On Sunday 26/03/2017 CE, the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir/Wilayah Sudan in the city of Al-Abyad (the capital of North Kordofan State) carried out a protest in front of the local building of Shikan protesting against the authorities forbidding the Islamic Book Exhibition in the Maidan Al-Hurria Square. The protest had a big impact on the people who love Islam, because the authorities denied the call to Islam by banning the Islamic Book Exhibition which led the security services to retreat and to the endorsement of holding the exhibition on a new date chosen by the Hizb, which is Sunday 30/04/2017 CE. When theShabab of the Hizb from Al-Abyad went to the Local Office to finalise the procedures concerning the exhibition, a series of procrastination started and it lasted for over a week until Thursday 27/04/12017 CE where no answer was given which means the exhibition is not approved!!
The Sudanese government in Khartoum approves the rally speech festival and then forbids it few hours before its launch, and then in the city of Al-Abyad, an approval of the organization of the Islamic Book Exhibition was given but is then procrastinated until it is not held! One same plan and one same scenario in confronting Islam and the call to it carried out in different places. This assures, what is clear to us, that this regime is taking a path to please the United States of America and to unite with it in its project to lead a war against Islam in the name of combating terrorism. But we assure them that the US will not be pleased with you no matter what you do to please it unless you disbelieve in Allah (swt) and you follow their kufr. Almighty Allah says:
وَلَنْ تَرْضَى عَنْكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلا النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ قُلْ إِنَّ هُدَى اللَّهِ هُوَ الْهُدَى وَلَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ بَعْدَ الَّذِي جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ مَا لَكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ مِنْ وَلِيٍّ وَلا نَصِيرٍ
“Never will the Jews nor the Christians be pleased with you till you follow their religion. Say: “Verily, the Guidance of Allah (i.e. Islamic Monotheism) that is the (only) Guidance. And if you were to follow their (Jews and Christians) desires after what you have received of Knowledge (i.e. the Qur’an), then you would have against Allah neither any Wali (protector or guardian) nor any helper”
(Al-Baqarah: 120)
And if you fear them (the US), then remember the words of Allah (swt):
فَتَرَى الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ مَرَضٌ يُسَارِعُونَ فِيهِمْ يَقُولُونَ نَخْشَى أَنْ تُصِيبَنَا دَائِرَةٌ فَعَسَى اللَّهُ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ بِالْفَتْحِ أَوْ أَمْرٍ مِنْ عِنْدِهِ فَيُصْبِحُوا عَلَى مَا أَسَرُّوا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ نَادِمِينَ
“And you see those in whose hearts there is a disease (of hypocrisy), they hurry to their friendship, saying: “We fear lest some misfortune of a disaster may befall us.” Perhaps Allah may bring a victory or a decision according to His Will. Then they will become regretful for what they have been keeping as a secret in themselves.”
(Al-Maaidah: 52)
We in Hizb ut Tahrir will keep on accounting against these rulers who hasten to satisfy the disbelieving West, rule with what Allah (swt) did not reveal, keep away from the way of Allah and they find it crooked. We call to the good; we call to the mighty Islam, holding fast to His (swt) Book and His Prophet’s sunnah ﷺ working for the sake of the resumption of Islamic life by establishing the Khilafah Rashidah on the method of the Prophet ﷺ. Its time had long waited and its time has come.
وَأُخْرَى تُحِبُّونَهَا نَصْرٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَفَتْحٌ قَرِيبٌ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
“And also (He will give you) another (blessing) which you love, help from Allah (against your enemies) and a near victory. And give glad tidings to the believers”
(Al-Saff: 13)
