K-News reported on February 10, 2015 CE citing the media centre of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Issyk-Kul region that “police have arrested four members of Hizb ut Tahrir from the village of Ak-Terek, they are: Talan Beck (44 years old), and Almaz Beck (43 years old), and Akel Beck (45 years old), and Natheer (38 years old). Also confiscated were 14 books, 42 booklets, 9 notebooks, and 4 DVD discs promoting the ideas of the extremist religious organization Hizb ut Tahrir. Also a rifle of the type AIG -17 without a license was found. These discovered materials were transferred to the security office of the Issyk-Kul region to take the necessary legal action.”

Another arrest campaign has been launched against pious Muslim women, from the members of the political party Hizb ut Tahrir in the city of Osh in Kyrgyzstan. On 17/01/2015 CE when a car carrying Sister Mamatakrimova Gulnara, born in 1967 from the area of Uzgen, entered into the city, it was stopped and searched, and the sister was also searched, they found photos and a video of the party in her phone. Complying with the case brought against the sister by Section X Staff at the Interior Ministry in the city of Osh, and in cooperation with the security agencies in Uzgen area they searched the sister’s house, whom they had already detained. They also searched the homes of two other sisters, they are Tichaiva Dilara Hanim Aman Allaeva (born in 1978) and Tordykhonova Soraikhon Karimojanova (born in 1971). During the inspection, police confiscated a large number of DVDs, and other Islamic materials. And then called the above-mentioned sisters to the cellars of the Interior Ministry where they still remain detained as of the moment of preparing this statement.

Kabar media network published a report from the Interior Ministry’s Media Office in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan that on 18/11/2014 CE the houses of the leaders and members of the Women’s Section of Hizb ut Tahrir were searched; the raid and search was carried out by Section X of the Interior Department of the city of Bishkek in cooperation with the Kyrgyz Intelligence Agency, and during the search of the homes, extremist materials were found.

“Ozodlik” radio announced that Sister Nilofar Rahim Janav was martyred in Zengeota Prison in the region of Tashkent in Uzbekistan on the 14th of this September; she was 37 years of age, and a mother of four children. 

Nilofar was arrested in 2012 on charges of exceeding the limits in violation of the Terrorism Act when she was on a visit to her relatives in Uzbekistan. She was imprisoned for 10 years. Her (may Allah have mercy on her soul, bi’thinallah) husband, Sa’eed Younus Staravche, an active opposition lawyer, said that she was buried straight away within six hours in a cemetery in Tashkent on the order of the authorities. Prison officials did not explain the circumstances of her death.

On 22 August 2014, another court session was held for Sister Zulfiyya Amanova at the regional court in Osh, Kyrgyzstan. The panel of judges comprised of Kubatov Ayler, Mirzabeckov Bolot and Abdyldaev Almaz. The Court retracted her former punishment of a fine in the amount of 50 thousand Soms, issued by Judge Kojomkulov Ramazan on June 1, 2014, and ordered a new punishment in the form of a 1-year suspended imprisonment. The session was delayed because of the repeated postponement as a result of the investigator and experts’ failure to attend. The Judicial session was adjourned eight times since May 13th of last year, which means that they were mocking and ridiculing Zulfiyya and her family.

Despite the fact that Kyrgyzstan has changed many presidents, the authorities sometimes enforce the fight against Islam and had never made it weaker. If previous presidents, particularly Bakiyev, were openly against Islam, even prohibiting holding public Muslim celebrations for Eid ul Fitr and Eid ul Adha, and even brazenly killing Imam Muhammad Rafiq Kamalov of Al-Sarahs Mosque at Kara-Suu. The current president Atambayev himself participates in the festivities Namaz on Eids and his every second word is “Allah”, however, at the same time he fights against blameless Muslim women. Another crime of the authorities – the ruthless murder of our Brother Kulmirzaev Kadyrali Raimzhanavich at prison.

Tengrinews.kz website correspondent has quoted from the press service of the Almaty City Court, that five members of Hizb ut Tahrir were sentenced. According to the court, each of Mukhit Musokhozhanov, Askhat Sarsenbayev, Yerbolat Ospanov, Kuanysh Botbayev and Onlasyn Duisembayev, had participated in the party’s meetings in Almaty that promotes extremist ideas and specifically changing the constitutional order through violence and to establish an Islamic Khilafah.

Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will actively exchange information in criminal cases and accusation files concerning members of the International Organization of the Islamic Hizb ut Tahrir; according to the News Agency (RIA Novosti) on Tuesday for the Media Center of the Regional Executive Authority to Combat Terrorism (RETS) of the Organization Shanghai Cooperation. The executive body has said at the conclusion of its meeting in Tashkent on this issue that “The number of criminal cases against the extremists of Hizb ut Tahrir has increased recently on the territory of the Russian Federation, and we must intensify joint efforts and coordination between the States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in relation to this matter, the issue of exchange practical experience”.

You will be victorious over the enemies of Allah and your enemies by the permission of Allah. Since the good fate is for the God fearing.

Zulfiyya Amonova, the heroic prisoner was born in January 26, 1994 in the city of Osh in Kyrgyzstan, she is the third-born of the family. She studied in Sa’eeda Khadija School for four years and completed her education there in the Russian language with the grading score of: Very Good. In addition she studied: Arabic, English, Fiqh, Aqeeedah, Seerah, Tafseer and Hadeeth Sciences. She memorized the Qur’an by heart and in 2013, she enrolled into a medicine preparatory school to fulfill her desire to become a doctor.

The barbarity of the Kyrgyz Special Forces by capturing sister Zulfiyya Amonova has proven and shown the Kyrgyzstan’s fear towards the rise of Islam there. Although she is only a woman, Zulfiyya Amonova was captured without knowing her condition because of her courage in defending justice for her father’s fate. Tactics like this are often done by the governments of Muslim countries who are timid and cowardly by hindering the struggle for Islam. However, Muslims will never stop in fighting for the cause of Allah because Muslims have been promised victory for them as Allah says in Surah as Saff, verses 10-11:

The Women’s Section of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir have launched a global campaign to raise a strong international voice against the shameful detention on 31st March 2014 of Zulfiyya Amonova by the criminal Kyrgyzstan regime. Zulfiyya is a Hafiz of Qur’an, a devoted servant of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, and courageous daughter of the martyr of Hizb ut Tahrir Amaanov Hamidullah from Kyrgyzstan who was arrested and taken away from his family for being a member of Hizb ut Tahrir when Zulfiyya was just 5 years old. He was kidnapped, imprisoned and tortured by Uzbek security forces for 14 years and died in their custody. His family were not even able to retrieve his dead body. Zulfiyya was arrested in the city of Osh by Kyrgyz Special Forces for attempting to uncover the crimes and expose the lies of the tyrant Kyrgyz and Uzbek regimes related to the death of her father. Her whereabouts are still not known. These are regimes who also have a notorious record of persecuting, imprisoning, torturing and molesting the female dawah carriers of Hizb ut Tahrir – their only crime being to account oppressive rulers, to refuse to bow in subservience to dictators, and to call for the system of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the Khilafah.

Sabr Oh Sister! Verily Allah سبحانه وتعالى has prepared the best of His places in His Jannah for you…

You have been patient almost the whole of your life and still Allah سبحانه وتعالى has desired to grant you the best of rewards in His سبحانه وتعالى Gardens. You knew that the path to that place was hard and difficult to walk, but you had the best of role-models of our times, namely your father. I cannot imagine how much patience you must show, but be sure that you are a role-model too now – for me and for my children, and I believe for the entire Ummah. You are one of those, whom Allah سبحانه وتعالى wants us to know like one of the Sahaba. Your name will be mentioned in the duas of every dawah carrier until the establishment of Allah سبحانه وتعالى’s Deen on this earth again and your name, along with that of your father will be called in the duas and talks after the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah, which is very soon inshaallah!

On 31 March 2014 CE, the Kyrgyz Special Forces arrested Sister Amaanov Zulfia in the city of Osh. Amaanov Zulfia was only five years old when the tyrant criminals deprived her of her father, who was arrested for being a member of a political party, Hizb ut Tahrir. Last year we have published a news report of the terrible death of our brother Amaanov Hamidullah from Kyrgyzstan, who resided in the city of Osh, where he was kidnapped by the Special Forces of Uzbekistan for 14 years and tortured during that time in the prisons of tyrant Karimov. His family could not retrieve his dead body.

On the 27 of January, the official media in Kyrgyzstan issued news with the headline: “Arrest of Members of the Extremist Group Hizb ut Tahrir in the region of Tchewskaya”. The police and security media reported, “On the 25 of January, the members of the Tenth Division at the Department of Homeland Security have arrested members of the extremist group Hizb ut Tahrir in a house in a residential area (Tandik) of the Modunsky Region.” The accusation against the members is that they were working to recruit new members. “During the raid, 14 banned radical books were confiscated, 2 journals, 19 CDs, numerous notebooks and leaflets. The materials were delivered to the Department of Investigation at the National Security Committee. The detainees were placed in solitary confinement in the Department of Investigation in the National Security Committee.”

At the end of the month of January 2014, news arrived from Tatarstan regarding the arrest of several Muslims. Inspection, detention, kidnapping, torture and trials have become a repeated occurrence, all of which makes conveying this painful news difficult. Noting the fact that the persecution of Muslims is continuing all over Russia, and not only in Tatarstan.

The year 2013 was full of grief and sorrow for the Muslims in Uzbekistan, due to the many martyrs who passed away in the prisons of Karimov, the criminal Jew. Most of the martyrs were Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir, who were arrested in the period between 1999 and 2000. The mercenaries of Karimov and his thugs tortured these Shabab, since the beginning of their detention, a brutal torture that reveals the extent of hatred against Islam and Muslims, leading in many cases to martyrdom, for nothing other than that they said “Our Lord is Allah”, and remained on the right course as He commanded them, working diligently and faithfully for glorifying their Deen and the rise of Muslims. Amongst the martyrs are scientists and thinkers.

The Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir has issued a press release dated 08/22/2013 entitled “Government of Kazakhstan Accuses a Muslim Woman of Extremism and then Punishes her for Defending her Husband” in which it addressed the trial against Sister Natalia Vatinkovu, a mother of three children, and wife to Galiulina Rafis, a member of Hizb ut Tahrir Kazakhstan. The Court of the Kazakh city of Astana issued a decision against her, dated 07/22/2013, to remain under house arrest on charges of “distributing leaflets that call for extremism”, according to Article 233, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of Kazakhstan. According to Kaztag Newspaper, the same court on Saturday 10/12/2013 issued a decision sentencing sister Natalia to five years to be actually spent in a reformist prison according to Article 2, paragraph 233-1 “promoting terrorism or extremism or public advocacy for terrorist acts” of the Kazakh Criminal Code YKRK. This decision was passed because she published a letter addressing public opinion about the unjust decision of seven years of imprisonment which was issued against her husband on grounds of the ideas he is convinced of and calls for.

All glory belongs to Him in whose Hand kingship over all matters lies, the One who brings life and brings death. Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilahi Raji’un!

Bi’idhnillah, a martyr had been raised at the age of 45, named Manga Aliyevo Banji Nizumino. We record him as such as we do not commend anyone to Allah. He was martyred in one of the prisons of the criminal tyrant of Tajikistan.

This is One of Many Tragedies affecting the Muslims of Kazakhstan!

Natalia Foitkovoi, a mother of three, appeared in front of the Court of the City of Astana (the Kazakh capital) charged with the distribution of leaflets calling for extremism, according to Article 233, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of Kazakhstan. A verdict was issued against her along with its implementation, sentencing her with house arrest, which means she was placed under a forceful arrest in her own house!

Against the backdrop of a work visit by Russian President Vladimir Putin to Tajikistan, the tyrant of Tajikistan, Imam Ali Rehman ordered the arrest of Muslim women from the members of Hizb ut Tahrir in the city of Dushanbe, while the media of both countries reported of the meeting between the two mentioned above. Concerning the details of those meetings, RU Newspaper reported, “The Russian military base No. 201 in Tajikistan will remain at least until the year 2042, due to the signing of this agreement on Friday during a joint meeting between them. This agreement cost Putin $200 million, which Moscow will send to the modernization of the Tajik military” to execute a single task, which is the ruthless killing of Muslims.
