It was a Revelation of the Real Issues, Exposing the Patch Solutions

So Decide on your Command and Line up behind the Conscious Leadership for Change on the Basis of the Great Islam

Four years since the launch of the Ummah’s revolution from Tunisia was enough to reveal that the real issues are larger than the existing regimes. It is even larger than all the governments which are committed to the same system no matter how much it amended or how much it patched. The four major issues became clear and unambiguous:

The basis of governance and politics is a law above all, the rulers and the ruled alike: Thus how are we to ensure this through a man-made law that gives the people the right to legislate and to establish constitutions and laws that serve the interests of the powerful? How do we ensure a law above all without taking the Revelation of the Lord of the Worlds as a basis and measure, making the people equal, the rulers and ruled alike?

The sovereignty of the state is by its liberation from colonial control: Therefore how will we emerge from indebtedness and dependence on foreigners? How will we recover resources through a system that perceives squandering it as an investment? How will we establish an industry that secures our weapons and medicines with a system that abandons minds and wastes public money? And how will we utilize idle land to secure our sustenance through a system that supports imported goods at the expense of the peasants of the country?

Regional reality and supporting the Ummah’s Issues: How will Jihad become the policy of the state and the task of the Army with a system that separates Islam from the lives of Muslims leaving Jihad without Tafseel (elaborating) and Ta’seel (rooting) to be exploited by the exploiters; out of ignorance or agency? How will the Ummah’s issues be supported by a system that makes granting victory for Muslims a foreign affair under the slogan of “nationalism” but welcomes the intervention of Western politicians, organizations and even armies in our issues? And how will Muslim blood be protected by a system that refrains to mention the sanctity of the Muslim blood on the Muslim even in a clause in its constitution?

The dignity of the people and taking care of their affairs: How will people’s dignity and their rights for adequate living become more than bids and bargains, so it is legislatively rooted, urgently implemented and judicially accounting for neglecting it? How can that be, in a capitalist system that considers the state revenues as a basis for the taxes imposed on the people of the country? How can that be in a capitalist system that sees the state’s abandoning the taking care of affairs an economic policy?

Instead of the rulers admitting their inability and failing, here they are today in the entire region (Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Yemen, Syria …) trying their last desperate and despairing attempt to return backwards. Hence the issues for them are a continuation on the same man-made capitalist system and a continuation of compliance with the West’s agenda and a diversion of the Ummah to an erroneous issue in its call to elect people who will implement the same capitalist system that made us taste woes!!

O rulers, O politicians who scurried to rule

Enough failure and foiling, and enough wagering on the losing horse, for the West was unable to resolve its own issues. Had it not been for it looting our wealth, polarizing the intelligent of our children, enabling it military privileges in our region, and had it not been for the industry of disability in Muslim countries to promote dependency; without all that the strongest country would have collapsed long ago. So support the real issues of the Ummah, do not obstruct the way of change, and do not be a pickax in the hands of the enemies. If you cannot, then leave this Ummah alone. For you to be remembered of the truthful or even the resigned and helpless is better for you than to be listed as agents and traitors!!

Dear scholars, experts, businessmen and sincere politicians

Do not underestimate your abilities and the capabilities of your Ummah to manage its affairs by Islam for this is the time of Islam and its Ummah; it is not the time of the staggering bankrupt West. Put your efforts in serving the cause of “liberation from colonialism and the restoration of the Islamic Ummah’s seat of leadership and control” as that is the good in this world and the Hereafter.

O Muslims, O our People in Tunisia

O who launched the revolution that disrupted the slumber of the oppressors in East and West

The revolution is on the man-made system that abandoned the basis of living, abandoned Islam that brings us together as a basis for governance and politics, and abandoned the sovereignty of the state and from liberating it of the futility of colonialism. It is on the system that abandoned the issues of Muslims, squandered your rights as prescribed in the texts of Qur’an and Sunnah and deprived the country of all the causes of power and glory. So do not allow any concern to distract you from your real issues; by changing the system from the contemptible man-made system to the ruling system of Islam that resolves and does not oppress, unites rather than divides, restores rights to their owners, and ensures the dignity to live as per the system itself and not as a favor from anyone. And this is through establishing the Khilafah Rashidah that pleases the inhabitants of the heaven and the inhabitants of the earth.

We in Hizb ut Tahrir, ensure everyone, that the party is based on Islam and does not depart a hand-span from it. It stands with the interests of this great Ummah, including the people of Tunisia, and extends its hand for all the sincere people until we change the contemptible man-made system as a whole, a real change both in legislation and implementation. Until we save the country and the region from what is plotted against them of failure, thwarting, deepening of the crisis and the industry of sedition, and until we meet at the sound word,

أَلَّا نَعْبُدَ إِلَّا اللَّهَ وَلا نُشْرِكَ بِهِ شَيْئًا وَلا يَتَّخِذَ بَعْضُنَا بَعْضًا أَرْبَابًا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ

“that we will not worship except Allah and not associate anything with Him and not take one another as lords instead of Allah”.

(Ali-Imran: 64)

And that the revolution is not over as they propagate so as to stun the morale of the Ummah. But the time of distraction has ended and the validity period of the Western projects in our country has expired. The falsity of non-conscious leadership and the time of patching and procrastination have ended. And nothing is left in the arena, but the giant Islamic alternative, the alternative of mercy, care, adequacy and guidance to the worlds and, above all it is the glad tiding of the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم:

«ليبلغن هذا الأمر ما بلغ الليل والنهار، ولا يترك الله بيت مدر ولا وبر إلا أدخله الله هذا الدين بعز عزيز أو بذل ذليل، عزاً يعز الله به الإسلام، وذلاً يذل به الكفر»

“This case is sure to come where the night and day appears, and Allah will not leave a single house of settled or nomadic residents without this religion, exalt a noble and belittle a worthless fellow. Allah will magnify the glory of Islam and humiliate disbelief” (Narrated by Ahmad).
