Houthis militias in the province of Amran arrested on Tuesday 16th August 2016, Sheikh Hossein Al-Nasr, known as Abu Bilal, following his inquiry about his son Abdul-Jabbar aged 20, who was imprisoned by the Houthis two days before the arrest of his father, claiming falsely that the Sheikh and his son have a link to Al-Nusra Front in Syria!! Despite the method of Hizb ut Tahrir, to which Sheikh Hossein and his son belong, is crystal clear on any given day, but how far the blundering bats of these militias to see the light as they live in the darkness, depending on fabrications reverberating here or there that the Hizb has links to Fatah al-Sham (previously Al-Nusra Front), the Islamic State organization or Al-Qaida?!!
The Hizb explained repeatedly that it is a global political party, founded in Jerusalem in 1953, at the hands of the prominent scholar and esteemed politician Sheikh Taqiudeen An-Nabahani, Rahimahu Allah. And with him a group of honest sincere scholars, conscious of the Ummah’s issues, having insight of the way for revival, aware of the schemes of the colonist enemies, and whose members are working to foil them and liberate a real and lasting liberation the Ummah and its Holy sites through resuming the Islamic way of life by the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah State on the methodology of the Prophethood; the method of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in establishing the first Islamic state in Medina. And his ﷺ method was not to use physical acts – of carrying weapons or other material means – in the establishment of the Islamic state, which is what Hizb ut Tahrir is marching on and is committed to achieve its goal.
In its quest to achieve its goal which it devotes itself for Hizb ut Tahrir has been subjected to various forms of abuse and harassment, including imprisonment, torture, killing, prevention and prosecution of its members in many oppressive countries of the world. But it nevertheless remained steadfast on the truth, straight on the method and doesn’t divert from that the length of a fingernail. So it never raised weapons against the Ummah, and never incited the Ummah from fighting or discord amongst themselves. Instead it carried the intellectual weapon, enduring difficulties in an ideological intellectual battle with the colonist, its culture and agent regimes, which it created. And in the battle of thought pioneered by Hizb ut Tahrir the gun must surrender.
The way of thinking of the Houthi militias is the same as the way of thinking of the armed groups in the world, and their practices are similar to their criminal practices, for they cannot tolerate the power of intellect, and seek instinctively motivated chaotic revenge. So if the Hizb has suffered from accusations and harassment that reach the level of imprisoning and killing some of its members at the hands of the Islamic State Organization in Syria and other armed groups, then the Shi’ite militias are marching in the same way it discredits those groups! It is not the first time that the Hizb is accused of such charges by the Houthis militias; many of its Shabab have been imprisoned several times by the Houthis militias themselves. So let these the militias look at themselves in the Shar’i scale and in the eyes of the Ummah to see what they have achieved for their religion and what they reaped for their Ummah. Are not they who trigger sectarian sedition, carry arms on the Ummah, terrorize and kill its sons and ally themselves with the oppressors of the agent rulers and their repressive police regimes?! At the end, they submit their issues to the Kafir West and its UN resolutions in anticipation of a share of the cake of power and fleeting pleasures! So how surprising that they accuse the Hizb with their illness and slander. However, our call for those militias is to retreat themselves and consider their ill actions, for history is ruthless, and the Ummah will not sleep endlessly on tyranny. The cycle of history and the sweeping tide of the Ummah led by Hizb ut Tahrir and its members is marching towards the Khilafah Rashidah State (Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood, by Allah’s permission, regardless of whoever likes it and whoever detests it …and Allah does not fail in His Promise.
