The Ash-Sham blessed revolution has arrived at a critical juncture and a major decline; culminating in sitting at the same table with the enemies of Allah and the enemies of Ash-Sham revolution, who are anticipating the chances of this revolution’s misfortune; and plot day and night to abort this blessed revolution. So it was necessary to warn of this dangerous slope; which if it continued will eliminate all the sacrifices of the people of ash-Sham, will empower the enemies of Allah, and will turn the Mujahideen into guards for the criminal regime guarding the areas for the regime it controls pending the truce ends; and the scenario will be recreated once again. Therefore, the revolution will enter a vicious circle; and in a series of truces and concessions; that ends with the cessation of fighting; and in marching to the political solution that America is trying to impose on everyone.
For all of this; and in order to preserve the sacrifices of the people of Ash-Sham; and not to give additional time for the criminal butcher regime to exercise more of its crimes on the rest of the regions, in addition of it being a regime notorious for treason and treachery, we in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Syria announce the launch of a campaign entitled: Reject the Crime of Truces and Negotiations. We call on all factions and we call on all the sincere people of Ash-Sham to assume their responsibilities; for the authority is in the hands of the Ummah and accounting is one of their rights and a duty upon them. We also call on them to reject these truces; that will not thwart a regime and will not stop the bloodshed. And we urge them to reject them by all possible means and methods, as we are all in one ship; and we will not allow anyone to sink this ship under any pretext. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
«مثل القائم على حدود الله والواقع فيها كمثل قوم استهموا على سفينة فأصاب بعضهم أعلاها وبعضهم أسفلها فكان الذين في أسفلها إذا استقوا من الماء مروا على من فوقهم فقالوا لو أنا خرقنا في نصيبنا خرقا ولم نؤذ من فوقنا فإن يتركوهم وما أرادوا هلكوا جميعا وإن أخذوا على أيديهم نجوا ونجوا جميعا»
“The example of the person abiding by Allah’s order and restrictions in comparison to those who violate them is like the example of those persons who drew lots for their seats in a boat. Some of them got seats in the upper part, and the others in the lower. When the latter needed water, they had to go up to bring water (and that troubled the others), so they said, ‘Let us make a hole in our share of the ship (and get water) saving those who are above us from troubling them. So, if the people in the upper part left the others do what they had suggested, all the people of the ship would be destroyed, but if they prevented them, both parties would be safe.”
