaply with few dirhams and they were in that very ascetics.

But Lebanon’s rulers at every opportunity seek and by all means to separate the Muslims in Lebanon from their Ummah and its issues are discretionary, and under the pretext of taking into account the situation in Lebanon and its “unique” composition. Meanwhile they agree to the terms that will not affect in any way but the Muslims of Lebanon and the region under the pretext of the fight against terrorism! This reveals that the government has not and will not in any way represent the Muslims of Lebanon.

The excuse used by of the Government and the authorities, the so-called “system of resistance and opposition”,  prevents Lebanon from voting on any matter relating to Hezbollah, and so Lebanon expressed its reservations on this clause. It has become clear that Iran’s party intervention in Syria does not represent Lebanon, and does not represent even Iran’s party, Hezbollah, and not even Iran, but it represents the will of America, which has put its full weight and continues to prevent the fall of the tyrant of Ash-Sham. Iran’s party entered under the pretext of protecting the shrines and defending Ahl-ul-Bayt, (peace be upon them), and so the map of Syria became all shrines that must be defended!!! And this was followed by Yemen, Bahrain and Iraq! America then made Iran and Russia involved for the same purpose, i.e. to prevent any fall of the regime … then what “resistance and opposition” is this government boasting about, and  stating its reservation in all that regards Iran’s party?!!

The other clauses the government have expressed reservation on, especially the clause of withdrawal of the Armenian State from the Nagorni-Karabakh region, the clause recognizing the independence of the state of Kosovo …and here we question, aren’t the people of Azerbaijan Muslims? And Muslims who belong to the Ja’fari school of thought? Where are the ministers of Iran’s party regarding the government’s position? Or are there no shrines of Ahl-ul-Bayt in Azerbaijan?!! What is your position on the Kosovo issue, when not long ago, you claimed there is fighting to defend Muslims there, and you highlighted in the Media the story of “Alaa of Bosnia” in March 2016!!! After the killing of al-Haj Ali Fayyad (known as Alaa of Bosnia) and thirteen young men as they entered the Syrian town of Khanasser in the western Aleppo countryside (Al-Nahar Magazine, 1 March 2016)

The silence of Iran’s party and its ministers, and Saudi Arabia’s party in Lebanon (Al-Mustaqbal (The Future) and its ministers, and other ministers claiming to be associated with Islam, from the government’s position is a clear indication that they follow the states that prioritizes nationalism and its doctrines, to being associated to Islam and Muslims, and others follow rulers who have no religion except their thrones. It even confirms that all the ministers who claim to be associated with Islam, are not pressed in issues by those who claim to represent Muslims in Lebanon, but it is the American interests in the region that is prioritized before each interest. They are not concerned by a Muslim minority, Turkmen or Kurdish or Arab … Here or there, as long as the United States did not give the green light to take a position!

O Muslims in Lebanon,

You are part of the Islamic Ummah, whether people like it or not, and the leaders who stole your decision and your ambitions are the sons of colonialism, with no legitimacy, only those who support them and stand with them are those who sold their Deen for the life of others, or one with material interest made the Deen his interests.

O Muslims in Lebanon,

The separation of government from you, even the enmity of the government towards you is clear for all who have sight and insight, in giving permission for any scheme with the purpose to strike you, this situation will not change as long as there is a political separation imposed from the colonizer between Lebanon and surrounding countries. The situation of the country will not improve unless the branch is returned to the origin and attached to its surroundings, particularly Ash-Sham, under a just leadership that does not forsake the rights of Muslims, but shakes the pillars of the world in defense of the lives of all Muslims of the world and their honour, following the words of the Prophet of Allah (peace and blessing be on him and his family):

«ذِمَّةُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَاحِدَةٌ يَسْعَى بِهَا أَدْنَاهُمْ»

“The asylum granted by Muslims is one, and they support the asylum granted by the least of them”.

O Muslims in Lebanon,

Hizb ut Tahrir will not hesitate in accounting this authority nor another, when it comes to the rights of the Muslims, and even in the violation of rights of any human being in the quest for living in dignity, and the right of Muslims but rather humanity to living under a just wise rule that supports them and treats them equally, and does not betray them and forsake them.

Hizb ut Tahrir is of you and with you, and its members in Lebanon and the world do not distinguish between a Muslim and another. Over the decades, the colonizer repeatedly tried to reduce you to a sect like other sects, fighting for quota and your focus is centered on a post here or becoming a manager there.  Do not forget that you are the owners of a global project, as Allah سبحانه وتعالى described you:

كُنتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ

“You are the best nation brought to Mankind”

(Al-i-Imran: 110)

Do not be concerned about the decisions of your governments and center your focus on the vital issues for the Muslims, namely the establishment of the righteous Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood that will sweep away all these ignorant rules.

On the authority of Ali (ra) that the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) said:

«الْمُؤْمِنُونَ تَتَكَافَأُ دِمَاؤُهُمْ، وَهُمْ يَدٌ عَلَى مَنْ سِوَاهُمْ، وَيَسْعَى بِذِمَّتِهِمْ أَدْنَاهُمْ، أَلاَ لاَ يُقْتَلُ مُؤْمِنٌ بِكَافِرٍ، وَلاَ ذُو عَهْدٍ بِعَهْدِهِ، مَنْ أَحْدَثَ حَدَثًا فَعَلَى نَفْسِهِ، أَوْ آوَى مُحْدِثًا، فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلاَئِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ»

“The lives of the believers are equal in value, and they are one against others, and they hasten to support the asylum granted by the least of them. But no believer may be killed in return for a disbeliever, nor one with a covenant while his covenant is in effect. Whoever commits an offense then the blame is on himself, and whoever gives sanctuary to an offender, then upon him will be the curse of Allah, the angels and all the people.” (Narrated by Ahmad)
