Allah سبحانه وتعالى has sent Prophets – peace be upon them all – to bring out people from darkness into light, some people followed their guidance, and those who were accustomed to live in darkness and delusion refused and chose to fight the call of Allah سبحانه وتعالى and His Prophets. One of the dominant methods in their war on Allah is by mocking His noble Messengers:

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ شَاهِدًا وَمُبَشِّرًا وَنَذِيرًا * وَدَاعِيًا إِلَى اللَّهِ بِإِذْنِهِ وَسِرَاجًا مُنِيرًا
“O Prophet, indeed We have sent you as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner. And one who invites to Allah, by His permission, and an illuminating lamp.”
(Al-Ahzab: 45-46)

يَا حَسْرَةً عَلَى الْعِبَادِ مَا يَأْتِيهِمْ مِنْ رَسُولٍ إِلَّا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ
“How regretful for the servants, there did not come to them any messenger except that they used to ridicule him.”
(Ya-Seen: 30)
* When the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم declared his message to the people, the polytheists realized His religion is not only limited to individual rituals and rites, and that His call will change society and tip the scales and change the systems of life; so they declared a total and an unabated war, in order to keep people in injustice, loss, and misguidance, and in order to hold on to their positions of power and firm control over the people.
* When the state of Islam was established by the hands of the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم and after its expansion by the guided Khulafa’ and their successors, the forces of Kufr mobilized all their energies and forces to stand in the face of the emerging civilization of Islam and prevent its expansion. But it was of no avail, for it is the supported call from the Lord of the heaven and earth; for the one who fights Islam he is fighting against Allah and His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم, and the one who fights against Allah and His Messenger, he has chosen for himself humiliation and defeat.
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُحَادُّونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ أُولَئِكَ فِي الْأَذَلِّينَ * كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَأَغْلِبَنَّ أَنَا وَرُسُلِي إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ
“Indeed, the ones who oppose Allah and His Messenger – those will be among the most humbled * Allah has written, “I will surely overcome, I and My messengers.” Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might.”
(Al-Mujadilah: 20-21)
* Today, the scene is repeated once again. Here is the global, regional, and local Kufr ally and come together to obstruct the Deen of Allah and His message, and their united march in Paris under the slogan “I am Charlie” is the clearest expression of their innermost selves and the reality of their position regarding Islam. They said bluntly and explicitly: we all embody the newspaper that insult Muhammad and other Prophets of God, peace be upon them all, and we stand united in the face of the rising tide of Islam that wants to return as a way of life and a system of life, society, and the state.
* If only the scene was limited to the demonstration of Charlie! But the rulers of our countries ensured the propagation of their falsehood inside the land of Islam and Muslims! Here is the Pharaoh of Egypt gathering his magicians (from Al Azhar) to change Islam, and now his henchmen openly mock – brazenly via satellite TV channels- the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم and the rules of Islam that do not appeal to them. And another ruler who claims to represent a group of Muslims in this miserable country of Lebanon, he instruct his newspaper to publish among the titles “I am Charlie”! What made this leader allege his leadership of Muslims when he says to all people: “I am the newspaper that makes a mockery of Muhammad”???! صلى الله عليه وسلم
* Institutions (of clergy men) that Islam denies and does not recognize them, which speaks on behalf of the tyrants of the Muslims, appeared and came up with fallen principles they consider as golden principles that says the abuse of the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم must always be ignored and met with forgiveness and tolerance. By this they have slandered and transgressed and increased to the offence against Islam and the Prophet and His nation. Forgiveness is the stance of vulnerable individuals who have no control over matters or material authority to prevent the mocking of Islam and the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم. The rulers of the Muslims have authority, strength, and ability they are not permitted to overlook what is sponsored by the world’s countries to insult to the Messenger of Allah and attack on the Qur’an. They must confront these countries with what is required to meet their aggression.
* In the past, a century ago, when one of the reckless French artists tried to present a play mocking the Prophet and Islam in France, and the Ottoman state was then at its weakest time, the Khaleefah of Muslims Abed al-Hamid II, may Allah have mercy on him, took the required measures and summoned the French ambassador and spoke to him in the strongest terms and threatened to sever the diplomatic ties with France if they allowed the play, France was forced to ban the play. ******
* Dealing with the insults as being the action of individuals or newspaper is the real fraud and deception. It is those countries that began insulting the Deen and the Prophets and Holy Books, and encourages insulting them, and classify this as the freedom of opinion and right of expression of opinion, they are the number one aggressors and responsible for their actions! Accordingly, the qualms of the Islamic Ummah regarding the newspaper Charlie Hebdo’s cartoons is with the French state, as what happened with the Danish state and the Dutch state, and in other previous publications that mocked Islam, Qur’an, and the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم. These countries are the sponsors of insulting Islam and the Prophet and the Qur’an, which must be taken as an enemy. But what Muslim rulers did is that they shared with the Western countries and their rulers the enmity to Islam and the Prophet and his Ummah, and stood with them united under the banner of “I am Charlie”!
* The frequency of mocking Islam and the Prophet and the Qur’an is nothing but a form of assault by Western countries against Islam, which has become borne in sight, a cultural and political civilized project that threatens the West’s rotting and fading civilization, and threatens capitalist sharks with bankruptcy, threatening the extinction of colonial dominance.
أَمْ يَقُولُونَ نَحْنُ جَمِيعٌ مُنْتَصِرٌ * سَيُهْزَمُ الْجَمْعُ وَيُوَلُّونَ الدُّبُرَ
“Or do they say, “We are an assembly supporting [each other]”? * [Their] assembly will be defeated, and they will turn their backs [in retreat]. “
(Al-Qamar: 44-45)
* O Muslims: You must realize by now and be sure that after Allah you have no support in this world but yourselves, and support for yourselves will only be by your support to your Lord, and supporting your Lord comes only by supporting His سبحانه وتعالى Deen. And that there is no support for the Deen of Allah except by establishing the Khilafah state; the state in which the sovereignty is for the Shar’ and the authority is for the Ummah. It is the state that: unites the Muslims, terminates the borders that divided you, upholds the sovereignty of Shariah, mobilizes the energies of the Muslims, terrorizes the enemies of Allah سبحانه وتعالى and the Ummah and prevents them from insulting Islam and the Prophet and the Qur’an, and punishes those who transgress against the states, it carries the message of Islam the guidance and light to the whole world. Any nation has no value and no weight without a state that represents it and embodies its viewpoint and way of living. And we have called you to work for it for so long and we still do.
* The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said,
«إنما الإمام جُنّة يقاتل من ورائه ويُتَّقى به»
“The Imam is but a shield who is fought from behind and protected by”.
The Imam is the Khaleefah, and Junnah (shield) is the prevention, and the shield is the protection.
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا إِنْ تَنْصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنْصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ * وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فَتَعْسًا لَهُمْ وَأَضَلَّ أَعْمَالَهُمْ * ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَرِهُوا مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأَحْبَطَ أَعْمَالَهُمْ
“O you who have believed, if you support Allah, He will support you and plant firmly your feet. But those who disbelieve – for them is misery, and He will waste their deeds. That is because they disliked what Allah revealed, so He rendered worthless their deeds.”
(Muhammad: 7-9)
