Comment:

Palestine is Islamic land which was conquered by the Companions, watered with the pure blood of the Muslims, and which is the real property of the Muslims until the Day of Judgment. Soils of Palestine are sacred. The soils of Al-Quds have a clear status under Sharia. Abandoning any part of Al-Quds, whether small or big, little or much, is betraying Allah, His Messenger ﷺ, and the Believers. Allah (swt) announced the status of this land with His these words: سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي أَسْرَى بِعَبْدِهِ لَيْلا مِنْ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ الأَقْصَى الَّذِي بَارَكْنَا حَوْلَهُ “Exalted is He who took His Servant by night from al-Masjid al-Haram to al-Masjid al-Aqsa, whose surroundings We have blessed, to show him of Our signs. Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Seeing.” [Al-Isra – 1]

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ describes the sacredness of Al-Quds by stating: «لا تُشَّدُ الرحالُ إلا إلى ثلاثةِ مساجد المسجدُ الحرام والمسجد الأقصى ومسجدي هذا» “Do not travel to any mosque except three: al-Masjid al-Haram, Masjid al-Aqsa, and this mosque of mine.” (Bukhari, Muslim)

It is understood from this statement (nass) that the territories of Palestine are not ordinary, but rather they have been declared sacred by Allah (swt). Thus, on no condition, it is permissible for the Jewish entity, which seized Palestine, to take over and occupy the lands that belong to the Muslims. However, today, every span of our sacred territories is occupied by the Jewish entity  due to the impotence of the rulers upon the Islamic lands. Al-Quds has never been so crestfallen throughout history. Unfortunately, this grim and sad reality will not change unless the rulers end their betrayal.

Today, the only solution for Palestine is to liberate it from the usurper Jewish entity through taking it back from the Jewish entity and returning it to its real owners, the Muslims. The only solution lies in restoring the sacred land’s truthful identity. However, the realization of this solution requires the existence of rulers who mobilize their armies in order to eliminate the Jewish entity instead of the leaders who purport to carry the Dawah of Al-Quds, but do nothing else than talking empty words and shedding crocodile tears for Al-Quds.

Indeed, today, the action to be taken in order to save Palestine from the occupation is to mobilize the armies of the Muslim lands against the usurper Jewish entity. Furthermore, from the Shari’ point of view, the obligation is to maintain the true status between the Jewish entity and us, which is the status of war until it is uprooted and eradicated from the sacred lands. In other words, it is to make jihad to liberate Palestine from the occupation. Alas! لَوۡ ڪَانُواْ يَعۡلَمُونَ “If only they knew” [Al-Ankabut 41].

Unfortunately, today there is no good leader among the rulers of the Muslims who is willing to mobilize his armies to save the honour of Palestine. Well then, what kind of leaders are there?

• There is a leader who says, “We need the Jewish entity in the Middle East”.
• There are leaders who – by contradicting their own words – increase their trade volume with the Jewish entity.
• There is a leader who negotiates and makes friendship with the murderers of Muslims.
• There are leaders who sit idly only issuing condemnations whilst condemnation is only the action of incapable persons.

The only fundamental solution for the liberation of Palestine from the occupation and the authority of the infidels and returning its value back to Muslims is the substitution of the Khilafah Rashidah State (rightly guided Caliphate).

The Khilafah Rashidah State will undoubtedly be the liberator and protector of Palestine, as it is the protector of all Muslims, biiznillah. According to Sharia, this is an obligation. For Rasulallah ﷺ said: «إِنَّمَا الإمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ» “Verily the Imam is but a shield from behind which the people fight and by which they protect themselves.” (Bukhari)

The liberation of all Islamic lands in general, and of Palestine in particular, and the returning of these lands to the Muslims is only possible through the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah State. Indeed, this is the deep-rooted solution against the occupation of Palestine.
