The US envoy to Sudan, Donald Booth, during a meeting with members of the Military Council on Tuesday, called on the Transitional Military Council not to hold any elections within a year to ensure a (democratic transition) in the country. The Council’s member Yasser al-Atta said that they informed the envoy of their rejection of the Freedom and Change Forces taking control over the Legislative Council, and stressed that they do not oppose having an equal share in the Sovereign Council (Akhbar Al-Youm, Wednesday, 26/6/2019). On the other hand, the US envoy linked the return of the so-called “international cooperation” with Sudan to the transition to civilian rule.
This ominous meeting confirms what Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan has been warning of; that America controls, through its agents, the affairs of the country and the people. Now we see the military council repeats the steps of the deposed Al-Bashir and receives instructions from the Americans, without learning the lesson from the wretched end of Al-Bashir, who was loyal to America and surrendered to it, until the people revolted against him in discontent! Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan warned the government of Al-Bashir, and even all the people of Sudan, of America and its traps; that it is a colonial state that does not have sympathy for an agent that fell, or a country that collapsed, as long as it finds those who bow to its orders and serve its interests.
America’s envoys do not come (for our own interests) and do not seek to solve our problems as they claim. Whoever thinks this is either an accomplice or the most naive and deluded; America is a colonial state that cares only for its interests. Isn’t it shameful and disgraceful to choose the same man, Booth, who sponsored the South (Sudan) state after its separation?! What disaster will he deliver to us now? Isn’t America the architect of the national dialogue, which established a secular state in Sudan to destroy it in the name of federalism? Isn’t America the one that introduced the country into crises and disasters with its instructions, until the economy collapsed in a country that is considered the world’s food basket? America will not bring the good for the Muslims, Allah (swt) says: مَّا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَلاَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ أَن يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُم مِّنْ خَيْرٍ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ “Neither those who disbelieve from the People of the Scripture nor the polytheists wish that any good should be sent down to you from your Lord.” [Al-Baqara: 105].
It only wants to be reassured by finding a new alternative agent after Al-Bashir; and when his role ends he will be discarded. Al-Bashir stated optimistically after the lifting of the American economic sanctions from Sudan: “We hope that the lifting of US economic sanctions will be an opening for the development of relations in the Trump era.” (Al-Sudani Newspaper, Monday 22/1/2017) Where is Bashir now?!
The duty upon the people of Sudan after the fall of Bashir is to prevent foreign interference colonial, and expose the political center associated with the colonial West and its embassies, which Allah describes them as: فَتَرَى الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ يُسَارِعُونَ فِيهِمْ يَقُولُونَ نَخْشَى أَن تُصِيبَنَا دَآئِرَةٌ “So you see those in whose hearts is disease hastening into [association with] them, saying, “We are afraid a misfortune may strike us.” [Al-Ma’ida: 52]
And to work for the real change by which injustice is lifted and all problems solved, by establishing the rule of Allah that is implemented by the State of Islam; the second Khilafah Rashida (Righteous Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood; that refers all matter back to Allah. Allah (swt) says:
فَإِن تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلاً
“O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result” [An-Nisa’: 59]
