Raheel-Nawaz Regime Meets US Delegation to Implement Plan for Subjugation of Muslims at the Hands of the Hindu State

A delegation of US Senators met Pakistani leaders on Monday and discussed with them bilateral relations and the situation in the region. Angus King, member of the Senate Armed Services and Intelligence Committees, and Tim Kaine, Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee on Near Eastern and South and Central Asian Affairs, met Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Adviser on Foreign Affairs and National Security Sartaj Aziz and Army Chief Gen Raheel Sharif. These US Senators had earlier travelled to India and Afghanistan. And now they meet Pakistan’s military and political leadership to instruct them on their role in implementing the American strategy for the region.

The recent Indian aggression and the submissiveness by the Raheel-Nawaz regime is part of the American plan for the region. America is supporting India’s rise as the dominant regional power to both counter its rival China and your emergence as an Islamic Khilafah state. This is why within weeks of the victory of Modi’s BJP in the Indian elections, the US Defence Secretary Chuck Hagel visited India and declared on 10 August 2014, “our interests across the full span of the Indo-Pacific region are aligning more closely than ever” and “as India expands its own security role in South Asia and throughout the Pacific, the United States will continue to support and encourage.” And this is why America is encouraging India to increase its influence in the region, as far afield as Myanmar and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands at the entrance of the Strait of Malacca, one of the most critical naval and trade choke-points in the world.

America fully realizes that Pakistan has the power to overturn its plan should it oppose it, whereas its submission will ensure its success. That is why every regime that serves America has played a critical role in furthering the American plan by striking hard at Pakistan’s capabilities. America fears the love of Jihad within the Muslims, which is their most powerful weapon on the battlefield, so America’s agents abandoned and then persecuted the groups fighting India for the complete liberation of Kashmir. The American agents then ensnared Pakistan’s armed forces in America’s war against the Muslims in the tribal regions. These agents then made radical changes in the Army’s Green Book, so that Pakistan’s military was focused inwards, rather than India, shifting the majority of Pakistan’s forces from the Eastern border to the Western border. And now India senses the weakness imposed upon Pakistan’s armed forces by regimes who blindly follow America to the extent that the Indian Prime Minister declared with confidence on 12th August 2014 while addressing his troops in Kargil that “Pakistan has lost the strength to fight a conventional war.”

Islam did not allow the bending and prostrating of the Muslim before aggression from the lowly mushrik, whether Hindu or other than the Hindu. It did not allow submission to the Kuffar in the Ummah’s affairs. Rather Islam demands that Muslims counter the enemy with all that the Muslims possesses, whether great means or little. RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم said,

«جَاهِدُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنْفُسِكُمْ وَأَلْسِنَتِكُمْ»

“Fight the mushrikeen with your wealth, yourselves and your tongues.”

Yet, rather than mobilizing Pakistan’s considerable strength against the enemy, the regime is using it to strengthen India as part of America’s larger strategy. It is upon us the Muslims to overturn this harm by working with Hizb ut-Tahrir to re-establish the Khilafah, the shield of the Muslims.

Gas and Oil Revenues Are For the Needs of the Public in Islam

The Pakistan Petroleum Limited announced another discovery of gas and condensate in Sindh on 14 October 2014. It said on Tuesday that the discovery was made from exploratory well Kinza X-1 in Sanghar district. This is the fourth discovery of gas-condensate in the block after Wafiq, Shahdad and Sharf. The expected output from the well will translate into approximately 2,100 barrels per day in oil equivalent and foreign exchange saving of about $200,000 per day. The cumulative gas production from the four wells is expected to be 60 MMscfd, approximately 7,400 barrels per day in oil equivalent, valued in foreign exchange at $750,000 per day.

The Ummah is blessed by Allah سبحانه وتعالى with immense energy resources and Pakistan is no exception. However, the Ummah does not benefit from this wealth as it should because of the absence of the implementation of the Islamic ruling over energy. Today, this wealth is owned by private individuals or companies, depriving society of an immense source of revenue. The Raheel-Nawaz regime is falling over itself to privatize whatever Pakistan possesses of energy resources, so that a small elite profits immensely, whilst society in generals suffers. In Islam energy wealth is a public property, whose benefit is for all Muslims. Hizb ut-Tahrir has adopted in its book “Funds in the Islamic State” that there will be a Diwan dedicated to ensuring that the wealth of oil and gas is used for the needs of the public. It states, “The Diwan of Public Property It is the Diwan where the funds of public properties are kept and recorded, in terms of research, exploration, mining, marketing, as well as all revenues and expenditure. A special place is reserved for the public properties funds within the Treasury, where these funds are not mixed with other funds, for they are the property of all the Muslims, The Khalifah would spend such funds according to what he deems in the interest of the Muslims following his own opinion and Ijtihad within the Shari’ah rules. The Departments of the Diwan of public property are set up following its types of funds and according to the need to set them up. These would be as follows:- a) The Department of oil and gas. b) The Department of electricity. c) The Department of minerals. d) The Department of seas, rivers, lakes and springs. e) The Department of forests and grazing lands. f) The Department of protected lands (Al-Hima).”

The Muslims must reject democracy and work to fulfill the obligation of the implementation of Islam as a Khilafah state.

Calling the United Nations is Inviting the Wolf to Guard the Sheep

On 12 October Dawn reported, “Officially discussing India’s violations of the ceasefire agreement by engaging in cross-border firing, the adviser to the Prime Minister on National Security and Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz wrote to Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon.” In the letter Sartaj Aziz wrote, “As you are aware, the Jammu and Kashmir dispute is one of the long outstanding issues on the agenda of the United Nations Security Council, whose resolutions promising the holding of a plebiscite, under the auspices of the United Nations, for self-determination of the people of Jammu and Kashmir, remain valid though unimplemented to date.”

The United Nations is a colonialist tool and cares not for ending the oppression of Muslims, whether in Kashmir, Iraq, Afghanistan or Palestine. After the Second World War, the great powers agreed to institutionally protect their influence in the world. Agreeing to divide global power and influence among themselves, these states at the same time also agreed not to allow any new great power to emerge at the global level. That is why we have the P5. The veto wielding Security Council. The international community is not the 193 Member States of the UN. The International Community which we so commonly hear and read about is the P5. Anyone who asks the United Nations to arbitrate in its affairs is inviting colonialism. And that is why the stance of Pakistan’s military and civilian leadership in the current standoff with India is absolutely shameless and cowardly. The P5 states will only interfere in this dispute to further their own interests. Anyone who believes otherwise is either a fool or a Western agent or someone who has not properly thought it through.

Kashmir, Palestine and Afghanistan will be liberated through Jihad by armies of a state, not through armed groups alone. Although the bravery and commitment of all such groups is appreciated and their co-ordination with the armed forces expected. The Hindu State will be deterred through war not through words of condemnation. It is upon the Armed Forces of Pakistan to reject the invitation of colonialism in their land under the guise of UN and it is upon the officers of Pakistan’s Armed forces to revive Jihad as a state policy to liberate Kashmir, Afghanistan and Palestine, and if the traitor rulers stop them from this, they must be uprooted as well. Pakistan is for the Khilafah and through it will turn the tide in favour of the Ummah inshaaAllah.

Charging Crusaders to Spill Muslim Blood is not a Virtue

The Senate was informed on 17 October that the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) – which has been involved in the war in Afghanistan for over a decade now – has been using Pakistan’s airspace for free since the commencement of the war on terror in 2001. The revelation that the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) did not receive even a single penny from the US-led NATO forces took many by surprise, with some senators eager to know who had allowed this waiver.

This issue highlights the invalidity of democracy for the Muslim World. The Senate is debating about being paid for granting crusader forces the ability to reign death upon the Muslims of Afghanistan, at first through bombings and then logistic supplies to troops. It is a debating an issue which has no legal provision by Islam because it is forbidden to assist the enemy in its invasion, occupation and destruction of Muslim Land. Islam categorically forbids the alliance with the enemy that Democracy has permitted and enforced, even though Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,

“O you who believe! Take not My enemies and your enemies as friends, showing affection towards them, while they have disbelieved in what has come to you of the truth”

(Surah al Mumtahina 60:1)

The Khilafah will not only sever the NATO lifelines to its besieged and faltering occupation, it will mobilize the Muslims to end it decisively.

Bilawal Seeks to Inherit the Bhutto Legacy of Betrayal of Pakistan

Speaking at a rally at Bagh-i-Jinnah in Karachi, Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari on 18 October claimed that only Bhuttoism could save Pakistan in a ninety-minute speech.

The political medium in Pakistan and other countries of the Indian sub-continent are dominated by rich families who have been involved in dynastic politics from the early days of independence from the British Raj. These families in collusion with major powers such as Britain and America have dominated the political life of Pakistan, India and Bangladesh, and view ruling these respective countries as their birth right. Hence, it not uncommon to find the political landscape in Pakistan dominated by the Bhutto family or the Sharif brothers, the political scene in India overshadowed by the fortunes of the Gandi family, and the political life in Bangladesh governed by the antics of the families of Zia Rahman and Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Bilawal is shaped by this mindset and regards participation in Pakistani politics as a way of continuing the legacy of his maternal grandfather Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, the father of Benazir Bhutto who was the mother of Bilawal. Thus Bilawal made several references to this political legacy that he wishes to continue and has previously said at the tomb of his mother, “The PPP is not just a political party. This is our life.”

In the sub-continent, foreign powers and their intelligence agencies spend a great deal of time and effort to cultivate and win over family members from these political dynasties to rule on their behalf. It is one of the preferred styles of major powers to dominate and control the political medium via political dynasties. And when a member of a political dynasty becomes no longer useful or they oppose the wishes of their master the person is quietly retired from active politics or is killed. In the case, of the Bhutto family, members have been killed or assassinated in ensuing struggles between Britain and America for control of PPP. Hence it is not surprising to see Britain and America courting and encouraging Bilawal to follow in the footsteps of his mother or grandfather.

This dynastic politics will continue as long as there is democracy, because in democracy laws are made according to the whims and desires of the rulers. Dynasties seek power because they wish to make laws to secure their interests and the colonialists court them so that they can secure their own. The Khilafah will close the door to such manipulation because all of its laws are derived from the Quran and Sunnah.
